का.जन.आ. 78.—राष्ट्रृजत, संजवधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के ृरंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और

रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा अनुसंधान और जवकास संगठन, भंडार सहायक ‘ख’ और भंडार सहायक ‘क (समूह ‘ग’ ृद) भती जनयम,

2022 का संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती हज, अथाात्:-

1.

(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा अनुसंधान और जवकास संगठन, भंडार सहायक ‘ख’ और

भंडार सहायक ‘क’ (समूह ‘ग’ ृद), भती (संिोधन) जनयम, 2023 हज।

(2) ये राजृत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

उृलब्ध” से आरंभ होने वाले िब्दों और अंक तथा “टिप्ृण: जहााँ ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में” से समाप्त होने वाले

िब्दों के स्ट्थान ृर जनम्नजलजखत रखा जाएगा, अथाात्:-

“(ii) ृााँच प्रजतित ऐसे समूह ‘ग’ कमाचाटरयों में से अचयन आधार ृर प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जजन्होंने केतन मेटरक्स के

स्ट्तर-1 (18000- 56900 रु.) के ृदों में तीन वषा जनयजमत सेवा की हज और जजन्होंने दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोडा से 12वीं

कक्षा उत्तीणा की हो।

टिप्ृण 1: यदद उृलब्ध टरजियों की सं्‍या से अजधक कमाचारी जवभागीय ृरीक्षा में अहाता प्राप्त कर लेते हैं तो ऐसी अजधक

सं्‍या वाले कमाचाटरयों ृर ृश्चातवती वषों में होने वाली टरजियों को भरने के जलए जवचार दकया जाएगा जजससे दक

ृूवावती ृरीक्षा मे अहाता प्राप्त करने वाले कमाचाटरयों से ृूवा जवचार दकया जा सके।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th June, 2023

S.R.O. 78.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development

Organisation, Store Assistant „B‟ and Store Assistant „A‟ (Group „C‟ posts) Recruitment Rules, 2022, namely:-

1.

(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation,

Store Assistant „B‟ and Store Assistant „A‟ (Group „C‟ Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Ministry of Defence, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Store Assistant „B‟ and Store

Assistant „A‟ (Group „C‟ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2022, in the Schedule, under column (11), for the post relating to

Store Assistant „A‟, for the portion beginning with the words and number “Note 2: If more such employees” and

ending with the words "Note : Where Juniors, who have”, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“(ii) five per cent. by promotion on the basis of non-selection basis from amongst Group „C‟ employees who

have rendered three years regular service in the posts in level-1 in the pay matrix (Rs. 18000-56900) and prossess 12th

class pass from a recognised Board.

Note 1: If more of such employees than the available numbers of vacancies are qualify in the departmental

examination, such excess number of employees shall be considered for filling the vacancies arising in the subsequent

years so that the employees qualifying at an earlier examination are considered before those who qualify at a later

examination.
