New Delhi, the 7th June, 2024

G.S.R 110.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clauses (a) and (b) of

sub-section (2) of section 165 of the Assam Rifles Act, 2006 (47 of 2006) and in supersession of the Assam Rifles

(Group ‘C’ Combatised Posts) Recruitment Amendment Rules, 2000, in so far as it relates to the post of Naib Subedar

(Store Keeper Technical Engineer), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the

Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Naib

Subedar (Store Keeper Technical Engineer) Group ‘B’ Combatised in the Assam Rifles under the Ministry of Home

Affairs, namely :-

1.

Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs Assam Rifles

Naib Subedar (Store Keeper Technical Engineer), Group ‘B’ Combatised Post, Recruitment Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.–The number of post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.–The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the afore said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification.–No person, –

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible

for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for

so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Medical fitness.–Medical fitness shall be as per uniform guidelines for recruitment in the Central Armed

Police Forces and Assam Rifles issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs and subsequent amendment thereof.

6.

Superannuation.-Every person appointed under these rules shall retire from service on the afternoon of the

last day of the month in which he or she attains the age of sixty years or as prescribed by the Central government from

time to time:

Provided that a person whose date of birth is on the first day of the month shall retire from service in the

afternoon of the last day of the preceding month on attaining the age of sixty years:

Provided further that no person shall be granted extension in service beyond the prescribed age of retirement

on superannuation.

7.

Interpretation.-If any question relating to the interpretation of these rules arises it shall be referred to the

Central Government who shall decide the same.

8.

Power to relax.–Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

9.

Saving.–Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

or as prescribed by the Force from time to

time.

Note.- Where Juniors who have completed

their qualifying or eligibility service are being

considered for promotion, their seniors would

also be considered provided they are not short

of the requisite qualifying or eligibility service

or two years, whichever is less and have

successfully completed their probation period

for promotion to the next higher level

alongwith their juniors who have already

supersession of the Directorate of Co-ordination Police Wireless (Additional Director, Joint Director and Deputy

Director) Recruitment Rules, 2007, in so far as they relate to the post of Additional Director except as respects things

done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the

Ministry of Home Affairs, namely :-

1.

Short title and commencement.–(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Directorate of

Co-ordination, Police Wireless, Additional Director, (Group ‘A’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2024.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.–The number of post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications,

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4.

Disqualification.–No person,

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax.–Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect of any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving.–Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, ex-servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

G.S.R. 112.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Government Health Scheme Organisation,

Pharmacist (Allopathic) Recruitment Rules, 2015, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of

Pharmacist (Allopathic), in the Central Government Health Scheme Organisation, Ministry of Health and Family

Welfare, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Central Government Health Scheme Organisation, Pharmacist (Allopathic), Group ‘C’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2024.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.-The number of the said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. -The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification.-No person,-

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such a marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

6.

Saving.-Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concession required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Central Government Health Scheme Organisation, Paramedical and general categories (Group ‘C’ Posts) Recruitment

(Amendment) Rules, 2024.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In the schedule to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Government Health Scheme

Organisation, Paramedical and general categories (Group ‘C’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as

the principal rules)-

(i)

Against the post of Pharmacist-cum-clerk (Unani) at serial number 1 for the entries under column (7),

the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“ Essential :

I. (i) 12^th class pass with Science Subjects [Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology] or equivalent from a

recognised Board or University or an equivalent oriental qualification in Urdu or Arbic or Persian;

(ii) Diploma in Unani Pharmacy of minimum two years duration from a Central or State Government recognised

University or institute; and

(iii) Two years’ experience as Unani Pharmacist from a Central or State Government Unani Hospital or Pharmacy or

Unani Hospital or Pharmacy recognised or empanelled by Central or State Government.

Or

II. Degree in Unani Pharmacy from a Central or State Government recognised University or Institute.

Note 1 : The qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Staff Selection Commission or Competent

Authority in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.

Note 2 : The qualification(s) regarding experience is relaxable at the discretion of the Staff Selection Commission
