सा.का.जन. 137.—केन्रीय सरकार, सिस्त्र सीमा बल अजिजनयम, 2007 (2007 का 53) की िारा 155 की

उृिारा 2 के खंड (क) और खंड (ग) ्ारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, गषि मंत्रालय, सिस्त्र सीमा बल, समूि ‘ख’,

योिक आयुजिक संवगग ृि भती जनयम, 2012 का और संिोिन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती िै, अथागत् :–

1. (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम गषि मंत्रालय, सिस्त्र सीमा बल, समूि ‘ख’ योिक आयुजिक संवगग ृि भती (संिोिन)

जनयम, 2024 िै।

2. गषि मंत्रालय, सिस्त्र सीमा बल, समूि ‘ख’ योिक आयुजिक संवगग ृि भती जनयम, 2012 में, (जिसे इसमें इसके ृश्चात्

उि जनयम किा गया िै), जनयम 3 के स्ट्थान ृर, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम रखा िाएगा ।

“3. ृिों की संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर.– उि ृिों की संख्या, उनका वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्स में

उनका स्ट्तर वि िोगा, िो इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्िगष्ट िैं । ”

3. उि जनयमों के जनयम 5 का लोृ दकया िाएगा ।

4. उि जनयमों में, जनयम 12 के स्ट्थान ृर, जनम्नजलजखत जनयम रखा िाएगा, अथागत् ;–

“12. अजिवर्षगता.– इन जनयमों के अिीन जनयुि दकया गया कोई कार्मगक उस मास के, जिसमें वि सा वषग की

आयु प्राप्त करता िै अंजतम दिन के अृराह्न में सेवाजनवषत िोगा या िैसा केंरीय सरकार ्ारा समय- समय ृर

जवजित दकया िाएः

ृरन्तु ऐसा व्यजि जिसकी िन्म की तारीख दकसी मास का ृिला दिन िै, अजिवर्षगता की आयु प्राप्त करने

ृर ृूवगवती मास के अंजतम दिन के अृराह्न में सेवाजनवषत िोगा ” ।

5. उि जनयमों की, अनुसूची में,–

(क) जनरीक्षक (आयुजिक)/(तकनीकी) के ृि से संबंजित क्रम संख्यांक 1 के सामने,–

(i) स्ट्तंभ (2) में, प्रजवजष्टयों के स्ट्थान ृर, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजवजष्टयां रखी िाएगी, अथागत् :–

“20* (2024)

*कायगभार के आिार ृर ृररवतगन दकया िा सकता िै ।”;

(ii) स्ट्तंभ (4) में, स्ट्तंभ, िीषग और उससे संबंजित प्रजवजष्टयों के स्ट्थान ृर जनम्नजलजखत स्ट्तंभ, िीषग और उससे

संबंजित प्रजवजष्टयां रखी िाएंगी, अथागत् :–

“ वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर ।

वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर-7(44900-142400 रू.) ।” ;

(iii) स्ट्तंभ (11) में िी गई प्रजवजष्टयों के स्ट्थान ृर, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजवजष्टयां रखी िाएंगी, अथागत् :–

“सिस्त्र सीमा बल के ऐसे उृ-जनरीक्षक (आयुजिक) जिन्िोंने वेतन मैररक्स के स्ट्तर-6 (रु. 35400-112400) में

जचदकत्सा श्रेणी िेृ-1 के साथ ृााँच वषग जनयजमत सेवा की िै और, और जिन्िोंने मिाजनिेिक, सिस्त्र सीमा बल

्ारा समय-समय ृर यथाजवजित प्रोन्नजतृूवग ृाठ्यक्रम या ृाठ्यक्रमों को सफलताृूवगक ृूरा दकया िो। ”;

रिप्ृण.– ििां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंि में, जिन्िोंने अृनी अिगक या ृात्रता सेवा ृूरी कर ली िै, प्रोन्नजत के

जलए जवचार दकया िा रिा िो, विां उनसे ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंि में भी जवचार दकया िाएगा ृरंतु यि तब

िबदक उनके ्ारा की गई ऐसी अिगक या ृात्रता सेवा, अृेजक्षत अिगक या ृात्रता सेवा के आिे से अजिक से या िो

वषग से, इनमें से िो भी कम िो, कम न िो और उन्िोंने अृने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजित, जिन्िोंने ऐसी अिगक या

