(2) े रािृत्र में उनके प्रकािन दक तारीख को प्रवषत्त िोंगे।

2. ृिों की सं्‍ ा, वगीकरण और वेतन मैंरक्स में स्ट्तर.- उि ृि की सं्‍ ा, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन मैंरक्स में

उसका स्ट्तर वि िोगा िो उि ानुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्िगष्ट िैं।

3. भती की ृद्धजत, आ ु-सीमा, ािगताएं, आदि.- उि ृि ृर भती दक ृद्धजत, आ ु-सीमा, ािगताएं और उससे संबंजित

ान् बातें वे िोंगी िो उि ानुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्िगष्ट िैं।

4. जनरिगता.-वि व्यजि-

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जिसका ृजत ा जिसकी ृत्नी िीजवत िै, जववाि दक ा िै ा जववाि की संजविा की िै;

(ख) जिसने ाृने ृजत ा ाृनी ृत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए, दकसी ान् व्यजि से जववाि दक ा िै ा जववाि की

ृरन्तु दि केन्री सरकार का ि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के ान् ृक्षकार

को लागू स्ट्वी जवजि से ािीन ानुज्ञे िै और ऐसा करने के जलए ान् आिार िै, तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जन म के

प्रवतगन से छूट िे सकेगी ।

5. जिज ल करने की िजि - ििााँ केन्री सरकार की ि रा िै दक ऐसा करना आवश् क ा समीचीन िै, विााँ वि उसके

जलए िो कारण िैं उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके और संज लोक सेवा आ ोग से ृरामिग करके, इन जन मों के दकसी उृबंि को दकसी

वगग ा प्रवगग के व्यजि ों की बाबत, आिेि ्ारा, जिज ल कर सकेगी।

6. व्यावषजत्त.- इन जन मों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आ ु-सीमा में छूट और ान् ंर ा तों ृर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्री सरकार ्ारा इस समबन्ि में सम -सम ृर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के ानुसार ानुसूजचत िाजत ों,

ानुसूजचत िनिाजत ों, ान् जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवग सैजनकों और ान् जविेष प्रवगग के व्यजि ों के जलए उृबंि करना

G.S.R. 52.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation, Directorate General of Health Services, Director

(Vigilance) Recruitment Rules, 2017, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession,

the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Director

(Vigilance) in the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation, Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of

Health and Family Welfare, namely: -

1. Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Directorate General of Health Services, Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation, Director (Vigilance), Group

‘A’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the afore said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. - No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

such person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.– Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service

Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.– Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, ex-Servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

ंटप्ृण 2- प्रजतजन ुजि ्ारा जन ुजि के जलए, ाजिकतम आ ु

G.S.R. 53.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Department of Land Resources Research Investigator Recruitment Rules, 2001, except as respects

things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating

the method of recruitment to the post of Research Investigator in the Ministry of Rural Development (Department of

Land Resources), namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.–(1) These rules may be called the Department of Land Resources Research

Investigator Recruitment Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, its classification and level in pay matrix.–The number of post, its classification and the level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.–The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualifications.–No person,

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so

doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age- limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other

categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

b) possessing the educational qualifications and experience as prescribed

for direct recruits under column (7).

Note 1: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in

another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the

same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government

shall ordinarily not to exceed three years.

Note 2: The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not

exceeding fifty-six years as on the last date of the receipt of applications.

Note 3: The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the

direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for

appointment on deputation. Similarly, the deputationist shall not be eligible

for consideration for appointment by promotion.
