ानुसंधान एवं जवकास ब्यूरो (हहदी ानुवादक) भती जनयम 1980 का ाजधक्रमण करते हुए, उन बातों के जसवाय जजन्हे ऐसे ाजधक्रमण

से ृूवग दकया गया हज या करने का लोृ दकया गया हज, न्यायालजयक जवज्ञान सेवा जनदेिालय, गृह मंत्रालय में वंरष्ठ ानुवादक के ृद ृर

भती की ृद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते हैं, ाथागत्: -

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1)इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम गृह मंत्रालय, न्यायालजयक जवज्ञान सेवा जनदेिालय वंरष्ठ ानुवादक

ये राजृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

ृदों की सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर.- ृदों की सं्‍या, उनका वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर वे होंगे जो

इन जनयमों से उृबद्ध ानुसूची में स्ट्तम्भ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हज ।

भती की ृद्धजत, आयु सीमा, ाहगताएं आदद.- उि ृदों की भती की ृद्धजत, आयु सीमा, ाहगताएं और उनसे संबंजधत ान्य

बातें वे होंगी जो उि ानुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से (13) तक में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं ।

जनरहगता.- कोई भी व्यजि,-

(क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि के साथ जववाह दकया हज या जववाह का ानुबंध दकया हज जजसका ृजत या ृत्नी जीजवत हज, या

(ख) जजसने ृजत या ृत्नी के जीजवत रहते हुए, दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज या जववाह का ानुबंध दकया हज;

उि ृद ृर जनयुजि का ृात्र नहीं होगा।

ृरन्तु यदद केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह, ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के ान्य ृक्षकार को लागू

स्ट्वीय जवजध के ाधीन ानुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए ान्य आधार हज तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतगन से छूट दे सकेगी।

जिजथल करने की िजि.- जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय हो दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन हज, तो वह, उसके जलए

जो कारण हज, उन्हें ले्‍बद्ध करके, तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से ृरामिग करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उृबंध को दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के

व्यजियों की बाबत, आदेि ्ारा जिजथल कर सकेगी ।

व्यावृजत.- इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और ान्य ंरयायतों ृर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी ,जजनका

केन्द्रीय सरकार ्ारा इस संबंध में जनकाले गए आदेिों के ानुसार ानुसूजचत जाजतयों, ानुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, भूतृूवग सजनकों और

ान्य जविेष प्रवगग के व्यजियों के जलए उृबंध करना ाृेजक्षत हज ।

सम्भावना नहीं हज।

बाद प्रदान की गई ग्रेड में 5 वषग की जनयजमत

सेवा के साथ।

(ख) स्ट्तंभ 7 के ाधीन सीधी भती के जलए

जनधागंरत आवश्यक ाहतागएं और ानुभव रखने

वाला।

ंटप्ृण 1: प्रजतजनयुजि की ावजध, केंद्रीय

सरकार के या दकसी ान्य संग न/जवभाग में इस

जनयुजि से ीक ृहले धांरत दकसी ान्य संवगग-

बाह्य ृद ृर प्रजतजनयुजि की ावजध सजहत

सामान्यत: तीन वषग से ाजधक नहीं होगी I

ंटप्ृण 2: प्रजतजनयुजि ्ारा जनयुजि के जलए

ांजतम तारीख को 56 वषग से ाजधक नहीं होगी I

New Delhi, the 10th August, 2023

G.S.R. 120.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Bureau of Police Research and Development (Hindi Translator) Recruitment Rules, 1980, except

as respects things done or omitted to have been done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the

following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Senior Translator in the Directorate of Forensic

Science Services, Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:-

Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Directorate

of Forensic Science Services, Senior Translator (Group ‗B‘ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix. - The number of post, its classification and the

pay level in pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in Columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. .- The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in Columns (5) to (13) of the said

Schedule.

Disqualification. - No person, -

a. who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

b. who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,

it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category or persons.

Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-servicemen, the Other Backward Class

and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government.

exceed three years.

