The ad-hoc appointment shall be temporary and may be terminated at any point of time without assigning any

reason there-for.

The ad-hoc promotion will be further subject to the outcomes in CA No.629/2022 and related cases pending

with Hon’ble Supreme Court in reservation matters and orders of any competent court in any connected matters

and seniority/promotion matters in SO/ASO/SSA grades pending before any competent court.

The officer shall complete the mandatory Level 'B' training as and when nominated by DoPT, failing which may

attract disciplinary action including reversion to their substantive post of ASO.
