करते हुए जिन् िें ऐसे अजिक्रमण से ृूवग दक ा ग ा िज ा करने का लोृ दक ा ग ा िज, कषजि एवं दकसान कल् ाण जवभाग के

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन जन मों का संजक्षृ नाम कषजि एवं दकसान कल् ाण मंत्राल , कषजि एवं दकसान कल् ाण

जवभाग, बीि प्रभाग (समूि 'क') भती जन म, 2023 िज।

(2) े सरकारी रािृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रवषत् त िोंगे।

2. लागू िोना: े जन म, इन जन मों के सा संलग्न अनुसूची के स्ट् तम भ (1) में जवजन्िग्ट ृिों ृर लागू िोंगे।

3. ृि-सं्‍ ा, वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर-उि ृि/ृिों की सं्‍ ा, उसका/उनका वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में

उसका/उनका स्ट्तर ा वेतनमान वि िोगा/वे िोंगे िो इन जन मों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट् तम भ (2) से स्ट् तम भ (4) में

जवजन्िग्ट िैं ।

4. भती का ृद्धजत, आ ु-सीमा, एवं अिगताएं, आदि- उि ृि/ृिों ृर भती का ृद्धजत, आ ु-सीमा, अिगताएं और उससे/उनसे

संबंजित अन् बातें वे िोंगी िो उि/ृूवोक् त अनुसूची के स्ट् तम भ (5) से स्ट् तम भ (13) में जवजन्िग्ट िैं ।

5. जनरिगता- वि व्यजि,-

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जिसका ृजत ा ृत्नी िीजवत िज, जववाि दक ा िज, ा जववाि की संजविा की िज; ा

(ख) जिसने अृने ृजत ा ृत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दक ा िज ा जववाि की संजविा की िज,

उि ृि/ृिों ृर जन ुजि का ृात्र निीं िोगा:

ृरन् तु दि केंरी सरकार का ि समािान िो िाता िज दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के अन् ृक्षकार को लागू

स्ट् वी जवजि के अिीन अनुञेये िज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन् आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व् जक् त को दकसी जन म के प्रवतगन से

छूट िे सकेगी।

6. जिज ल करने की िजि.- ििां केंरी सरकार की ि रा िज दक ऐसा करना आवश् क ा समीचीन िज, विॉ वि उसके

जलए िो कारण िज उन् िें लेखबद्ध करके त ा संज लोक सेवा आ ोग से ृरामिग करके इन जन मों के दकसी उृबंि को दकसी

वगग ा प्रवगग के व् जक् त ों की बाबत, आिेि ्ारा जिज ल कर सकेगी ।

7. व् ावषजत.-इन जन मों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण/आरक्षणों, आ ु सीमा में छूट और अन् ंर ा तों ृर प्रभाव निीं

डालेगी, जिनका केंरी सरकार ्ारा इस संबंि में सम -सम ृर िारी दक े ग े आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजत ों,

अनुसूजचत िनिाजत ों, अन् जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवग सजनकों और अन् जविेि प्रवगग के व् जक् त ों के जलए उृबंि करना

जवचार दक ा िा रिा िो, विां उनके े्‍ व् जक् त ों के सम बंि में भी जवचार दक ा िाएगा ृरंतु ि तब िब दक उसके

्ारा की गई ऐसी अिगक ा ृात्रता सेवा, अृेजक्षत अिगक ा ृात्रता सेवा के आिे से अजिक से ा िो विग से, इनमें से िो भी

कम िो, कम न िो और उन् िोने अृने ऐसे कजन्‍ व् जक् त ों सजित, जिन् िोने ऐसी अिगक ा ृात्रता सेवा ृिले िी ृूरी कर

प्रजतजन ुजि ्ारा (जिसके अंतगगत अल्ृकाजलक संजविा भी िज):

केंरी ा रा सरकारों ा संज रा क्षेत्रों के प्रिासन ा सावगिजनक क्षेत्र के उृक्रमों ा कषजि जवश्वजवद्याल ों ा

मान् ता प्राप्त अनुसंिान संस्ट् ानों ा अिग सरकारी ा स्ट्वा त्त जनका ों ा वजिाजनक संग नों के अिीन ऐसे अजिकारी िो :

(क) (i) मूल कजडर ा जवभाग में जन जमत आिार ृर सिषि ृि िारण दक े िो; ा

(ii) मूल संवगग ा जवभाग में वेतन मजंरक्स के स्ट्तर-11 (रु. 67700-208700) ा समतुल् ृिों ृर जन जमत आिार ृर

जन ुजि के बाि प्रिान दकए गए उस श्रेणी में ृांच विग की सेवा की िो; और

(ख) जनम्नजलजखत िजक्षक अिगता और अनुभव रखते िो: –

आवश् क:

(i) दकसी मान् ता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्याल ा संस्ट् ान से िस्ट् जवञेयान ा ृािृ प्रिनन और आनुवंजिकी ा बीि