Note 2: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not

exceeding fifty-six years as on the last date of receipt of applications.

धारा 22 की उृधारा (1) तथा (2) ्ारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केबल टेलीजवजन नेटवकग जनयम, 1994 का

और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती हज, ाथागत् :--

(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम केबल टेलीजवजन नेटवकग (संिोधन) जनयम, 2023 हज ।

(2) ये राजृत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

केबल टेलीजवजन नेटवकग जनयम, 1994 (जजसे इसमें इसके ृश्चात् उि जनयम कहा गया हज) के जनयम 5ख के

ृश्चात्, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम ांत:स्ट्थाजृत दकया जाएगा, ाथागत् :--

“5ग. ब्रॉड-बैंड सेवा प्रदाताओं की ांजतम हबदु तक ृहुंच—केबल आृरेटर, ब्रॉड-बैंड सेवाओं के प्रसार के जलए

ऋजु, ृारदिी और भेदभाव रजहत रीजत में इंटरनेट सेवा या ृहुंच सेवा प्रदान करने वाले ब्रॉड-बैंड सेवा प्रदाताओं

को ांजतम हबदु तक ृहुंच प्रदान करने के जलए कं न प्रयास कर सकेंगे ।”।

उि जनयम के जनयम 11क के स्ट्थान ृर, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम रखा जाएगा, ाथागत् :--

“11क. मल्टी-जसस्ट्टम आृरेटर के रूृ में रजजस्ट्रीकरण के जलए आवेदन और उसका नवीनीकरण --

(1) ांकीय

संबोध्य प्रणाली वाली केबल टेलीजवजन नेटवकग सेवाओं के प्रचालन के प्रयोजन के जलए, कोई व्यजि, जो ऐसी सेवा

प्रदान करने की वांछा करता हज, मल्टी-जसस्ट्टम आृरेटर के रूृ में रजजस्ट्रीकरण या रजजस्ट्रीकरण के नवीनीकरण

के जलए, प्ररूृ 6 में, रजजस्ट्रीकरण प्राजधकारी को ऑन-लाइन आवेदन करेगा ।

(2)

उृजनयम (1) के ाधीन प्रत्येक आवेदन के साथ, जनम्नजलजखत होंगे,--

(i) एक लाख रुृए की प्रोसेहसग फीस ;

(ii) प्ररूृ 2 में घोषणा ।

(3)

जहां आवेदन, रजजस्ट्रीकरण के नवीनीकरण के जलए हज, तो इसे मल्टी-जसस्ट्टम आृरेटर रजजस्ट्रीकरण के

ावसान होने के सात मास ृूवग से ृहले तथा रजजस्ट्रीकरण के ावसान होने के दो मास ृूवग के ृश्चात् नहीं दकया

जाएगा :

ृरंतु रजजस्ट्रीकरण प्राजधकारी, आवेदक ्ारा प्रस्ट्तुत कारणों ृर जवचार करने के ृश्चात् जवलंब को क्षमा कर

सकेगा, यदद ऐसा आवेदन रजजस्ट्रीकरण के ावसान के ृूवग दकया जाता हज ।”।

उि जनयम के जनयम 11ख में,--

(i)

खंड (ग) में, “कंृनी ाजधजनयम, 1956” िब्दों और ांकों के स्ट्थान ृर, “कंृनी ाजधजनयम, 2013

(2013 का 18)” िब्द, ांक और कोष्ठक रखे जाएंगे ;

(ii)

खंड (च) के ृश्चात्, जनम्नजलजखत खंड ांत:स्ट्थाजृत दकया जाएगा, ाथागत् :--

ाृेक्षाओं को ृूरा करता हज, जनयम 11घ में जवजनर्ददट जनबंधनों और ितों तथा केंद्रीय सरकार से सुरक्षा ानाृजत्त

के ाधीन रहते हुए रजजस्ट्रीकरण या रजजस्ट्रीकरण के नवीनीकरण का प्रमाणृत्र जारी करेगा ।

(2)

