आ.अ. 98.—लोक प्रजतजनजित्व अजिजनयम, 1950 (1950 का 43) की िारा 13-क की उप-िारा (1) द्वारा

प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत जनवााचन आयोग जिमाचल प्रिेि सरकार के परामिा से एतद्द्वारा, श्री मनीष गगा,

आई.ए.एस. के स्ट्थान पर सुश्री नंदिता गुप्ता, आई.ए.एस. (एच. पी.-2001) को उनके कायाभार ग्रिण करने की तारीख से

आगामी आिेिों तक के जलए जिमाचल प्रिेि राज्य के मुख्य जनवााचन अजिकारी के रूप में नाजमत करता िै।

सुश्री नंदिता गुप्ता, आई.ए.एस., जिमाचल प्रिेि सरकार के अिीन सभी पिभार या दकसी काया के पिभारों को

तत्काल सौंप िेंगी या िारण करना समाप्त कर िेंगी, िो दक वे ऐसा पिभार ग्रिण करने से पिले िारण कर रिी थी।

सुश्री नंदिता गुप्ता, आई.ए.एस., मुख्य जनवााचन अजिकारी, जिमाचल प्रिेि के रूप में काया करते हुए जिमाचल

प्रिेि सरकार के अिीन दकसी भी प्रकार का कोई अजतररि कायाभार ग्रिण निीं करेंगी जसवाय इसके दक उनको राज्य

सजचवालय में जनवााचन जवभाग के प्रभारी, सरकार के सजचव पिाजभजित दकया िाएगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th August, 2024

O.N. 98.—–In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13A of the Representation of

the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India in consultation with the Government of

Himachal Pradesh hereby designates Ms. Nandita Gupta, IAS, (HP:2001) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State

of Himachal Pradesh with effect from the date she takes over charge and until further orders in place of Shri Maneesh

Garg, IAS.

2.

Ms. Nandita Gupta, IAS, cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work

under the Government of Himachal Pradesh, which she may be holding before such assumption of office.

3.

Ms. Nandita Gupta, IAS while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Himachal Pradesh shall not hold

any additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Himachal Pradesh except that she should be designated

Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.

रािन, आई.ए.एस. के स्ट्थान पर श्री सुखबीर ससंि, आई.ए.एस. (एम.पी.:1997) को उनके कायाभार ग्रिण करने की

Pradesh hereby designates Shri Sukhveer Singh, IAS (MP: 1997) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of

Madhya Pradesh with effect from the date he takes over charge and until further orders in place of Shri Anupam

Rajan, IAS.

2.

Shri Sukhveer Singh shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work

under the Government of Madhya Pradesh, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.

3.

Shri Sukhveer Singh while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Madhya Pradesh shall not hold any

additional charge whatsoever under the Government of Madhya Pradesh except that he should be designated Principal

Secretary to the Government in charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.

आई.ए.एस के स्ट्थान पर श्री प्रभाकर, आई.ए.एस. (एस के:2007) को उनके कायाभार ग्रिण करने की तारीख से आगामी

आिेिों तक के जलए राज्य के मुख्य जनवााचन अजिकारी के रूप में नाजमत करता िै।

श्री प्रभाकर, जसदिम सरकार के अिीन सभी पिभार या दकसी काया के पिभारों को तत्काल सौंप िेंगे या िारण

hereby designates Shri Prabhakar, IAS (SK:2007) as the Chief Electoral Officer for the State of Sikkim with effect

from the date he takes over charge and until further orders in place of Shri D. Anandan, IAS.

2.

Shri Prabhakar shall cease to hold and hand over forthwith the charge of all or any charges of work under the

Government of Sikkim, which he may be holding before such assumption of office.

3.

Shri Prabhakar while functioning as the Chief Electoral Officer, Sikkim shall not hold any additional charge

whatsoever under the Government of Sikkim except that he should be designated Secretary to the Government in

charge of Election Department in the State Secretariat.