प्रौद्योजगकी ा कषजि वनस्ट्ृजत जवञेयान में जविेिञेयता के सा कषजि में स्नातकोत्तर जडग्री।

(ii) दकसी सरकारी का ागल ा सावगिजनक क्षेत्र के उृक्रम ा कषजि जवश्वजवद्याल ा स्ट्वा त्त ा सांजवजिक जनका ा

दकसी मान् ताप्राप्त जवश्वजवद्याल ा संस्ट् ान से बीि प्रौद्योजगकी में डॉक्टरेट की जडग्री।

ंटप्ृण 1: ृोिक प्रवगग के ऐसे जवभागी अजिकारी, िो ृिोन्नजत की सीिी ृंजक् त में िैं, प्रजतजन ुजि ृर जन ुजि के जलए

जवचार दक े िाने के ृात्र निीं िोंगे। इसी प्रकार प्रजतजन ुि व्यजि प्रोन् नजत ्ारा जन ुजि के जलए जवचार दक े िाने के जलए

ृात्र निीं िोंगे।

ंटप्ृण 2: प्रजतजन ुजि (जिसके अन् तगगत अल् ृकाजलक संजविा भी िज) की अवजि, जिसके अन् तगगत केंरी सरकार के उसी ा

दकसी अन् संग न ा जवभाग में इस जन ुजि से ीक ृिले िांरत दकसी अन् कजडर वाह्य ृि ृर प्रजतजन ुजि की अवजि िज

सािारणत ा 4 विग से अजिक निीं िोगी।

ंटप्ृण 3: प्रजतजन ुजि (जिसके अन् तगगत अल् ृकाजलक संजविा भी िज) ्ारा जन ुजि के जलए अजिकतम आ ु-सीमा, आवेिन

उत्ृािन में आञेयाृक प्रजिक्षण सफलताृूवगक ृूरा दक ा िो ।

ंटप्ृण: ििां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजि ों के संबंि में, जिन्िोंने अृनी अिगक/ृात्रता सेवा ृूरी कर ली िज प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवचार

दक ा िा रिा िो, विां उनके ेष्ठ व्यजि ों के संबंि में भी जवचार दक ा िाएगा ृरंतु ि तब िबदक उसके ्ारा की

गई ऐसी अिगक/ृात्रता सेवा, अृेजक्षत अिगक/ृात्रता सेवा के आिे से अजिक से ा 2 विग से, इनमें से िो भी कम िो, कम

ना िो और उन्िोंने अृने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजि ों सजित, जिन्िोंने ऐसी अिगक/ृात्रता सेवा ृिले िी ृूरी कर ली िज, अगली

उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अृनी ृंरवीक्षा की अवजि सफलताृूवगक ृूरी कर ली िो ।

आिार ृर जन ुजि के बाि उस श्रेणी में ृांच विग की जन जमत सेवा की िो; और

(ख) स्ट्तमभ (7) के अिीन सीिी भती दकए िानेवाले व्यजि ों के जलए जवजित िजक्षजणक अिगता और अनुभव रखते िों ।

ंटप्ृण 1: ृोिक प्रवगग के ऐसे जवभागी अजिकारी, िो प्रोन्नजत की सीिी ृंजि में िज, प्रजतजन ुजि ृर जन ुजि के जलए

जवचार दकए िाने के ृात्र निीं िोंगे । इसी प्रकार प्रजतजन ुजि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत ्ारा जन ुजि के जलए जवचार दकए िाने के

ृात्र निीं िोंगे ।

ंटप्ृण 2: प्रजतजन ुजि (जिसके अंतगगत अल्ृकाजलक संजविा भी िज) की अवजि जिसके अंतगगत केंरी सरकार के उसी ा

दकसी अन् संग न/ जवभाग में इस जन ुजि से ीक ृिले िांरत दकसी अन् कजडर वाह्य ृि ृर प्रजतजन ुजि (जिसके

अंतगगत अल्ृकाजलक संजविा भी िज) की अवजि िज, सािारणत ा 4 विग से अजिक निीं िोगी I

G.S.R. 99.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Co-operation, (Group ‘A’) Seeds Division

Recruitment Rules, 2015, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President

hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to technical Group ‘A’ posts in the Seeds

Division under the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers

Welfare, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Seeds Division (Group ‘A’) Recruitment Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Application: These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of the said posts, their

classification, pay level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule

annexed to these rules.

4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc.- The method of recruitment to the said posts, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

5. Disqualification.- No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living;

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

6. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service

Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

7. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the other backward classes, Ex-Servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

Doctorate degree in Seed technology from a recognised University or Institute.

Note 1: The Departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible

for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for

appointment by promotion.