जहां रजजस्ट्रीकरण प्राजधकारी का यह समाधान हो जाता हज दक रजजस्ट्रीकरण या रजजस्ट्रीकरण का

नवीनीकरण ानुदत्त नहीं दकया जा सकता हज, वहां वह ऐसे नामंजूर दकए जाने के कारण देते हुए आवेदक को

जलजखत में सूजचत करेगा ।

(3)

रजजस्ट्रीकरण या रजजस्ट्रीकरण का नवीनीकरण दस वषग की ावजध के जलए ानुदत्त दकया जाएगा :

ृरंतु रजजस्ट्रीकरण प्राजधकारी, दस वषग से कम की ावजध के जलए रजजस्ट्रीकरण या रजजस्ट्रीकरण का नवीनीकरण,

इसके कारण ाजभलेखबद्ध दकए जाने के ृश्चात्, ानुदत्त कर सकेगा ।”।

G.S.R. 121.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections(1) and (2) of section 22 of the Cable

Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995 (7 of 1995), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules

further to amend the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994, namely:-

(1) These rules may be called the Cable Television Networks (Amendment) Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), after rule 5B, the

following rule shall be inserted, namely:-

―5C. Last mile access to Broadband Service Providers. – Cable operators may strive to provide last mile

access to broadband service providers providing internet service or access service, in a fair, transparent and

non-discriminatory manner for proliferation of broadband services.‖

In the said rules, for rule 11A, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

―11A. Application for registration as multi-system operator and renewal thereof.- (1) For the purpose of

operation of cable television network services with digital addressable system, a person who desires to provide such

service shall make an online application to the registering authority in Form 6 for registration or renewal of

registration as Multi-System operator.

(2) Every application under sub-rule (1) shall be accompanied by-

(i) a processing fee of rupees one lakh; and

(ii) declaration in Form 2.

(3) Where the application is for renewal of registration, it shall be made not earlier than seven months prior to

the expiry of the multi-system operator registration and not later than two months before the expiry of

registration:

Provided that the registering authority may condone the delay after considering the reasons furnished by the

applicant, if such application is made before the expiry of registration.‖

In the said rules, in rule 11B,-

(i) in clause (c), for the words and figures ―Companies Act, 1956‖, the words, figures and brackets

―Companies Act 2013 (18 of 2013)‖ shall be substituted,

(ii) after clause (f), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-

―(g) where the application is for renewal of registration, it shall be accompanied by a statement making

self-declaration to the effect that the orders issued and the regulations made from time to time by the

regulatory authority have been complied with.‖

In the said rules, for rule 11C, the following rule shall be substituted, namely-

―11C.Registration as multi-system operator and renewal thereof.- (1) On being satisfied that the applicant

fulfils the eligibility criteria specified in rule 11B and the requirements of rule 11A, the registering authority

shall, subject to the terms and conditions specified in rule 11D and the security clearance from the Central

Government, issue certificate of registration or renewal of registration.

(2) Where the registering authority is satisfied that registration or renewal of registration cannot be granted, it

shall inform the applicant in writing giving reasons for such refusal.

(3) The registration or renewal of registration shall be granted for a period of ten years:

Provided that registering authority may grant registration or renewal of registration for a period less than ten years

after recording the reasons for the same. ‖

6. In the said rules, for FORM 6, the following form shall be substituted, namely:-

वह होगा, जो इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध ानुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं ।

भती की ृद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, ान्य ाहगताएं, आदद- भती की ृद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, ाहगताएं और उससे संबंजधत ान्य बातें वे होंगी

जो उि ानुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं ।

जनरहगता - वह व्यजि-

(क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि से जजसका ृजत या जजसकी ृत्नी जीजवत हज, जववाह दकया हज या जववाह की संजवदा की हज; या

(ख) जजसने, ाृने ृजत या ाृनी ृत्नी के जीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज या जववाह की संजवदा की हज,

उि ृद ृर जनयुजि का ृात्र नहीं होगा:

