Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in

the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs published in the Gazette of India, Part II

Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide F.No. L-3001/19/2009/NSG S.O.476 dated the 8^th February, 2010, namely:-

VLIPL), a company registered under Companies Act, through its director Shri Pravesh Kabra, in connivance with

unknown public servants and other unknown persons for causing wrongful loss to the Indian Railways and any

attempt, abetment and/or conspiracy, in relation to or in connection with such offence(s) and/or for any other offence

S.O. 1751.—In Pursuance of sub-section (a) of section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline

(Acquisition of Right of Users in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said act), the Central

Government hereby authorizes the person mentioned in column (1) of the table given below to perform the functions

of the Competent authority under the said Act for IndianOil Corporation Limited in respect of areas mentioned in

column (2) for its operational petroleum pipelines laid under the said Act mentioned in column (3) of the said

The Notification will be effective from the date of its issue.

अत: अब, केन्द्री सरकार, ृेरोजल म और जनि ृाइृलाइन (भूजम में उृ ोगकताि के अजिकार का अििन)

अजिजन म, 1962 (1962 का 50) की िारा 3 की उृिारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजि ों का प्र ोग करते हुए, उस भूजम में

उृ ोग के अजिकार का अििन करने के अृने आि की घोषणा करती िज ;

उि अनुसूची में वर्णित भूजम में रुजच र नेवाला कोई भी व्यजि भारत के रािृत्र में प्रकाजित इस असािारण

अजिसूचना की प्रजत ााँ आम िनता को उृलब्ि कराने की दिनांक से 21 दिनों के भीतर जलज त प ृ में अजिग्रिण ृर

आृजत्त िता सकता िज, उसमें उृ ोगकताि के अजिकार ा भूजम के नीचे ृाइृलाइन जबछाने का अजिकार सक्षम अजिकारी