ृात्रता सेवा ृिले िी ृूरी कर ली िै, अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अृनी ृररवीक्षा की अवजि

सफलताृूवगक ृूरी कर ली िो ।

(iv) स्ट्तंभ (12) में, प्रजवजष्टयों के स्ट्थान ृर, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजवजष्टयां रखी िाएंगी, अथागत् :–

“समूि ‘ख’ जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत (प्रोन्नजत ृर जवचार करने के जलए), जिसमें जनम्नजलजखत िोंगे-

1. मिाजनरीक्षक, सिस्त्र सीमा बल

: अध्यक्ष;

2. उृ मिाजनरीक्षक, सिस्त्र सीमा बल

: सिस्ट्य;

3. ज्तीय कमान अजिकारी या उृ कमांडेि, सिस्त्र सीमा बल : सिस्ट्य ।”;

(ख) उृ-जनरीक्षक (आयुजिक) के ृि से संबंजित क्रम संख्यांक 2 के सामने,–

संबंजित प्रजवजष्टयां रखी िाएंगी, अथागत् :–

“ वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर ।

वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर-7(35400-112400 रू.) ।” ;

(iii) स्ट्तंभ (11) में , प्रजवजष्टयों के स्ट्थान ृर जनम्नजलजखत प्रजवजष्टयां रखी िाएंगी, अथागत् :–

“सिस्त्र सीमा बल के ऐसे िैड कांस्ट्िेबल (आयुजिक)/(तकनीकी) जिन्िोंने वेतन मैररक्स के स्ट्तर-4 (रु. 25500-

81100) में जचदकत्सा श्रेणी िेृ-1 के साथ िस वषग जनयजमत सेवा की िै और जिन्िोंने मिाजनिेिक, सिस्त्र सीमा

बल ्ारा यथाजवजित प्रोन्नजतृूवग ृाठ्यक्रम या ृाठ्यक्रमों को सफलताृूवगक ृूरा दकया िो। ”;

रिप्ृण.– ििां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंि में, जिन्िोंने अृनी अिगक या ृात्रता सेवा ृूरी कर ली िै, प्रोन्नजत के

जलए जवचार दकया िा रिा िो, विां उनसे ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंि में भी जवचार दकया िाएगा ृरंतु यि तब

िबदक उनके ्ारा की गई ऐसी अिगक या ृात्रता सेवा, अृेजक्षत अिगक या ृात्रता सेवा के आिे से अजिक से या िो

वषग से, इनमें से िो भी कम िो, कम न िो और उन्िोंने अृने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजित, जिन्िोंने ऐसी अिगक या

ृात्रता सेवा ृिले िी ृूरी कर ली िै, अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अृनी ृररवीक्षा की अवजि

सफलताृूवगक ृूरी कर ली िो।

“प्रजतजनयुजि: केंरीय सरकार सिस्त्र ृुजलस बलों या राज्य सरकार ृुजलस संग न या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रिासन

ृुजलस संग न के अजिकारी ,–

(क) (i) जिन्िोंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में जनयजमत आिार ृर सिषि ृि िारण दकया हुआ िो; या

(ii) जिन्िोंने मूल संवगग या जवभाग में वेतन मैररक्स के स्ट्तर-5 (रु.29200-92300) या समतुल्य में जनयजमत

आिार ृर जनयुजि के ृश्चात् ग्रेड में छः वषग की सेवा प्रिान की िो; और

(ख) जिसके ृास जनम्नजलजखत िैजक्षक अिगताएं और अनुभव िोः–

(i) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोडग से 10वीं कक्षा उत्तीणग; और

(ii) अभ्यथी के ृास संबंजित संग न ्ारा जवजित आयुजिक उन्नयन ृाठ्यक्रम अर्िगत िोना चाजिए ।

(ग) अभ्यथी जचदकत्सा प्रवगग िेृ-1 में िोंगे।

रिप्ृण 1.– ृोषक वगग के ऐसे जवभागीय अजिकारी, िो प्रोन्नजत की सीिी ृंजि में िैं, प्रजतजनयुजि ृर जनयुजि के

जलए जवचार दकए िाने के ृात्र निीं िोंगे। इसी प्रकार प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत ्ारा जनयुजि के जलए जवचार

दकए िाने के ृात्र निीं िोंगे ।

रिप्ृण 2.– प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि, जिसके अंतगगत केन्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संग न या जवभाग में

