का लोप दकया गया िै, गृि मंत्रालय के अिीन, समन्वय जनिेिालय पुजलस बेतार में सिायक जनिेिक (बीिलेख) के पि में

भती की पद्धजत के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती िैं, अथागत्:-

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.—(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप् त नाम गृि मंत्रालय, समन्वय जनिेिालय पुजलस बेतार,

सिायक जनिेिक (बीिलेख), समूि ‘क’, पि भती जनयम 2024 िै।

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त िोंगे।

पि की संख्या, वगीकरण एवं वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर.—इससे संबद्ध पि की संख्या, इनका वगीकरण और वेतन

मैररक्स में स्ट्तर विी िोंगे, िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्िगष् ट िैं।

भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिगताएं आदि.—उक् त पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिगताएं और उससे

संबंजित अन्य बातें विी िोंगी, िो उक् त अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट् तंभ (13) में जवजनर्िगष् ट िैं ।

जनरिगता.—वि व्यजि,-

(क)

जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत िै, जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा

की िै; या

(ख)

जिसने अपने पजत या पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै, या जववाि की संजविा

की िै,

उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र निीं िोगा:

परन्तु यदि केंरीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार को

लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं, तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतगन

से छूट िे सकेगी।

जिजथल करने की िजि.—ििााँ केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आव‍यक या समीचीन िै, तो वे

उसके जलए िो कारण िैं, उन्िे लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामिग करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी भी उपबन्ि

को दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों के संबंि में आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

व्यावृजत्त.—इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन् य ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन् रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर जनकाले गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों, अनुसूजचत

िनिाजतयों, अन् य जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूवग सैजनकों और अन् य जविेष प्रवगग के व् यजियों के जलए उपबंि करना अपेजक्षत िै।

प्राप्त संस्ट्थान द्वारा संचाजलत उन्नत पुनश्चयाग

बीिलेख पाठ्यक्म में िो सप्ताि का प्रजिक्षण

सफलतापूवगक पूरा कर जलया िो।

रटप्पण 1.- ऐसे व्यजियों के जलए पात्रता सेवा

तीन वषग की िी रिेगी िो मूल जनयमों के

प्रकािन की तारीख को जनयजमत आिार पर

पि िारण दकए हुए िैं।

रटप्पण 2.- ििां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंि

में, जिन्िोंने अपनी अिगक या पात्रता सेवा पूरी

कर ली िै, प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवचार दकया िा

रिा िो विां उनसे ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंि में

भी जवचार दकया िाएगा परन्तु यि तब िब

दक उनके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अिगक या पात्रता

सेवा, अपेजक्षत अिगक या पात्रता सेवा के आिे

से अजिक से या िो वषग से, इनमें से िो भी कम

िो, कम न िो और उन्िोंने अपने ऐसे कजनष्ठ

व्यजियों सजित, जिन्िोंने ऐसी अिगक या

पात्रता सेवा पिले िी पूरी कर ली िै, अगली

उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी

पररवीक्षा की अवजि सफलतापूवगक पूरी कर

ली िो।

प्रजतजनयुजि:

केन्रीय पुजलस संगठन या केन्रीय सिस्त्र

पुजलस बल या रक्षा संगठन या राज्य पुजलस

संगठन या संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों के पुजलस संगठन के

अजिकारी, िो:-

(क) (i) मूल संवगग में जनयजमत आिार पर

सिृि पि िारण करते िों; या

(ii) वेतन मैररक्स रू० 53100-167800 के

स्ट् तर-9 में या समतुल्य वेतनमान में मूल संवगग

या जवभाग में जनयजमत आिार उस पि पर

जनयुजि के पश्चात उस श्रेणी में िो वषग की सेवा

जिसमें जनम् नजलजखत िोंगे :-

1. अध्यक्ष या सिस्ट्य, संघ लोक सेवा आयोग – अध्यक्ष;

