आ.अ. 137.—लोक प्रजतजनजित्व अजिजनयम, 1950 (1950 का 43) की िारा 13-क की उप-िारा (1) द्वारा

प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत जनवााचन आयोग अरूणाचल प्रिेि राज्य सरकार के परामिा से एतद्द्वारा, श्रीमती

पिजमनी ससंगला, आई.ए.एस . के स्ट्थान पर श्री पवन कुमार सेन , आई.ए.एस . (ए.िी.एम.यु.टी.:2005) को उनके कायाभार

ग्रिण करने की तारीख से आगामी आिेिों तक के जलए अरूणाचल प्रिेि राज्य के मुख्य जनवााचन अजिकारी के रूप में

नाजमत करता िै।

श्री पवन कुमार सेन, अरूणाचल प्रिेि सरकार के अिीन सभी पिभार या दकसी काया के पिभारों को तत्काल सौंप

िेंगे या िारण करना समाप्त कर िेंगे, िो दक वे ऐसा पिभार ग्रिण करने से पिले िारण कर रिे थे।

श्री पवन कुमार सेन, मुख्य जनवााचन अजिकारी, अरूणाचल प्रिेि के रूप में काया करते हुए अरूणाचल प्रिेि

सरकार के अिीन दकसी भी प्रकार का कोई अजतररि कायाभार ग्रिण निीं करेंगे जसवाय इसके दक उनको राज्य

सजचवालय में जनवााचन जवभाग के प्रभारी, सरकार के सजचव पिाजभजित दकया िाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 14th September, 2023

O.N. 137.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13A of the Representation of

the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of

Arunachal Pradesh hereby designates Sh. Pawan Kumar Sain, IAS (AGMUT:2005) as the Chief Electoral Officer for

the State of Arunachal Pradesh with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders in place of

Smt. Padmini Singla, IAS.

2.

Sh. Pawan Kumar Sain shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work

under the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.

3.

Sh. Pawan Kumar Sain while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Arunachal Pradesh shall not hold

any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Arunachal Pradesh except that he should be

designated Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.