इस जनयुजि से ीक ृिले िाररत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य ृि ृर प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि िै, सािारणतया तीन वषग

से अजिक निीं िोगी ।

रिप्ृण 3.–प्रजतजनयुजि ्ारा जनयुजि के जलए अजिकतम आयु-सीमा आवेिन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारीख को

छप्ृन वषग से अजिक निीं िोगी ।

ृुनर्नगयोिन : ऐसे भूतृूवग सैनकों का ृुनर्नगयोिन, िो सिस्त्र बल में, उसी या समतुल्य रैंक का ृि िारण दकए हुए

िैं : सिस्त्र बल के ऐसे कार्मगकों के संबंि में भी, प्रजतजनयुजि के जलए जवचार दकया िाएगा िो एक वषग की अवजि

के भीतर सेवाजनवषत्त िोने वाले िैं या ररिवग में स्ट्थानान्तररत दकए िाने वाले िैं और जिनके ृास अृेजक्षत अनुभव

और जवजित अिगताएं िैं। ऐसे व्यजियों को उस तारीख तक प्रजतजनयुजि के जनबंिनों ृर रखा िाएगा जिस तारीख से

उन्िें सिस्त्र बल से जनमुगि दकया िाना िै; तत्ृश्चात् उन्िें ृुनर्नगयोिन ृर बने रिने दिया िा सकता िै। अभ्यथी

जचदकत्सा श्रेणी िेृ-1 में िोंगे ।”;

(iv) स्ट्तंभ (12) में प्रजवजष्टयों के स्ट्थान ृर, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजवजष्टयां रखी िाएंगी, अथागत् :–

“समूि ‘ख’ जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत (प्रोन्नजत ृर जवचार करने के जलए), जिसमें जनम्नजलजखत िोंगे-

New Delhi, the 24th September, 2024

G.S.R. 137.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a) and (c) of sub-section (2) of section 155 of

the Sashastra Seema Bal Act, 2007 (53 of 2007), the Central Government hereby makes the followings rules further to

amend the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sashastra Seema Bal, Group ‘B’ Combatised Armourer Cadre posts Recruitment

Rules, 2012, namely:-

1. (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sashastra Seema Bal, Group ‘B’ Combatised Armourer

Cadre posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2024.

2. In the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sashastra Seema Bal, Group ‘B’ Combatised Armourer Cadre posts Recruitment

Rules, 2012 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules),for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

“3. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of the said posts, their classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.”.

3. Rule 5 of the said rules shall be omitted.

4. In the said rules, for rule 12, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

“12. Superannuation.– The personnel appointed under these rules shall retire from service on the afternoon of the

last day of the month in which he or she attains the age of sixty years or as per prescribed by the Central

Government from time to time:

Provided that a person whose date of birth is on the first day of a month, shall retire from service on the afternoon

of the last day of the preceding month on attaining the age of superannuation”.

5. In the Schedule to the said rules,–

(a) against serial number 1, relating to the post of Inspector(Armourer)/(Tech),-

(i) in column (2), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“20* (2024)

*Subject to variation dependent on workload.”;

(ii) in column (4), for the column, heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column, heading and

entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“Level in pay matrix.

Level-7 in the pay matrix (Rs.44900-142400).”;

(iii) in column (11), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“From amongst the Sub-Inspector (Armourer) of the Sashastra Seema Bal in level-6 (Rs. 35400-112400) of

the pay matrix with five years regular service and medical category SHAPE-1, and who have successfully

completed pre-promotional course or courses as prescribed by the Director General, Sashastra Seema Bal from time

to time.

Note.- Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service are being considered for promotion,

their seniors shall also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying or eligibility service by

more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service or two years, whichever is less, and have successfully

completed probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already

completed such qualifying or eligibility service.”;

(iv) in column (12), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“Group ‘B’ Departmental Promotion Committee(for considering promotion) consisting of:–

1. Inspector General, Sashastra Seema Bal - Chairman;

2. Deputy Inspector General, Sashastra Seema Bal - Member;

3. Second-in-Command or Deputy Commandant, Sashastra Seema Bal

- Member.;

(b) against serial number 2, relating to the post of Sub-Inspector (Armourer),–

(i) in column (2),for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted; namely:-

“85* (2024)

*Subject to variation dependent on workload.”;

(ii) in column (4), for the column, heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column, heading and

entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“Level in pay matrix.