2. संयुि सजचव, गृि मंत्रालय – सिस्ट्य ;

प्रोन्नजत पर जनयुजि करते समय संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से

परामिग आव‍यक िै।

की िो; और

(ख) जनम्नजलजखत िैजक्षक अिगताएाँ और अनुभव

रखते िों,-

(i) दकसी मान्यता-प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से

गजणत जवषय के साथ स्नातक की जडग्री और

12वीं स्ट्तर पर अंग्रेिी जवषय रिा िो; या

(ii) दकसी मान्यता-प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या

संस्ट्थान से कम्यूप्टर जवज्ञान में प्रौद्योजगकी में

स्नातक

इंिीजनयरी

में

स्नातक

या

जवज्ञान(इंिीजनयरी) में स्नातक की जडग्री; और

दक्प्टो प्रणाली में काम करने का तीन वषग का

अनुभव; और

समन्वय जनिेिालय पुजलस बेतार या समतुल्य

द्वारा संचाजलत पुजलस उन्नयन बीिलेख

पाठ्यक्म श्रेणी-I पाठ्यक्म उत्तीणग दकया िो;

और

समन्वय जनिेिालय पुजलस बेतार या राज्य

पुजलस संगठन या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र पुजलस

संगठन या समतुल्य द्वारा संचाजलत िो सप्ताि

की अवजि का पुनश्चयाग बीिलेख पाठ्यक्म

उत्तीणग दकया िो।

रटप्पण 1: पोषक प्रवगग के ऐसे जवभागीय

अजिकारी, िो प्रोन्नजत की सीिी पंजि में िैं,

प्रजतजनयुि पर जनयुजि के जलए जवचार दकए

िाने के पात्र निीं िोंगे। इसी प्रकार प्रजतजनयुि

व्यजि प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए जवचार

दकए िाने के पात्र निीं िोंगे।

रटप्पण 2: प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि, जिसके

अंतगगत केंरीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य

संगठन या जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ठीक पिले

िाररत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पि पर

प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि िै सािारणतया तीन

वषग से अजिक निीं िोगी।

रटप्पण 3: प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए

अजिकतम आयु सीमा आवेिन प्राप्त करने की

अंजतम तारीख को छप्पन वषग से अजिक निीं

िोगी।

G.S.R. 127.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Directorate of Co-ordination (Police Wireless) Recruitment to class I and class II Posts Rules, 1966

in so far as they relate to the post of Assistant Director (Cipher) except as respects things done or omitted to be done

before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules relating to the method of recruitment to post

of Assistant Director (Cipher) in the Directorate of Co-ordination Police Wireless, under the Ministry of Home Affairs,

namely:-

Short title and commencement.–(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Directorate of

Co-ordination Police Wireless, Assistant Director (Cipher), Group ‘A’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2024.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.–The number of post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.–The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

Disqualification.–No person,-

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be

eligible for appointment to the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.– Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving.–Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.

should have passed Police Upgradation

Cipher Course Grade-I conducted by the

Directorate of Co-ordination Police

two weeks duration conducted by the

Directorate of Co-ordination Police

Wireless or State or Union territory

Police organisation or equivalent.

Note 1.-The departmental officers in the

feeder category who are in the direct

line of promotion shall not be eligible

for consideration for appointment on

deputation. Similarly, the deputationists

shall not be eligible for consideration

for appointment by promotion.

