आ.अ. 135.—लोक प्रजतजनजित्व अजिजनयम, 1950 (1950 का 43) की िारा 13-क की उप-िारा (1) द्वारा

प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत जनवााचन आयोग उत्तर प्रिेि राज्य सरकार के परामिा से एतद्द्वारा, श्री अिय

कुमार िुक्ला] आई.ए.एस., के स्ट्थान पर श्री नविीप ररणवा, आई.ए.एस. (यू.पीीः1999) को उनके कायाभार ग्रिण करने की

तारीख से आगामी आिेिों तक के जलए उत्तर प्रिेि राज्य के मुख्य जनवााचन अजिकारी के रूप में नाजमत करता िै।

2. श्री नविीप ररणवा, उत्तर प्रिेि सरकार के अिीन सभी पिभार या दकसी काया के पिभारों को तत्काल सौंप

िेंगे या िारण करना समाप्त कर िेंगे, िो दक वे ऐसा पिभार ग्रिण करने से पिले िारण कर रिे थे।

3. श्री नविीप ररणवा, मुख्य जनवााचन अजिकारी, उत्तर प्रिेि के रूप में काया करते हुए उत्तर प्रिेि सरकार के

अिीन दकसी भी प्रकार का कोई अजतररि कायाभार ग्रिण निीं करेंगे जसवाय इसके दक उनको राज्य सजचवालय में जनवााचन

जवभाग के प्रभारी, सरकार के सजचव पिाजभजित दकया िाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd August, 2023

O.N. 135.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13A of the Representation of

the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of Uttar

Pradesh hereby designates Shri Navdeep Rinwa, IAS (UP: 1999) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Uttar

Pradesh with immediate effect and until further orders in place of Shri Ajay Kumar Shukla, IAS.

2. Shri Navdeep Rinwa, IAS, cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of

work under the Government of Uttar Pradesh, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.

3. Shri Navdeep Rinwa, IAS while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Uttar Pradesh shall not hold

any additional charges whatsoever under the Government of Uttar Pradesh except that he should be designated

Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.

डा. रणबीर ससंि, आई.ए.एस, के स्ट्थान पर श्री पी. कृष्णमूर्ता, आई.ए.एस. (ए.िी.एम.यू.टी:1997), को उनके कायाभार

ग्रिण करने की तारीख से आगामी आिेिों तक के जलए राष्ट्रीय राििानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के मुख्य जनवााचन अजिकारी के रूप में

नाजमत करता िै।

2. श्री पी. कृष्णमूर्ता, राष्ट्रीय राििानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के अिीन सभी पिभार या दकसी काया के पिभारों

को तत्काल सौंप िेंगे या िारण करना समाप्त कर िेंगे, िो दक वे ऐसा पिभार ग्रिण करने से पिले िारण कर रिे थे।

श्री पी. कृष्णमूर्ता, मुख्य जनवााचन अजिकारी, राष्ट्रीय राििानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली के रूप में काया करते हुए राष्ट्रीय

राििानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार के अिीन दकसी भी प्रकार का कोई अजतररि कायाभार ग्रिण निीं करेंगें जसवाय इसके दक

उनको राज्य सजचवालय में जनवााचन जवभाग के प्रभारी, सरकार के प्रिान सजचव पिाजभजित दकया िाएगा।

hereby designates Sh. P. Krishnamurthy, IAS (AGMUT: 1997) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the N.C.T. of Delhi

with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders in place of Dr. Ranbir Singh, IAS.

2. Sh. P. Krishnamurthy shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of

work under the Govt. of N.C.T. of Delhi, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.

3. Sh. P. Krishnamurthy while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, N.C.T. of Delhi shall not hold

any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of N.C.T. of Delhi except that he should be designated

Principal Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.