“Promotion:

From amongst Head Constable (Armourer)/(Tech) of the Sashastra Seema Bal in level-4 (Rs. 25500-81100) of the

pay matrix with ten years regular service and medical category SHAPE-1, and who have successfully completed

pre-promotional course or courses as prescribed by Director General, Sashastra Seema Bal from time to time.

Note.- Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service are being considered for promotion,

their seniors shall also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying or eligibility service by

more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service or two years, whichever is less, and have successfully

Deputation:

Officers of the Central Government Armed Police Forces or State Governments Police Organisation or Union

territory Administrations Police Organisation,-

(a) (i) holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; or

(ii) with six years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment to the posts on a regular basis in level-5 of

the pay matrix (Rs. 29200-92300) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and

(b) possessing the following educational qualifications and experience.-

(i) 10th class passed from recognised board; and

(ii) the candidate shall have qualified Armourer up-gradation course prescribed by the respective organisation.

(c ) the candidate shall be in the Medical category SHAPE-1.

Note 1.- The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible

for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, the deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for

appointment by promotion.

Note 2.- The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately

preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall

ordinarily not exceed three years.

Note 3.- The maximum age-limit for appointment on deputation (including short-term contract) shall be not exceeding

fifty six years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

Re-employment:

Re-employment of Ex-Servicemen who have held the same or equivalent rank in the Armed Forces: The Armed Forces

personnel due to retire or who are to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and having the requisite

experience and qualifications prescribed, shall also be considered for deputation. Such person would also be given

deputation term up to the date on which they are due for release from the Armed Forces. Thereafter, they may be

continued on re-employment. The candidate shall be in the medical category SHAPE-1.”;

(iv) in column (12), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:–

“Group ‘B’ Departmental Promotion Committee (for considering promotion) consisting of :–

(1) Deputy Inspector General, Sashastra Seema Bal

- Chairperson;

(2) Commandant, Sashastra Seema Bal

- Member;

(3) Second-in-Command or Deputy Commandant, Sashastra Seema Bal - Member.

Group ‘B’ Departmental Confirmation Committee (for considering confirmation) consisting of :–

(1) Deputy Inspector General, Sashastra Seema Bal - Chairperson;

(2) Commandant, Sashastra Seema Bal

- Member;

(3) Second-in-Command or Deputy Commandant, Sashastra Seema Bal - Member.”.

जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती िै, अथागत:-

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ:-(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम राष्ट्रीय आृिा प्रबंिन प्राजिकरण (समूि ‘ख’ और समूि

‘ग’ ृि) भती जनयम, 2024 िै।

(2) ये रािृत्र में उनके प्रकािन तारीख को प्रवषत्त िोंगे।

लागू िोना :-ये जनयम इन जनयमों से उृाबंद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्िगष्ट ृिों को लागू िोंगे।

जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा की िै, जिसका ृजत या जिसकी ृत्नी िीजवत

जिसने अृने ृजत या अृनी ृत्नी के िीजवत िोते हुए, दकसी अन्य व्यजि से जववाि की संजविा की िै,

ृरंतु, यदि केन्रीय सरकार, का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक एस जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य

्ारा जिजथल कर सकेगा।

व्यावषजत्त:-इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में िूर और अन्य ररयायतों ृर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्रीय सरकार ्ारा इस संबंि में समय समय ृर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों/अनुसूजचत

एक वषग के भीतर ररिवग में स्ट्थानांतररत दकया

िाने वाला िै और जिनके ृास ऊृर जवजनर्िगष्ट

(ख) सिस्त्र बल के ऐसे कार्मगकों को उस

िूटिंग और स्ट्थानीय क्षेत्र नेिवकग (एलएएन) या जवस्ट्तार क्षेत्र

नेिवकग (डब्लल्यूएएन) भी िैं में तीन वषग का अनुभव।

(ii) सूचना सुरक्षा और डेिाबेस प्रबंिन में िानकारी।

भूतृूवग सैजनकों के जलए:(क) सिस्त्र बलों के कार्मगक िो

सेवाजनवषत्त िोने वाले िैं या जिन्िें एक वषग के भीतर ररिवग में

स्ट्थानांतररत दकया िाना िै और जिन्िें ऊृर जवजनर्िगष्ट िैजक्षक

अिगताएाँ और अनुभव िो, ृर भी जवचार दकया िाएगा।

(ख) ऐसे व्यजियों को उस तारीख तक प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि

