(2) े रािृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवषत्त िोंगे ।

2. ृि की सं्‍ ा, वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर – उि ृि की सं्‍ ा, उसका वगीकरण और इससे संलग्न वेतन

मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर वि िोगा िो इन जन मों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्िगष्ट िैं ।

6. व्यावषजत्त – इन जन मों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आ ु-सीमा में छूट और अन् ंर ा तों ृर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्री सरकार ्ारा इस संबंि में सम -सम ृर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजत ों,

G.S.R. 137.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the National Institute of Communicable Diseases, National Filaria Control Programme and National

Malaria Eradication Programme (Class I and Class II, Non-medical, Gazetted posts) Recruitment Rules, 1976, in so

far as they relate to the post of Entomologist (Central Cross Checking Organization), National Malaria Eradication

Programme except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby

makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Entomologist (Central Cross Checking

Organization) in the Directorate of National Centre for Vector Borne Disease Control, Delhi under the Directorate

General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, namely :-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1)These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Directorate General of Health Services, National Center for Vector Borne Disease Control, Entomologist (Central

Cross Checking Organization) Group ‘A’ Post Recruitment Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of the said post, its classification and

the level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.- No person-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service

Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to

time in this regard.

stage of selection the Union Public Service

Commission is of the opinion that sufficient number

of candidates from these communities possessing

the requisite experience are not likely to be

G.S.R. 138.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Bombay (Class III and IV post)

Recruitment Rules, 1968, in so far as they relate to the post of Instructors, except as respects things done or omitted to

be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of

recruitment for the post of Instructor(Orthotics)in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All India Institute

Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, Instructor(Orthotics)(Group ‘C’ post)

Recruitment Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification, level in the pay matrix. – The number of the said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification, etc. – The method of recruitment to said post, age limit,

qualification and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said

Schedule.

4.

Disqualification. – No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person;

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

6.

Saving .- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.

recruitment to the post of Stenographer Grade II in the All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation,

Mumbai, Ministry:-of Health and Family Welfare, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All India

Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, Stenographer Grade II (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules,

2023.

(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of the said post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached there to shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.–The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns(5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. –No person,-

a. Who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

b. who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

6. Saving- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in

this regard.

G.S.R. 141.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Bombay (Class III and Class IV posts)

Recruitment Rules 1968, in so far as they relate to the post of Senior Job Worker (Metal)except as respects things

done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the

method of recruitment for the post of Senior Metal Worker in the All India Institute Physical Medicine and

Rehabilitation, Mumbai, in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All

India Institute Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, Senior Metal Worker (Group ‘C’ Posts),

Recruitment Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classifications, level in pay matrix. – The number of the said post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. – No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to

any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in

this regard.

sufficient number of candidates belonging to these communities possessing the

requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for

them.