ृरन्तु यदद केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के ान्य ृक्षकार को लागू

स्ट्वीय जवजध के ाधीन ानुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए ान्य आधार हैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतगन से छूट दे सकेगी।

जिजथल करने की िजि – जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन हज, वहां वह उसके जलए जो

कारण हज, उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के ृरामिग से इन जनयमों के दकसी उृबंध को दकसी भी वगग या प्रवगग के

व्यजियों की बाबत आदेि ्ारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

व्यावृजत्त – इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और ान्य ंरयायतों ृर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी, जजनका

केन्द्रीय सरकार ्ारा इस संबंध में समय-समय ृर जारी दकए गए आदेिों के ानुसार ानुसूजचत जाजतयों, ानुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, ान्य

जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवग सजनकों और ान्य जविेष प्रवगग के व्यजियों के जलए उृबंध करना ाृेजक्षत हज।

(माजत्स्ट्यकी)।

ंटप्ृण 1: जहां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में, जजन्होंने ाृनी ाहगक या ृात्रता सेवा ृूरी कर ली हो, प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवचार

दकया जा रहा हो, वहां उनसे येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में भी जवचार दकया जाएगा ृरन्तु यह तब जबदक उनके ्ारा की गई ऐसी

ाहगक या ृात्रता सेवा के आधे से ाजधक से या दो वषग से, इनमें से जो भी कम हो, और उन्होंने ाृने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजहत

जजन्होंने ऐसी ाहगक या ृात्रता सेवा ृहले ही ृूरी कर ली हज ागली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए, ाृनी ृंरवीक्षा की ावजध

सफलताृूवगक ृूरी कर ली हो ।

ंटप्ृण 2: ृुनरीजक्षत जनयमों की ाजधसूचना की तारीख को जनयजमत आधार ृर ृोषक ृद धारण करने वाले व्यजियों के

जलए तीन वषग ृात्रता सेवा जारी रहेगी ।

प्रजतजनयुजि (ाल्ृकाजलक संजवदा सजहत):

केंद्रीय सरकार या रा य सरकार या संघ रा य क्षेत्र प्रिासनों या कानूनी या स्ट्वायत्त संग नों या सावगजजनक क्षेत्र के उृक्रमों या

मान्यता प्राप्त ानुसंधान संस्ट्थानों के मान्यता प्राप्त जविजवद्यालयों के ाजधकारी:

(क) (i) जो मूल काडर या जवभाग में जनयजमत आधार ृर सदृि ृद धारण दकए हुए हैं, या

(ii) जजन्होंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मजंरक्स स्ट्तर-9 (53100-167800 रुृये) या समकक्ष में जनयजमत आधार ृर

जनयुजि के ृश्चात उस श्रेणी में दो वषग की जनयजमत सेवा की हो;या,

(iii) जजन्होंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मजंरक्स स्ट्तर -8 (47600-151100 रुृये) या समकक्ष में जनयजमत आधार ृर

जनयुजि के ृश्चात उसी श्रेणी में चार वषग की सेवा की हो; या,

(iv) जजन्होंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में समकक्ष ृदों ृर वेतन मजंरक्स स्ट्तर-7 (44900-142400 रुृये) या समकक्ष में जनयजमत

आधार ृर जनयुजि के ृश्चात उस श्रेणी में ृांच वषग की सेवा की हो; और

(ख) जनम्नजलजखत िजक्षजणक ाहगता और ानुभव रखते हैं:

(i) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जविजवद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से माजत्स्ट्यकी में जविेषज्ञता के साथ प्राजण जवज्ञान में स्नातकोत्तर या

माजत्स्ट्यकी जवज्ञान में स्नातकोत्तर या समद्री जीव जवज्ञान में स्नातकोत्तर या औद्योजगकी माजत्स्ट्यकी में स्नातकोत्तर या

जलकृजष में स्नातकोत्तर या माजत्स्ट्यकी जवज्ञान में स्नातकोत्तर।

(ii) केंद्रीय या रा य सरकार या संघ रा य क्षेत्र प्रिासन जवभाग या सावगजजनक क्षेत्र के उृक्रम या मान्यता प्राप्त

