आ.अ. 80.—लोक प्रजतजनजित्व अजिजनयम, 1950 (1950 का 43) की िारा 13-क की उप-िारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त

िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत जनवााचन आयोग रािस्ट्थान राज्य सरकार के परामिा से एतद्द्वारा, श्री प्रवीण गुप्ता,

आई.ए.एस. के स्ट्थान पर श्री नवीन मिािन, आई.ए.एस. (आर.िे:1997) को उनके कायाभार ग्रिण करने की तारीख से

आगामी आिेिों तक के जलए रािस्ट्थान राज्य के मुख्य जनवााचन अजिकारी के रूप में नाजमत करता िै।

2.

श्री नवीन मिािन, रािस्ट्थान सरकार के अिीन सभी पिभार या दकसी काया के पिभारों को तत्काल सौंप िेंगे या

िारण करना समाप्त कर िेंगे, िो दक वे ऐसा पिभार ग्रिण करने से पिले िारण कर रिे थे।

श्री नवीन मिािन, मुख्य जनवााचन अजिकारी, रािस्ट्थान के रूप में काया करते हुए रािस्ट्थान सरकार के अिीन

दकसी भी प्रकार का कोई अजतररि कायाभार ग्रिण निीं करेंगे जसवाय इसके दक उनको राज्य सजचवालय में जनवााचन

जवभाग के प्रभारी, सरकार के प्रिान सजचव पिाजभजित दकया िाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th June, 2024

O.N. 80.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13A of the Representation of the

People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of Rajasthan

hereby designates Shri Naveen Mahajan, IAS (RJ:1997) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Rajasthan with

effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders in place of Shri Praveen Gupta, IAS.

2.

Shri Naveen Mahajan shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work

under the Government of Rajasthan, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.

3.

Shri Naveen Mahajan while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Rajasthan shall not hold any

additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Rajasthan except that he should be designated Principal

Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.

कायाभार ग्रिण करने की तारीख से आगामी आिेिों तक के जलए गुिरात राज्य के मुख्य जनवााचन अजिकारी के रूप में

नाजमत करता िै।

2.

श्री िरीत िुक्ला, गुिरात सरकार के अिीन सभी पिभार या दकसी काया के पिभारों को तत्काल सौंप िेंगे या

िारण करना समाप्त कर िेंगे, िो दक वे ऐसा पिभार ग्रिण करने से पिले िारण कर रिे थे।

hereby designates Sh. Hareet Shukla, IAS (GUJ:1999) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Gujarat with

effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders in place of Smt. Pongumatla Bharathi, IAS.

2.

Sh. Hareet Shukla shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under

the Government of Gujarat, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.

3.

Sh. Hareet Shukla while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Gujarat shall not hold any additional

charge whatsoever under the Government of Gujarat except that he should be designated Principal Secretary to the

Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.

hereby designates Shri C. Sudharsan Reddy, IAS (TG:2002) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Telangana

with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders in place of Shri Vikas Raj, IAS.

2.

Shri C. Sudharsan Reddy, shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of

work under the Government of Telangana, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.

3.

Shri C. Sudharsan Reddy, while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Telangana shall not hold any

additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Telangana except that he should be designated Secretary to the

Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.