Note 2: The Period of deputation (Including short-term contract) including period of deputation (Including short-term

contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other

supersession of the Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, Staff Car Driver (Special

Grade), Staff Car Driver (Grade-I) and Staff Car Driver (Grade-II) and Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) Rules,

2014, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the

following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Staff Car Driver (Special Grade), Staff Car Driver

(Grade-I), Staff Car Driver (Grade-II) and Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) in the Department of Agriculture and

Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare,

Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Staff Car Driver (Special Grade), Staff Car Driver (Grade-I),

Staff Car Driver (Grade-II) and Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) Recruitment Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Application.— These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.—The number of said post, its classification, level in pay

matrix relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification and

other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

5. Disqualification.— No person,—

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with the person having a spouse living ; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any other person,

Shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

6. Power to relax.—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

7. Saving.—Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward classes, the ex-Servicemen and

other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to

time in this regard.

G.S.R. 101.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Rural Health Training Centre, Najafgarh, New Delhi (Group ‘C’ and ‘D’ posts), Recruitment

Rules, 1989, in so far as they relate to the post of Senior Sanitary Inspector, except as respects things done or

omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of

recruitment to the post of Senior Sanitary Inspector, in the Rural Health Training Centre, Najafgarh, New Delhi,

namely:—

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Rural

Health Training Centre, Najafgarh, New Delhi, Senior Sanitary Inspector (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules,

2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of the said post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.— No person, —

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing,

exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. — Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect

to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. — Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to

time in this regard.

supersession of the Regional Drugs Testing Laboratory, Chandigarh (Laboratory Assistant and Laboratory Attendant),

Recruitment Rules, 2003, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President

hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Laboratory Assistant and

Laboratory Attendant in Regional Drugs Testing Laboratory, Chandigarh, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

namely: -

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Directorate General of Health Services,

Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation, Regional Drugs Testing Laboratory, Chandigarh, Laboratory

Assistant and Laboratory Attendant (Group 'C' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Application. - These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3. Number of posts, classifications and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said posts, their classifications and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

5. Disqualification.- No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such persons and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing,

exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

6. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

7. Savings. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex- servicemen and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to

time in this regard.

6. व्यावषजत्त.- इन जन मों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आ ु-सीमा में छूट और अन् ंर ा तों ृर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन् री सरकार ्ारा इस संबंि में सम -सम ृर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजत ों,

अनुसूजचत िनिाजत ों, अन् जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवग सजनकों और अन् जविेि प्रवगग के व् जि ों के जलए उृबंि करना

अृेजक्षत िज।

7. संरक्षण.- ििां जवद्यमान जन म में जवजित प्रोन्नजत दक जलए ृात्रता सेवा में वषजद्ध की िा रिी िज और ििां ऐसे ृंरवतगन से

उन ृििांर ों की प्रोन्नजत प्रभाजवत िोने की समभावना िज, जन जमत आिार ृर फीडर ृि िारण करने वाले ृििांर ों

G.S.R. 103.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the Indian Grain Storage Institute, Hapur (Non-Gazetted posts) Recruitment Rules, 1969 in so far as it

relates to the post of Senior Clerk, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such suppression, the

President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Senior Clerk in the

Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, Storage &

Research Division, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public

Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, Storage & Research Division, Senior Clerk Recruitment

Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of said posts, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto shall be specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in the columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualification.- No person, –

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for doing so, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category or of persons.

6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect the reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to

time in this regard.

7. Protection.- Eligibility service of three years shall be retained for incumbents (for incumbents as on the date of

publication in the Official Gazette) holding the feeder post on regular basis, where the eligibility service for

promotion prescribed in the existing rule is being enhanced and where the change is likely to affect the promotions

of these incumbents.

ंटप्ृण: ििा ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजि ों के संबंि में प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवचार दक ा िा रिा िो, विां उनसे ेष्ठ व्यजि ों के

संबंि में भी जवचार दक ा िाएगा, ृरंतु ि तब िबदक उनके ्ारा की गई ऐसी अिगक ा ृात्रता सेवा के आिे से अजिक से

ा िो विग से इनमें से भी कम िो, कम न िो और उन्िोंने अृने से कजनष्ठ व्यजि ों सजित, जिन्िोंने ऐसी अिगक ा ृात्रता

ंटप्ृण 1: ृोिक प्रवगग में ऐसे जवभागी अजिकारी िो प्रोन्नजत की सीिी ृंजि में िैं, प्रजतजन ुजि ृर जन ुजि के जलए

जवचार िेतु ृात्र निीं िोंगे। इसी प्रकार, ऐसे प्रजतजन ुजि िार क अजिकारी ृिोन्नजत ्ारा जन ुजि ृर जवचार करने के जलए

ृात्र निीं िोंगे।

G.S.R. 105.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Central Water Commission (Group 'B' Wireless Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2004, except as

respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules

regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Assistant Engineer (Communication) in the Central Water

Commission under the Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal

Shakti, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water

Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Central Water Commission, Assistant Engineer

(Communication),Group 'B' Post, Recruitment Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.– The number of post, its classification and level in the

pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the afore said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.– No person, –

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.– Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

Qualification: A degree in electronics engineering or electrical engineering or telecommunication engineering or

electronics and communication engineering from a recognised University or institute.

Note: Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be

recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.

Experience: Two years experience in operation and maintenance of various wireless equipment from any recognised

institute or government office or public sector undertaking or statutory or autonomous organisation.