जविजवद्यालय या ानुसंधान संस्ट्थान या वजधाजनक या स्ट्वायत्त संग न से माजत्स्ट्यकी जवकास के क्षेत्र में तीन वषग का ानुभव

जजसके ांतगगत नीजत और योजना, योजना स्ट्कीमों को जवचंरत करना और तकनीकी मूल्यांकन, उनकी जनगरानी और

कायागन्वयन भी हज।

ंटप्ृण 3: ृोषक प्रवगग श्रेणी के ऐसे जवभागीय ाजधकारी, जो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी ृंजि में हैं, प्रजतजनयुजि ृर जनयुजि के जलए

जवचार दकए जाने के ृात्र नहीं होंगे। इसी प्रकार प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत ्ारा जनयुजि के जलए जवचार दकए जाने के ृात्र नहीं

होंगे ।

ंटप्ृण 4: प्रजतजनयुजि की ावजध (लघु ावजध संजवदा सजहत), जजसके ांतगगत केंद्रीय सरकार संवगग के उसी या दकसी ान्य

संग न/जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ीक ृहले धांरत दकसी ान्य कजडर बाह्य- ृद ृर प्रजतजनयुजि की ावजध हज सजहत प्रजतजनयुजि

की ावजध सामान्यत: तीन वषग से ाजधक नहीं होगी। प्रजतजनयुजि ृर जनयुजि के जलए ाजधकतम आयु सीमा आवेदन प्राप्त करने

की ांजतम तारीख को 56 वषग से ाजधक नहीं होगी।

यदद कोई जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत हज तो उसकी संरचना।

भती करने में दकन ृंरजस्ट्थजतयों में संघ लोक

सेवा आयोग से ृरामिग दकया जाएगा।

G.S.R. 122.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries, (Fisheries Division, Group 'A', Group

'B' and Group 'C' posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015 in so far as they relate to the post of Fisheries Research Investigation

Officer, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the

following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Research Officer (Fisheries) in the Ministry of

Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Department of Fisheries namely: -

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal

Husbandry and Dairying, Department of Fisheries, Research Officer (Fisheries) Recruitment Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and pay level in the pay matrix.- The number of said post, its classification

and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualification, etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the

said Schedule.

4. Disqualifications. - No Person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,

it may, by order, for reason to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service

Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Schedules Tribes, ex-Servicemen and other special

categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in

this regard.

completed probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already

completed such qualifying or eligibility service.

Note 2: The eligibility service shall continue to be three years for persons holding the feeder post on regular basis on

the date of notification of the revised rules.

Deputation (Including Short-Term Contract):

Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Union territory Administrations or Statutory or

Autonomous Organisations or Public Sector Undertakings or Recognised Universities of Recognised Research

Institutes:

(a)

(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or

(ii) with two years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in Level 09 (Rs.

53100-167800) in the Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or,

(iii) With four years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in

Level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100) in the Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or,

(iv) with five years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in level-7

(Rs. 44900-142400) in the Pay Matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and,

(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:

(i) Masters degree in Zoology with specialisation in Fisheries or Master of Fisheries Science or M.Sc. in

Marine Biology or M.Sc. in Industrial Fisheries or M.Sc. in Aquaculture or Master of Science in Fisheries

Science from a Recognised University or Institute.

(ii) Three years experience in the field of Fisheries development including policy and planning, formulation

and technical evaluation of plan schemes, their monitoring and implementation from a Central or State

Government or Union territory Administration department or Public Sector Undertaking or Recognised

University or Research Institute or Statutory or Autonomous organisation.

Note 3: The departmental Officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible

for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for

appointment by promotion.

Note 4: The Period of deputation (including short term contract) including the period of deputation (including short

term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other

organisation/department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The maximum age limit

for appointment on deputation shall be not exceed fifty-six years as on the last date of receipt of applications.
