.—राष्ट्रपजत, संजविान के अनुच्छेि 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्रीय

मत्सस्ट्य नौर्ालन और इंिीनयरी प्रजिक्षण संस्ट्थान, कोजिन िाल जनमाचण पयचवेक्षक, ज्येष्ठ िाल जनमाचता और िाल जनमाचता

भती जनयम, 2012 का संिोिन के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते िैं, अथाचत्,

(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम केन्रीय मत्सस्ट्य नौर्ालन और इंिीनयरी प्रजिक्षण संस्ट्थान, िाल जनमाचण पयचवेक्षक,

ज्येष्ठ िाल जनमाचता और िाल जनमाचता, भती (संिोिन) जनयम, 2024 िै।

(2) ये रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त िोंगे।

(3) केन्रीय मत्सस्ट्य नौर्ालन और इंिीनयरी प्रजिक्षण संस्ट्थान, कोजिन, िाल जनमाचण पयचवेक्षक, ज्येष्ठ िाल

जनमाचता और िाल जनमाचता, भती जनयम, 2012 की अनुसूर्ी में .

(क) िाल जनमाचण पयचवेक्षक के पि से संबंजित, क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने

(i) स्ट्तंभ (4) में, स्ट्तंभ िीर्च और उससे संबंजित प्रजवजियों के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत स्ट्तंभ िीर्चक और प्रजवजियां

रखी िाएंगी, अथाचतः-

“वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर

(ii)

स्ट्तंभ (11) में, “वेतन बैंड-1, रु. 5200-20200 रु. और ग्रेड वेतन 1900 रु. ” िब्िों और अंकों के

स्ट्थान पर “वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर-2, (18000-56900 रु.) ” िब्ि और अंक रखे िाएंगे।

(ख) ज्येष्ठ िाल जनमाचता के पि से संबंजित क्रम संख्या 2 के सामनेः-

(i) स्ट्तमभ (4) में, स्ट्तमभ िीर्च और उससे संबंजित प्रजवजियों के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत स्ट्तमभ िीर्च और

प्रजवजियां रखी िाएंगी, अथाचत्

“वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर

(19900-63200 रु.)”

(ii)

स्ट्तमभ (11) में, “वेतन बैंड-1 में 5200-20200 रु. और ग्रेड वेतन 1800 रु.” िब्िों अंकों के स्ट्थान पर

(ग) िाल जनमाचता के पि से संबंजित क्रम संख्या 3 के सामनेः-

New Delhi, the 20th March, 2024

G.S.R. 38.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Institute of Fisheries Nautical and Engineering

Training, Cochin, Netmaking Supervisor, Senior Netmaker and Netmaker Recruitment Rules, 2012, namely: -

(1) These rules may be called the Central Institute of Fisheries Nautical and Engineering Training,

Netmaking Supervisor, Senior Netmaker and Netmaker Recruitment (Amendment ) Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

(3). In the Schedule to the Central Institute of Fisheries Nautical and Engineering Training, Cochin,

Netmaking Supervisor, Senior Netmaker and Netmaker Recruitment Rules, 2012. -

(a) against serial number 1, relating to the post of Netmaking Supervisor. -

(i) in Column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column

heading and entries shall be substituted, namely: -

“level in pay matrix

(Rs.25500-81100 )”

(ii) in column (11), for the words and figures “Pay Band -1 of Rs. 5200-20200 and Grade Pay of

Rs. 1900,” the words and figures “Level 2 in pay matrix (Rs. 18000-56900)” shall be substituted.

(b) against serial number 2, relating to the post of Senior Netmaker. -

(i)

in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following

column heading and entries shall be substituted, namel: -

(ii) in column (11), for the words, “Pay Band -1 of Rs. 5200-20200 and Grade Pay of Rs. 1800,” the
