ान्वेषण ब्यूरो में प्रधान जनिी सजर्व के ृद ृर भती की ृद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते हैं,

ाथाचत्:-

संजक्षप् त नाम और प्रारम भ : (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम केन् रीय ान् वेषण ब् यूरो (प्रधान जनिी सजर्व) भती

जनयम, 2023 हज।

(2) ये रािृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

ृदों की सं्‍ या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर : ृद की सं्‍ या, उसका वगीकरण और उससे संलग्न वेतन

मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर वह होगा, िो इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध ानुसूर्ी के स्ट् तम भ (2) से स्ट्तमभ (4) में जवजनर्दद्‍ ट हैं।

भती की ृद्धजत, आयु-सीमा एवं ान्य ाहचताएं आदद : उक् त ृदों ृर भती की ृद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, ाहचताएं और उक् त

ृद से संबंजधत ान्य बातें वे होंगी िो उक् त ानुसूर्ी के स्ट् तम भ (5) से स्ट्तमभ (13) में जवजनर्दद्‍ ट हैं।

जनरहचता : वह व् यजति -

(क) जिसने ऐसे व् यजति से, जिसका ृजत या जिसकी ृ्ी िीजवत हज, जववाह दकया हज या जववाह की संजवदा की हज;

या

(ख) जिसने ाृने ृजत या ाृनी ृ‍ नी के िीजवत रहते ए ए दकसी व् यजति से जववाह दकया हज या जववाह की संजवदा

की हज,

उक् त ृद ृर जनयुजति का ृात्र नह होगा:

ृरन्तु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजति और जववाह के ान्य

ृक्षकार को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के ाधीन ानु्ज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए ान्य आधार हैं तो वह दकसी

व्यजति को इस जनयम के प्रवतचन से छूट दे सकेगी।

जिजथल करने की िजति : िहााँ केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीर्ीन हज, वहां वह

उसके जलए िो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से ृरामिच करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उृबंध को

दकसी वगच या प्रवगच के व्यजतियों की बाबत, आदेि ्ारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

व् यावृजत्त : इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और ान् य ंरयायतों ृर प्रभाव नह डालेगी,

जिनका केन् रीय सरकार ्ारा इस संबंध में समय-समय ृर जनकाले गये आदेिों के ानुसार ानुसूजर्त िाजतयों, ानुसूजर्त

िनिाजतयों, ान्य जृछड़ा वगों, भूतृूवच सजनकों और ान् य जविेष प्रवगच के व् यजतियों के जलए उृबंध करना ाृेजक्षत हज।

प्रोन्नजत: वेतन मजंरक्स के स्ट्तर-8 (47600 –

151100/-रू) में ऐसे येष्ठ जनिी सजर्व जिन्होंने

उस ृद ृर जनयजमत आधार ृर जनयुजति के ृश्चात

दो वषच सेवा की हो और उस जवभाग ्ारा य़था

जवजहत क्षेत्र में दो से र्ार सप्ताह का प्रजिक्षण ृूरा

प्रोन्नजत के संबंध में जवर्ार करने के जलए समूह

‘ख’ जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत जनम्नजलजखत से

जमल कर बनेगी:-

1. संयुति जनदेिक (प्रिासन) या संयुति

जनदेिक, केंरीय ान्वेषण ब्यूरो – ाध्यक्ष;

संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से

ंटप्ृण : िहां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व् यजतियों के संबंध में,

जिन्होंने ाृनी ाहचक / ृात्रता सेवा ृूरी कर ली हज,

प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवर्ार दकया िा रहा हो, वहााँ उनके

येष्ठ व्यजतियों के संबंध में भी जवर्ार दकया िाएगा

ृरंतु यह तब िबदक उसके ्ारा की गई ऐसी ाहचक /

ृात्रता सेवा, ाृेजक्षत ाहचक या ृात्रता सेवा के आधे

से ाजधक से या दो वषच से, इनमें से िो भी कम हो,

कम न हो और उन्होंने ाृने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजतियों

सजहत, जिन्होंने ऐसी ाहचक / ृात्रता सेवा ृहले ही

ृूरी कर ली हज, ागली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के

जलए ाृनी ृंरवीक्षा की ावजध सफलताृूवचक ृूरी

कर ली हो ।

2. ृुजलस उृमहाजनरीक्षक (कार्ममक)

या ृुजलस उृमहाजनरीक्षक, केन्रीय

ान्वेषण ब्यूरो – सदस्ट्य;

3. जनदेिक या उृ सजर्व, कार्ममक

एवं प्रजिक्षण जवभाग – सदस्ट्य।

New Delhi, the 22nd February, 2023

G.S.R. 17.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President, hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Principal Private

Secretary in the Central Bureau of Investigation, namely:-

Short title and commencement :- (1) These rules may be called the Central Bureau of Investigation (Principal

Private Secretary), Recruitment Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of post, its classification and the level in the pay

matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in Columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in Columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid

Schedule.

4. Disqualification.- No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of

the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, ex-servicemen and other special

categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
