3. एसओएसएल 2023 (एसक्र्ू) के संिंध में पिोन्नचत इस शता के अध्र्ाधीन है दक पिोन्नत अचधकारी चजन्द्होंने अभी तक लेवल िी

प्रचशक्षण सफलतापूवाक पूरा नहीं दकर्ा है र्ा छूट वाली श्रेणी में नहीं आते हैं,वेकार्माक एवं प्रचशक्षण चवभाग द्वारा नामांदकत दकए जाने पर

अचनवार्ा लेवल िी प्रचशक्षण कार्ाक्रम को सफलतापूवाक पूरा करेंगे और ऐसा करने में चवफल रहने पर उनके स.अ.अ. के मूल पि पर वापसी सचहत

अनुशासनात्मक कारावाई की जा सकती है।

4. सीएसएस चनर्मावली के चनर्म 2 (सी) (iii) के अनुसार, एसओएसएल 2023 (एसक्र्ू) में शाचमल अचधकाररर्ों के संिंध में अनुमोदित

सेवा की गणना 1जुलाई, 2023 से की जाएगी। हालांदक, डीपीसी दिशाचनिेशों के अनुसार, पिोन्नचत केवल भावी तारीख से ही प्रभावी होती है

और वास्तचवक पिोन्नचत की तारीख से पूवा की तारीख से दकसी कचल्पत वेतन चनधाारण करने की अनुमचत नहीं िी जाएगी।
