का.जन.आ. 74.—राष्ट्रपजत, संजवधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और

तोपखाना महाजनदेिालय (फोटोग्राफर प्रधान प्रहरी और प्रधान माली ) भती जनयम, 2002 को जहां तक उसका संबंध

फोटोग्राफर के पद से हज उन बातों के जसवाय अजधकांत करते हुए जजन्हें ऐसे अजधक्रमण से पहले दकया गया हज या करने का

लोप दकया गया हज रक्षा मंत्रालय, तोपखाना महाजनदेिालय में फोटोग्राफर के पद पर भती की पद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने

के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते हैं, अथाात :-

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.—(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, तोपखाना महाजनदेिालय,

फोटोग्राफर (समूह ‘ग’) पद भती जनयम, 2022 हज।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत होंगे।

पद सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर.—उि पद की सं्‍या, उसका वगीकरण और इससे सलंग्न

वेतन मजट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर वह होगा, जो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (2) से स्ट्तम्भ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।

भती की पद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अहाताएं आदद.—उि पदों पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अहाताएं और

उससे संबंजधत अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ 5 से स्ट्तम्भ 13 में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।

जनरहाता – वह व्यजि –

(क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि से जजसका पजत या जजसकी पत्नी जीजवत हज, जववाह दकया हज या जववाह की संजवदा

की हज या

(ख) जजसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के जीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज, या जववाह की

संजवदा की हज

उि पद का पात्र नही होगा:

परन्तु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजत्त और जववाह के अन्य पक्षकार

को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय हज और करने के जलए अन्य आधार हज तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतान से

छूट दे सकेगी।

जिजथल करने की िजि.—जहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन हज,

वहां वह, उसके जलए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी वगा या प्रवगा के व्यजियों की बाबत आदेि द्वारा

जिजथल कर सकेगी।

व्यावृजत.—इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छुट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं

डालेगी, जजनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी दकए गए आदेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत जाजतयों,

अनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, अन्य जपछडे वगों, भूतपूवा सजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगा के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंध करना

अपेजक्षत हज।

के अभ्यार्थथयों की पयााप्त सं्‍या में

उपल्बध होने की संभावना नहीं हैं ।

New Delhi, the 9th December, 2022

S.R.O. 74.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Directorate General of Artillery (Photographer, Head Watchman and Head Gardener) Recruitment

Rules, 2002, in so far as it relates to the post of Photographer, except as respects things done or omitted to be done

before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the

post of Photographer in the Directorate General of Artillery, Ministry of Defence, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Directorate

General of Artillery, Photographer (Group 'C’ post) Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its

classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule

annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said

Schedule.

4. Disqualification.- No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to

do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and relax any of the provisions of these rules with

respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen,

and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to

time in this regard.

आवश्यक:

(क) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त बोडा से 12वीं कक्षा उत्तीणा और

भूगोल, गजणत और ड्राइंग में जविेष जवषयों के साथ 10वीं कक्षा

उत्तीणा।

(ख) रेत माडल बनाने में दो वषा का अनुभव।

वांजछत:

(ग) औद्यौजगक प्रजिक्षण संस्ट्थान (आईटीआई) में बेहतर रेत

माडल बनाने का प्रजिक्षण।

(7) में यथा-अधधकजथत अहाताएं और अनुभव हैं।

यदद जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत हो, तो उसकी सरंचना ।

भती करने में दकन पट्ररजस्ट्थजतयों में

संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामिा

दकया जाएगा।

पुजष्ट के संबंध में जवचार करने के जलए समूह ‘ग’ जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत जजसमें जनम्नजलजखत

होंगे:-

S.R.O. 75.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Directorate General of Artillery (Draughtsman Mechanical Grade II, Model Maker and Laboratory

Assistant) Recruitment Rules, 2002, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the

President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Model Maker, Group

‘C’ (Non-ministerial) in the Directorate General of Artillery, Ministry of Defence, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the, Directorate General of Artillery,

Ministry of Defence, Model Maker Group ‘C’ Recruitment Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come in to force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Application.—These rules shall apply to the post specified in column(1) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.

3. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its

classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Scheduled

annexed to these rules.

4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said

Schedule.

5. Disqualification.—No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

6. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to

do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and relax any of the provisions of these rules with

respect to any class or category of persons.

7. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen,

and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to

time in this regard.

Geography, Mathematics and Drawing.