Note 2.-The period of deputation

including the period of deputation in

another ex-cadre post held immediately

preceding this appointment in the same

रटप्पण 3.-ििां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंि

में, जिन्िोंने अपनी अिगक या पात्रता सेवा पूरी

कर ली िै, प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवचार दकया िा

रिा िो विां उनसे ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंि में

भी जवचार दकया िाएगा परन्तु यि तब िब

दक उनके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अिगक या पात्रता

सेवा, अपेजक्षत अिगक या पात्रता सेवा के आिे

से अजिक से या िो वषग से, इनमें से िो भी कम

िो, कम न िो और उन्िोंने अपने ऐसे कजनष्ठ

व्यजियों सजित, जिन्िोंने ऐसी अिगक या

पात्रता सेवा पिले िी पूरी कर ली िै, अगली

उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी

पररवीक्षा की अवजि सफलतापूवगक पूरी कर

ली िो।

प्रजतजनयुजि:

केंरीय या राज्य या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के अंतगगत

अजिकारी:-

(क) (i) मूल संवगग में जनयजमत आिार पर

सिृि पि िारण करते िों; या

(ii) वेतन मैररक्स रू० 53100-167800 के

स्ट् तर-9 में या समतुल्य वेतनमान में मूल संवगग

या जवभाग में जनयजमत आिार उस पि पर

जनयुजि के पश्चात उस श्रेणी में िो वषग की सेवा

की िो; या

(iii) वेतन मैररक्स रू० 47600-151100 के

स्ट् तर-8 में या समतुल्य वेतनमान में मूल संवगग

या जवभाग में जनयजमत आिार उस पि पर

जनयुजि के पश्चात उस श्रेणी में चार वषग की

सेवा की िो;

और

(ख) जनम्नजलजखत िैजक्षक अिगताएाँ और अनुभव

रखते िों,-

(i) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या

संस्ट्थान से इलेक्रॉजनक्स या इलेक्रॉजनक्स और

िूरसंचार या इलेक्रॉजनक्स और संचार या

सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी या कम्प्युटर जवज्ञान या

सूचना और संचार प्रौद्योजगकी या इलैजक्रकल

इंिीजनयरी

िूरसंचार

जवषय

इंिीजनयरी में स्नातक या प्रौद्योजगकी में स्नातक

की जडग्री; या

िाने के पात्र निीं िोंगे। इसी प्रकार प्रजतजनयुि

supersession of the Directorate of Co-ordination (Police Wireless) Recruitment to class I and class II Posts Rules, 1966

in so far as they relate to the post of Assistant Director except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules to regulate the method of recruitment to post of Assistant

Director in the Directorate of Co-ordination Police Wireless, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:-

Short title and commencement.–(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Directorate of

Co-ordination Police Wireless, Assistant Director, Group ‘A’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2024.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.–The number of post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

Disqualification.–No person,-

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.–Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving.–Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.

G.S.R. 129.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Directorate of Co-ordination Police Wireless (Additional Director, Joint Director and Deputy

Director) Recruitment Rules, 2007 in so far as they relate to the post of Deputy Director except as respects things done

or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules to regulate the method

of recruitment to post of Deputy Director in the Directorate of Co-ordination Police Wireless, under the Ministry of

Home Affairs, namely:-

Short title and commencement.–(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Directorate of

Co-ordination Police Wireless, Deputy Director, Group ‘A’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2024.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.–The number of post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

Disqualification.–No person,-

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be

eligible for appointment to the said post :

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.–Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving.–Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ - (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम गृि मंत्रालय, राष्ट्रीय अजििमन सेवा मिाजवद्यालय, नागपुर,

फोरमैन (समूि ‘ग’ पि) भती जनयम, 2024 िै।

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त िोंगे।

2. पि-संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर : उि पि की संख्या, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्स में उसका

स्ट्तर वि िोगा, िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्िगि िैं।

3. भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिगताएं, आदि : उि पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिगताएं और उससे संबंजित

अन्य बातें वे िोंगी िो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्िगि िैं।

4. जनरिगता : वि व्यजि-

परंतु यदि केंरीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू

स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतगन से

छूट िे सकेगी ।

5. जिजथल करने की िजि : ििां केंरीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आव‍यक या समीचीन िै, विां वि उसके

जलए िो कारण िैं, उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को दकसी वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों की बाबत, आिेि

द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

6. व्यावृजत्त : इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केंरीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों, अनुसूजचत

(मोटर वािन) या ऑटोमोबाइल अजभयांजत्रकी रेड में प्रणामपत्र;

