2. तदथᭅ पदो᳖ित िन᳜िलिखत शतᲄ के अ᭟यधीन हैः—

(i)

इस अिधसूचना के ᳇ारा पदो᳖त िकए जा रहे अिधकारी िज᭠हᲂने अभी तक लेवल ‘बी’ का ᮧिशᭃण सफलतापूवᭅक पूरा नहᱭ

िकया है और जो छूट ᮧा᳙ ᮰ेणी के अंतगᭅत नहᱭ आते हᱹ, वे डीओपीटी ᳇ारा नािमत िकए जाने पर लेवल ‘बी’ के अिनवायᭅ

ᮧिशᭃण को सफलतापूवᭅक पूरा करᱶगे। ऐसा नहᱭ करने पर उ᭠हᱶ उनके पूवᭅवतᱮ पद एएसओ पर ᮧ᭜यावितᭅत िकए जाने के साथ-

साथ उनके िवᱧ᳍ अनुशासिनक कारᭅवाई भी की जाएगी।

(ii)

यिद ि᭭थित ऐसी उ᭜प᳖ होती है तो पदो᳖त अिधकारी िबना एएसओ की सहायता के अपने ᭭तर पर ही अनुभाग का कायᭅ करने

2. The ad-hoc promotion is subject to the following conditions—

The officers so promoted and not yet completed the Level B training successfully or not falling in the

exempted category, would successfully complete the mandatory Level B training programme as and when

nominated by DoPT. Failure to do so may attract disciplinary action including reversion to their substantive

post of ASO.

ii.

The promoted officers are willing to work in the Section independently without supporting ASOs, if situation

demands.

iii.

The ad-hoc promotion shall not confer any right to continue in the grade indefinitely or for inclusion in the

Select List for regular appointments or to claim seniority in the Section Officers' Grade of CSS or for

promotion to the next higher grade or for grant of NFS.

iv.

The ad-hoc appointments shall be temporary and may be terminated at any point of time without assigning any

reason there-for.

The ad-hoc promotions will be further subject to the outcomes in CA No. 629/2022 and related cases pending

with Hon'ble Supreme Court in reservation matters and orders of any competent court in any connected

matters and seniority/promotion matters in SO/ASO/SSA grades pending before any competent court.
