जवकास ब्यूरो, (समूि ‘ज’ ृि), भती जनयम, 2003, ृुजलस अनुसंिान एवं जवकास ब्यूरो, (िफ्तरी), भती जनयम,1972,

ृुजलस अनुसंिान एवं जवकास ब्यूरो, (चृरासी), भती जनयम,1981 को उन बातों के जसवाय अजिक्ांत करते हुए, जिन्िें ऐसे

अजिक्मण से ृिले दकया गया िज या करने से लोृ दकया गया िज ृुजलस अनुसंिान एवं जवकास ब् यूरो, गषि मंत्रालय में बहु

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (i) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम गषि मंत्रालय, ृुजलस अनुसंिान एवं जवकास ब् यूरो, बहु कायग

कमगचांरवषंि, भती जनयम, 2023 िज।

(2) ये रािृत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रवषत् त िोंगे।

2. ृिों की सं्‍ या, वगीकरण और वेतन-मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर - उक् त ृिों की सं्‍ या, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन-मजंरक्स में

स्ट्तर वि िोंगे, िो इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट् तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में य ा जवजनर्िगष्ट िैं।

3. भती की ृद्धजत, आयु-सीमा और अिगताएं, आदिः- उि ृि ृर भती की ृद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिगताएं और उनसे

संबंजित अन्य बातें वे िोंगी िो ृूवोि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में य ा जवजनर्िगष्ट िैं।

4. जनरिगता- वि व्यजि -

(क) जिसने दकसी ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका ृजत या जिसकी ृत्नी िीजवत िज, जववाि दकया िज या जववाि की संजविा

की िज, या

(ख) जिसने अृने ृजत या अृनी ृत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िज या जववाि की संजविा

की िज,

उि ृिों ृर जनयुजि का ृात्र निीं िोगा :

ृरंतु यदि केंरीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िज दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य ृक्षकार

को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के

प्रचालन से छूट िे सकती िज।

5. जिज ल करने की िजि – ििां केंरीय सरकार की यि राय िज दक ऐसा करना आवश् यक या समीचीन िज, विां वि

उसके जलए िो कारण िैं उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उृबंि को दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व् यजियों की बाबत

आिेि ्ारा जिज ल कर सकेगी।

6. व्यावषजत - इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ंरयायतों ृर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्रीय सरकार ्ारा इस संबंि में समय-समय ृर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों,

अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, भूतृूवग सजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगग के व्यजियों के जलए उृबंि करना अृेजक्षत िज।

G.S.R. 192.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the Bureau of Police Research and Development, (Library Attendant Group ‘D’ post) Recruitment

Rules, 1984,the Bureau of Police Research and Development (Group ‘D’ posts), Recruitment Rules, 2003, the Bureau

of Police Research and Development (Daftary), Recruitment Rules, 1972 and the Bureau of Police Research and

Development (Peons), Recruitment Rules, 1981, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Multi

Tasking Staff in the Bureau of Police Research and Development, Ministry of Home Affairs, namely: -

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Bureau of Police

Research and Development, Multi Tasking Staff, Recruitment Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. – The number of post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in Columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in Columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualifications. - No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.– Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class

or category of persons.

6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of

persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard

जिज ल करने की िजि: ििााँ केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय िज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन िज, विां वि उसके

जलए िो कारण िैं, उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उृबंि को दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों की बाबत,

आिेि ्ारा जिज ल कर सकेगी ।

G.S.R. 193.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Regional Leprosy Training and Research Institute at Gauripur in Bankura District, West Bengal

(Group 'C' and Group 'D' Posts) Recruitment Rules, 1985, in so far as it relates to the post of Stenographer Grade III,

except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the

following rules regulating the method of recruitment for the post of Stenographer Grade II, Regional Leprosy Training

and Research Institute, Gouripur, Bankura, West Bengal, namely: -

1. Short title and commencement .- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Regional Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Gouripur, Bankura, West Bengal, Stenographer Grade II (Group

‘C’ Non-Gazetted) Recruitment Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, Classification, Level in the pay matrix .- The number of said post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in the columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification, etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification and

other matters, relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.– No person,-

a. who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

b. who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other ground for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class

of category of persons.

6. Savings. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Schedule Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen or any

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.

supersession of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi,

Occupational Therapist, Group ‘B’ Post Recruitment Rules, 2016, except as respects things done or omitted to be

done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment

to the post of Occupational Therapist in the Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, under the Ministry of

Health and Family Welfare, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi, Occupational Therapist, (Group ‘B’ Post) Recruitment Rules,

2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the

said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification. – No person, −

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,

it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with Union Public Service

Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-

servicemen and other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central

Government from time to time in this regard.

जलए जवचार दकए िाने के ृात्र निीं िोंगे। इसी प्रकार,

प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत ्ारा जनयुजि के जलए जवचार

दकए िाने के ृात्र निीं िोंगे।

ंटप्ृण 2 : प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि, जिसके अंतगगत

केन्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संग न या

जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ीक ृिले िांरत दकसी अन्य

काडर बाह्य ृि ृर प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि िज,

सािारणतया तीन वषग से अजिक निीं िोगी। इसी प्रकार

प्रजतजनयुजि/आमेलन ्ारा जनयुजि के जलए अजिकतम

1.

Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Regional Leprosy Training and Research Institute, Babanpur, Aska, Odisha, Staff Car Driver (Ordinary

Grade), Group 'C' Post, Recruitment Rules, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the

said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification. - No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person;

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,

it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and relax any of the provisions of these rules with

respect to any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-

servicemen or any other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central

Government from time to time in this regard.

due to retire or who are to be

transferred to reserve within a

period of one year and having

व्यावषजत्त- इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ंरयायतों ृर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्रीय सरकार ्ारा इस संबंि में समय-समय ृर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों,