(iii) िल्के और भारी वािन के जलए चालन अनुज्ञजप्त रखते िो और

(iv) दकसी सुस्ट्थाजपत कायगिाला में सभी प्रकार के मोटर वािन की मरम्मत का िो

वषग का अनुभव ; या

(v) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त संस्ट्था से ऑटोमोबाइल अजभयांजत्रकी में तीन वषग का

जडप्लोमा या समतुल्य ।

रटप्पण 1: अिगताएं, अन्यथा सुअर्िगत अभ्यर्थगयों की ििा में कारणों के जलए िो

लेखबद्ध दकए िाए कमगचारी चयन आयोग या सक्षम प्राजिकारी के जववेकानुसार

जिजथल की िा सकती िै।

रटप्पण 2: अनुभव संबंिी अिगताएं कारणों के जलए िो लेखबद्ध दकए िाए कमगचारी

(ii) जिन्िोंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मैररक्स, स्ट्तर 3 (21700-69100/- रु.) या समतुल्य में जनयजमत आिार पर उस पि पर

जनयुजि के पश्चात पााँच वषग की सेवा की िै; या

(iii) जिन्िोंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मैररक्स के स्ट्तर 2 (19900 – 63200/-रु.) या समतुल्य में जनयजमत आिार पर उस पि पर

जनयुजि के पश्चात आठ वषग की सेवा की िै और

(ख) जिसके पास स्ट्तंभ (7) के अिीन सीिी भती दकए िाने वाले व्यजियों के जलए यथाजवजित िैजक्षक अिगताएं और अनुभव िै|

रटप्पण 1 :- पोषक प्रवगग के ऐसे जवभागीय अजिकारी, िो प्रोन् नजत की सीिी पंजि में िै, प्रजतजनयुजि पर जनयुजि के जलए जवचार दकए

िाने के पात्र निीं िोंगे | इसी प्रकार प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन् नजत द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए जवचार दकए िाने के पात्र निीं िोंगे |

रटप्पण 2 :- प्रजतजनयुजि (प्रजतजनयुजि जिसके अंतगगत अल्पकाजलक संजविा भी िै) की अवजि जिसके अंतगगत केंरीय सरकार के उसी या

दकसी अन्य संगठन या जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ठीक पिले िररत दकसी अन्य काडर बाहृय पि पर प्रजतजनयुजि (प्रजतजनयुजि जिसके

अंतगगत अल्पकाजलक संजविा भी िै) की अवजि िै सािारणतया 3 वषग से अजिक निी िोगी |

रटप्पण 3:- प्रजतजनयुजि (प्रजतजनयुजि जिसके अंतगगत अल्पकाजलक संजविा भी िै) द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए अजिकतम आयु सीमा आवेिन

प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारीख को 56 वषग से अजिक निीं िोंगी |

G.S.R. 131.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the National Fire Service College, Nagpur, Group ‘C’ (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment Rules, 2014, in so

far as they relate to the post of Driver (ordinary grade), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before

such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of

Fire Engine Driver-cum-Operator in the National Fire Service College, Nagpur under the Ministry of Home Affairs,

namely:-

Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, National Fire

Service College, Nagpur, Fire Engine Driver-cum-Operator (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.-The number of the said post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

Method of recruitment, age- limit, qualifications, etc.-The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

Disqualification.- No person,-

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax. -Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

जनयम, 2024 किा िाएगा।

(2) वे सरकारी रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की जतजथ से प्रभावी िोंगे।

वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्िगि अनुसार िोगा।

3. भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अन्य अिगताएं, आदि : भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिगताएं और उि पि से संबंजित

अन्य मामले पूवोि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्िगि अनुसार िोंगे।

4. जनरिगता : वि व्यजि –

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत िै, जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा की

