केंरी आसूचना ाजिकारी श्रेणी - I (िस्ट्तावेि फोटोग्राफर), समूि 'ख' ृि,भती जन म, 2024 िज।

(2) े रािृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवषत िोंगे ।

2. ृि की सं्‍ ा, वगीकरण और वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर.-उि ृि की सं्‍ ा, उनका वगीकरण, वेतन मजंरक्स में स्ट्तर वे िोंगे

िो इन जन मों से उृाबद्ध ानूसुची के स्ट्तमभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्िगष्ट िज ।

3. भती की ृद्धजत, आ ु सीमा, ािगताएं आदि.-उि ृि ृर भती की ृद्धजत, आ ु सीमा, ािगताएं और उनसे संबंजित ान्

बातें वे िोंगी िो उि ानुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) तक में जवजनर्िगष्ट िैं ।

4. जनरिगता.-वि व्यजि -

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका ृजत ा जिसकी ृत्नी िीजवत िज, जववाि दक ा िज, ा जववाि की संजविा की िज;

स्ट्वी जवजि के ािीन ानुज्ञे िज और ऐसा करने के जलए ान् आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जन म के प्रवतगन में

छूट िे सकेगी ।

5. जिज ल करने की िजि.-ििां केन्री सरकार की ि रा िो दक ऐसा करना आवश् क ा समीचीन िज, विां वि उसके

जलए िो कारण िज उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके त ा संज लोक सेवा आ ोग से ृरामिग करके, इन जन मों के दकसी उृबंि को दकसी

वगग ा प्रवगग के व्यजि ों की बाबत, आिेि ्ारा जिज ल कर सकेगी ।

6. व्यावषजत.- इन जन मों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आ ु-सीमा में छूट और ान् ंर ा तों ृर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्री सरकार ्ारा इस संबंि में सम सम ृर िारी दकए गए, आिेिों के ानुसार ानुसूजचत िाजत ों,

ानुसूजचत िनिाजत ों, ान् जृछड़ा वगों, भूतृूवग सजनकों और ान् जविेष प्रवगग के व्यजि ों के जलए उृबंि करना

G.S.R. 102.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Bureau of Police Research and Development Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade I

(Document Photographer) Recruitment Rules, 1990, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of

Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade- I (Document Photographer) in the Directorate of Forensic Science

Services, Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Directorate of

Forensic Science Services, Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade- I (Document Photographer), Group ‘B’

Post, Recruitment Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. - No person, -

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

b. who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing,

exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service

Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category or persons.

6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the ex-servicemen and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to

time in this regard.

G.S.R. 103.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President, hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Accounts Officer,

Group ‘B’, Gazetted, Non-Ministerial in the Central Bureau of Investigation, namely:-

Short title and commencement - (1) These rules may be called the Central Bureau of Investigation

(Accounts Officer) Recruitment Rules, 2024.

(2)

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number, Classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the aforesaid Schedule annexed to

these rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said

Schedule.

Disqualifications. - No person,-

(a)

who has entered into, or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who having a spouse living, has entered into, or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

such person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-serviceman and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.

G.S.R. 104.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi (Modeller) Group ‘C’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2006, except as

respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules

regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Modeller, Group ‘C’ in the Safdarjang Hospital, New Delhi, under

the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Safdarjang Hospital, New Delhi, Modeller ( Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay-matrix. – The number of the said post, its classification and level

in the pay-matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. –The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. – No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

such person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

6. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the ex-Servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.
