2011 को, उन बातों के जसवाय अजिकांत करते हुए , जिन्िें ऐसे अजिक्रमण से पूवव दकया गया या करने का लोप दकया गया िै, रक्षा
मंत्रालय, रक्षा उत्पािन जवभाग, गुणता आश्वासन जनिेिालय (नौसेना), अिीक्षक (भंडार) के पि पर भती की पद्धजत का जवजनयमन
करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते िै, अथावत:-
1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ : (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, रक्षा उत्पािन जवभाग, गुणता आश्वासन जनिेिालय
(नौसेना), अिीक्षक (भंडार) भती जनयम, 2023 िै ।

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त िोंगे ।
(2) पि संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर: उि पि की संख्या, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्स में उसका स्ट्तर वि िोगा
िो इन जनयमों से उपाब्द्द्व अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (2) से स्ट्तम्भ (4) में जवजनर्िवष्ट िै ।
(3) भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अितावए आदि : उि पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अितावएं और उससे संबंजित अन्य बाते वे
िोंगी िो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (5) से (13) में जवजनर्िवष्ट िै ।
(4) जनरिवता:- वि व्यजि –
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत िै, जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा की िै; या
(ख) जिसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा की िै
उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र निीं िोगा:
परन्तु यदि केंद्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू
स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िै तो दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतवन से छूट िे सकेगी ।
(5) जिजथल करने की िजि :- ििााँ केंद्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन िै, विां वि उसके जलए िो
कारण िैं उन्िें लेख-बि् करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को दकसी वगव या प्रवगव के व्यजियो की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर
सकेगी।
(6) व्यावृजत:- इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी, जिनका केंद्रीय
सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन्य जपछड़ा
वगो, भूतपूवव सैजनको और अन्य जविेष प्रवगव के व्यजियो के जलए उपबंि करना अपेजक्षत िै ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 12th February, 2024
S.R.O. 41—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in
supersession of the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production, Directorate of Quality
Assurance(Naval), (Senior Store Keeper) Group “C’’ Non-Gazetted posts, Recruitment Rules, 2011, except as
respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules
regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Superintendent(Stores) in the Ministry of Defence, Department of
Defence Production, Directorate of Quality Assurance (Naval), namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence
Production, Directorate of Quality Assurance (Naval), Superintendent (Stores) Recruitment Rules, 2023.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.-The number of the said post, its classification and level in
pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc:- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and
other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification.- No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to any of the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal
law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt
any person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it
may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any
class or category of persons.
6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to
be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-Servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this
regard.

to which are made through the employment
exchanges, the crucial date for determining
the age-limit shall, in each case, be the last
date upto which the employment exchanges
are asked to submit the names.
(i) 10+2 or equivalent pass from
a
recognised
Board
or
University;
(ii)
Certificate
Course
in
Material Management; and
(iii) Two years experience in the
Store Keeping or Accountancy.
Note:
The
qualification
regarding
experience
is
relaxable for persons to be
recorded in writing at the
discretion of the competent
authority
in
the
case
of
candidate
belonging
to
Scheduled Castes or Scheduled
Tribes, if at any stage of
selection,
the
competent
authority is of the opinion that
sufficient number of candidates
from
these
communities
possessing
the
requisite
experience are not likely to be
available to fill up the vacancies
reserved for them.
