सरिार वल्लभभाई ृटेल राष्ट्री ृुजलस ाकािमी सिा क जनिेिक (बेतार) भती जन म, 1989 को उन बातों के जसवा

ाजिक्ांत करते हुए, जिन्िें ऐसे ाजिक्मण से ृिले दक ा ग ा िज ा करने का लोृ दक ा ग ा िज, गषि मंत्राल के ािीन

सरिार वल्लभभाई ृटेल राष्ट्री ृुजलस ाकािमी, िजिराबाि में उृ कमांडेंट (बेतार) के ृि ृर भती की ृद्धजत का

जनरििता.—वि व्यजि .—

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि, जिसका ृजत ा ृत्नी िीजवत िैं, जववाि दक ा िज, ा जववाि की संजविा की िज, ा

(ख) जिसने ाृने ृजत ा ाृनी ृत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दक ा िज ा जववाि की संजविा

की िज,

उि ृि ृर जन ुजि के जलए ृात्र निीं िोगा

ृरन्तु दि केन्री सरकार का ि समािान िो िाता िज दक ऐसा जववाि उस व्यजि और जववाि के ान् ृक्षकार को लागू

स्ट्वी जवजि के ािीन ानुज्ञे िज और ऐसा करने के जलए ान् आिार िैं, तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जन म के प्रवतिन से

छूट िे सकेगी ।

जिज ल करने की िजि .—ििां केन्री सरकार की ि रा िज दक ऐसा करना आवश् क ा समीचीन िज, विां वि

उसके जलए िो कारण िैं, उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके त ा संज लोक सेवा आ ोग से ृरामिि करके इन जन मों के दकसी उृबंि को

दकसी वगि ा प्रवगि के व्यजि ों की बाबत, आिेि ्ारा जिज ल कर सकेगी।

6.

व्यावषजत्त.—इन जन मों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आ ु-सीमा में छूट और ान् ंर ा तों ृर प्रभाव निीं

डालेगी, जिनका केन्री सरकार ्ारा इस संबंि में सम -सम ृर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के ानुसार ानुसूजचत िाजत ों,

ानुसूजचत िनिाजत ों, ान् जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवि सजनकों, और ान् जविेष प्रवगों के व्यजि ों के जलए उृबंि करना

G.S.R. 163.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel National Police Academy Assistant Director (Wireless) Recruitment

Rules, 1989, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby

makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Deputy Commandant (Wireless) in the

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sardar

Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Deputy Commandant (Wireless), Group ‘A’ Post, Recruitment Rules,

2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.-The number of the said post, its classification

and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.-The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said

Schedule.

4. Disqualification.- No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to

do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service

Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-

servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government

from time to time in this regard.

Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sardar

Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Senior Scientific Officer Group ‘A’ post Recruitment Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix. - The number of post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification. - No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for the reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules after consultation

with the Union Public Service Commission with respect to any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward classes, the ex-servicemen and the

other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.

supersession of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad (Multi-Tasking Staff) Recruitment

Rules, 2018, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby

makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Multi-Tasking Staff in the Sardar

Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad, Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sardar

Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad, Multi-Tasking Staff (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules,

2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of the said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.–The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification. - No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

6. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.

ान् बातें वे िोंगी, िो उि ानुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ििष्ट िैं।

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि, जिसका ृजत ा जिसकी ृत्नी िीजवत िैं, जववाि दक ा िज, ा जववाि की संजविा की िज, ा

(ख) जिसने ाृने ृजत ा ाृनी ृत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दक ा िज ा जववाि की संजविा

की िज,

ृरन्तु दि केन्री सरकार का ि समािान िो िाता िज दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के ान् ृक्षकार

को लागू स्ट्वी जवजि के ािीन ानुज्ञे िज और ऐसा करने के जलए ान् आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जन म के

प्रवतिन से छूट िे सकेगी ।

जिज ल करने की िजि - ििां केन्री सरकार की ि रा िज दक ऐसा करना आवश् क ा समीचीन िज, विां वि

उसके जलए िो कारण िैं, उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके त ा संज लोक सेवा आ ोग से ृरामिि करके इन जन मों के दकसी उृबंि

को दकसी वगि ा प्रवगि के व्यजि ों की बाबत, आिेि ्ारा जिज ल कर सकेगी।

व्यावषजत्त - इन जन मों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आ ु-सीमा में छूट और ान् ंर ा तों ृर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्री सरकार ्ारा इस संबंि में सम -सम ृर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के ानुसार ानुसूजचत िाजत ों,

ानुसूजचत िनिाजत ों, ान् जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवि सजनकों, और ान् जविेष प्रवगि के व्यजि ों के जलए उृबंि करना ।

G.S.R. 168.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (Non- gazetted - Non-Ministerial Staff)

Recruitment Rules, 1981, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President

hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Staff Nurse in the Sardar

Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad in the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely :-

1.

Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sardar

Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad, Staff Nurse (Group ‘B’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. -The number of the said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification. - No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other ground, for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for the reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service

Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-

servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government

from time to time in this regard.