िै; या

(ख) जिसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की

G.S.R. 132.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Income-tax Department (Inspector) Recruitment Rules, 1969, except as respects things done or

omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules to regulate the method of

recruitment to the post of Inspector of Income Tax in the Central Board of Direct Taxes, Department of Revenue,

Ministry of Finance, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.- (1)These rules may be called the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue,

Central Board of Direct Taxes, Inspector of Income Tax (Group ‘B’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of the said post, its classification and the

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, other qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.– No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax

any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

G.S.R. 133.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the Income Tax Department Administrative Officers (Group "A" and Group "B" Posts), Recruitment

Rules, 2004, in so far as they relate to the post of Administrative Officer Grade-III, except as respects things done or

omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules to regulate the method of

recruitment to the post of Administrative Officer Grade-III in the Income Tax Department under the Central Board of

Direct Taxes, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue,

Central Board of Direct Taxes, Administrative Officer Grade III (Group ‘B’ Gazetted Post) Recruitment Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and Level in pay matrix.- The number of posts, its classification and Level in the

pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, other qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualifications.– No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax: Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by

order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax

any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

से या िो वषग से, इनमें से िो भी कम िो, कम न िो और उन्िोंने

अपने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजित, जिन्िोंने ऐसी अिगक/पात्रता सेवा

पिले िी पूरी कर ली िै, अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए

अपनी पररवीक्षा की अवजि सफलतापूवगक पूरी कर ली िो।

प्रजतजनयुजि : केंरीय सरकार के अंतगगत् ऐसे अजिकारी :-

(a) (i) िो मूल संवगग अथवा जवभाग में जनयजमत आिार पर

आिार पर आिुजलजपक श्रेणी में पााँच वषों की जनयजमत सेवा की िै;

रटप्पण 1 : फीडर पि के ऐसे जवभागीय अजिकारी, िो प्रोन्नजत की

सीिी पंजि में िैं, प्रजतजनयुजि पर जनयुजि के जलए जवचार दकए

िाने के पात्र निीं िोंगे। इसी प्रकार, प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत

द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए जवचार दकए िाने के पात्र निीं िोंगे।

रटप्पण 2: प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि, जिसके अंतगगत केंरीय सरकार

के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठन में इस जनयुजि से ठीक पिले िाररत

Note 1: The Departmental officers in the feeder cadre

eligible for consideration for appointment on

deputation. Similarly, the deputationists shall not be

eligible for consideration for appointment by

promotion.

Note 2: The period of deputation including the period

of deputation in another ex-cadre post held

immediately preceding this appointment in the same

or some other organisation shall ordinarily not exceed

three years.

Note 3: The maximum age-limit for appointment by

deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the

G.S.R. 135.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Ministry of Finance, Income-Tax Department Stenographer Grade-I Group 'B' non-gazetted post

Recruitment Rules, 2005, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President

hereby makes the following rules to regulate the method of recruitment to the post of Stenographer Grade-I in the

Central Board of Direct Taxes, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue,

Central Board of Direct Taxes, Stenographer Grade–I (Group ‘B’ Post), Recruitment Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of the said post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, other qualifications, etc.—The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. – No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for

appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax .—Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax

any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving .— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other backward classes, Ex-servicemen and other special

categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 136.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the North Eastern Council Secretariat, Staff Car Drivers (Group ‘C’ posts), Recruitment Rules, 2004, in

so far as they relate to the post of Staff Car Driver (Special Grade) except as respects things done or omitted to be done

before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the

post of Staff Car Driver (Special Grade) in the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, North Eastern

Council Secretariat, Shillong, namely: -

Short title and commencement. –(1) These rules may be called the North Eastern Council Secretariat,

Shillong, Staff Car Driver (Special Grade), Group 'B' post (Non- Gazetted) Recruitment Rules, 2024.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.-The number of post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

Method of recruitment, age- limit, and qualifications, etc.–The method of recruitment, age- limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of

the said Schedule.

Disqualification. –No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt such

person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax. –Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by

order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax

any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving. –Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age- limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-Servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.
