(ii) Matters relating to seniority, promotion etc in SO/ASO grade, if any, filed in any competent court till date.

appoint Shri Basanta Kumar Mishra as Under Secretary (Grade-I of CSS) in Level-11 of Pay Matrix with effect from the
afternoon of 28.03.2024 on regular basis against the USSL-2023.
2. The appointment will remain subject to to final outcome of the Jarnail Singh batch of cases pending before Hon'ble
Supreme Court and writ Petitions No. 6597/2012 and 3003/2013 before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and also subject to
order of any other competent court in any connected matter.
