(क)
स्ट्तम्भ (10) के खंड (iii) में "और स्नातक बहु कायग कमगचारीवृन्ि" िब्िों का लोप दकया िाएगा ;
(ख)
स्ट्तम्भ (11), के खंड (ii) के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत खंड रखा िाएगा, अथागत :-
“10 प्रजतित प्रोन्नजत द्वारा उन स्नातक जलजपकों-सि-टंककों में से, िो लेखापरीक्षक के पि के जलए जवभागीय परीक्षा उत्तीणग
करने पर जलजपक-सि-टंकक संवगग में न्यूनतम 3 वषग की सेवा पूरी कर चुके िैं और जिनकी िाररत पि पर पुजि कर िी गई
िै।”

S.R.O. 44.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Defence Accounts Department (Auditor) Recruitment
Rules, 2022, namely :-
1.
Short title and Commencement .- (1) These rules may be called the Defence Accounts Department
(Auditor) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2024.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Defence Accounts Department (Auditor) Recruitment Rules, 2022, in the Schedule, -
(a)
in column (10) in clause (iii), the words “and Graduate Multi Tasking Staff ” shall be omitted ;
(b)
in column (11), for clause (ii), the following clause shall be substituted, namely :-
“ (ii) 10% by promotion from amongst Graduate Clerks-cum-Typists having a minimum of three years of
service in the clerk-cum-typist cadre who have been confirmed in the post held, on passing the Departmental
Examination by them for the post of Auditor.”.

का.जन.आ. 45.—राष्ट्रपजत, संजविान के अनुच्छेि 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रक्षा
मंत्रालय, मुख्यालय एकीकृत रक्षा स्ट्टाफ के अिीन स्ट्थापनों में पयगवेक्षक, नेटवकग प्रिासक, िाडगवेयर प्रिासक, लाईनमैन
और नौका जनमागता के पिों पर भती की पद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते िैं, अथागत्:-
1.
संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम, रक्षा मंत्रालय, मुख्यालय एकीकृत रक्षा स्ट्टाफ, के
अिीन स्ट्थापन, तकनीकी पि (समूि ‘ग’ पि) भती जनयम, 2024 िै।
(2)
ये रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त िोंगे।
2.
आवेिन.- ये जनयम, इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (1) में जवजनर्िगि पिों पर लागू िोगें।
3.
पि संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर. – उक्त पिों की संख्या, उनका वगीकरण तथा वेतन मैररक्स में
उनका स्ट्तर वि िोगा िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से (4) में जवजनर्िगि िैं।
4.
भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिगताएं, आदि.- उक्त पिों पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिगताएं और उनसे
संबंजित अन्य बातें वे िोंगी, िो उक्त अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से (13) में जवजनर्िगि िैं।
5.
जनरिगता.- वि व्यजक्त,-
(क)
जिसने ऐसे व्यजक्त से, जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत िै, जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा की
िै; या
(ख)
जिसने, अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए, दकसी व्यजक्त से जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की
संजविा की िै,
उक्त पिों पर जनयुजक्त का पात्र निीं िोगा।
परंतु यदि केंन्रीय सरकार की यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि, ऐसे व्यजक्त और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार
को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजक्त को इस जनयम के
प्रवतगन से छूट िे सकेगी।
6.
जिजथल करने की िजक्त.- ििां केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन िै, विां वि
उसके जलए िो कारण िैं, उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामिग करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को
दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजक्तयों की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।
7.
व्यावृजत्त.- इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,
जिनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों,
अनुसूजचत िन-िाजतयों, अन्य जपछडे वगों, भूतपूवग सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगग के व्यजक्तयों के जलए उपबंि करना
अपेजक्षत िै।

अनुभव
वांछनीयः
(i) लाइनक्स वातावरण में कायगरत िो;
(ii) नेटवकग तथा सवगर प्रिासन में पूवग अनुभव;
(iii) सूचना और संचार प्रौद्योजगकी सोल्यूिन का
ज्ञान िैसे दक नेटवर्किंग, सुरक्षा, डाटा केन्र,
क्लाउड, वचुगएलाइिेिन,आई पी प्रौद्योजगकी,
ध्वजन, जवजडओ आदि;
(iv) िोस्ट्ट जसक्यूररटी का अनुभव;
(v) जनम्नजलजखत प्रौद्योजगदकयों का अच्छा
अनुभव, लाइनक्स, वकगस्ट्टेिन, राउटसग या
जस्ट्वच, फायरवॉल प्रबंि, जसस्एडजमन, संपरीक्षा,
नेटवकग और सुरक्षा या नेटवकग उपाबद्ध स्ट्टोरेि;
और
(vi) पाइथन, िाइपरटेक्स्ट्ट माकगअप लेंग्वेि,
िाइपरटेक्स्ट्ट प्री-प्रोसेसर, माई बुलेरटन बोडग, ग्रुप
ऑदफस, ऑन क्लाउड, मूडल, वचुगअल मिीन
वेयर, गेसोनायर जलव्री डी पेकग इंफोरमेरटक का
ज्ञान।

भती की पद्धजतः भती सीिी िोगी या प्रोन्नजत
द्वारा या प्रजतजनयुजक्त/आमेलन द्वारा तथा जवजभन्न
पद्धजतयों द्वारा भरी िाने वाली ररजक्तयों की
प्रजतितता।
प्रोन्नजत या प्रजतजनयुजक्त/आमेलन
द्वारा भती की ििा में वे श्रेजणयां
जिनसे प्रोन्नजत या प्रजतजनयुजक्त या
आमेलन दकया िाएगा।

(ख) जिनके पास स्ट्तंभ 7 के अिीन, सीिे भती
दकए िाने वाले व्यजक्तयों िेतु िैजक्षक अिगताएं
और अनुभव िों।

यदि जवभागीय पुिीकरण सजमजत िै, तो उसकी संरचना ।
भती करने की पररजस्ट्थजतयों में, संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से
परामिग दकया िाएगा।

New Delhi, the 27th June, 2024
S.R.O. 45. —In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Supervisor, Network
Administrator, Hardware Administrator, Lineman and Boat Builder in the Establishments under Headquarters
Integrated Defence Staff, Ministry of Defence, namely:-
1.
Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Establishments
under Headquarters Integrated Defence Staff, Technical Posts (Group ‘C’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2024.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
Application.- These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these
rules.
3.
Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said posts, their classification
and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.
4.
Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.–The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications
and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
5.
Disqualification. – No person, -
(a)
who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b)
who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal
law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt
any person from the operation of this rule.
6.
Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,
it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any
class or category of persons.

7.
Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

from time to time in this regard.