तक रखा िाएगा जिस तारीख को वे सिस्त्र बल से जनमुगि िोने

वाले िैं; उसके ृश्चात अजिवर्षगता आयु प्राप्त करने तक उनका

और अनुभव रखने वाले और प्रजिक्षण प्राप्त कार्मगक िो सेवाजनवषत्त

िोने वाले िैं या जिन्िें एक वषग के भीतर ररिवग में स्ट्थानांतररत दकया

िाना िै,के नामों ृर भी जवचार दकया िाएगा।

(ख) ऐसे व्यजियों को उस तारीख तक प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि तक

रखा िाएगा जिस तारीख को वे सिस्त्र बल से जनमुगि िोने वाले िैं,

उसके ृश्चात उन्िें अजिवर्षगता की आयु प्राप्त करने तक उनका

जिन्िें जवजनर्िगष्ट हिंिी िकंण का ज्ञान िो और कंप्यूिरृर काम करने का ज्ञान

िो, ृर भी जवचार दकया िाएगा।

(ख) ऐसे व्यजियों को उस तारीख तक प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि तक रखा

िाएगा जिस तारीख को वे सिस्त्र बल से जनमुगि िोने वाले िैं, उसके ृश्चात

उन्िें अजिवर्षगत की आयु प्राप्त करने तक उनका ृुनर्नगयोिन िारी रखा िा

सकता िै।

(ग) भूतृूवग सैजनकों को, िो ृि के जलए अन्यथा ृात्र िैं, ृुनर्नगयोिन के

जलए जवचार दकया िाएगा।

रिप्ृणी 1:प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि समान्यत: ृांच वषों की िोगी, जिसे सक्षम

प्राजिकारी के अनुमोिन से अजिकतम िो वषों की अवजि तक बढाया िा

सकती िै।

G.S.R. 138.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 read with section 75 of the Disaster

Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005) and in supersession of the National Disaster Management Authority, Group ‘C’

posts Recruitment Rules, 2009, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the

Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the Group ‘B’ and

Group ‘C’ posts in the National Disaster Management Authority, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the National Disaster Management Authority

(Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ Posts)Recruitment Rules, 2024.

(2)

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Application. – These rules shall apply to the posts specified in Column (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.

3.

Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of posts, their classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in Columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule.

4.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc..- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said posts, shall be as specified in Columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

5.

Disqualification.- No person, -

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing,

exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

6.

7.

Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by orders and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

8.

Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-Servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

सा.का.जन. 139.—राष्ट्रपति, संतवधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्िुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शतियों का प्रयोग करिे हुए और

डॉ.राम मनोहर लोतहया अस्ट्ृताल, नई दिल्ली (तहन्दी अतधकारी) (समूह ‘ख’ पद), भिी तनयम, 2004 को, उन बािों के

तसवाय अतधक्ांि करिे हुए, तिन्हें ऐसे अतधक्मण से पूवव ककया गया है या करने का लोप ककया गया है, स्ट्वास्ट््य और

पररवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, डॉ. राम मनोहर लोतहया अस्ट्ृताल, नई दिल्ली में सहायक तनदेशक (रािभाषा) के पद पर भिी

की पद्धति का तवतनयमन करने के तलए तनम्नतलतखि तनयम बनािे हैं, अर्ावि्:-

संतिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ: (1) इन तनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, डॉ. राम मनोहर

लोतहया अस्ट्ृताल, नई दिल्ली, सहायक तनदेशक (रािभाषा), (समूह ‘क’ पद) भिी तनयम, 2024 है।

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की िारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

पद की संख्या, वगीकरण और वेिन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर: उि पद की संख्या, उसका वगीकरण और वेिन मैररक्स में

उसका स्ट्तर वह होगा िो इन तनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्िंभ (2) से स्िंभ (4) में तवतनर्दवष्ट है ।

3.

भिी की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अहविाएं आकद: उि पद पर भिी की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा, अहविाएं और उससे संबंतधि

अन्य बािें वे होंगी िो उि अनुसूची के स्िंभ (5) से स्िंभ(13) में तवतनर्दवष्ट हैं ।

4.

तनरहविा: वह व्यति-

(क)

तिसने ऐसे व्यति से, तिसका पति या तिसकी पत्नी िीतवि है, तववाह ककया है या तववाह की

संतवदा की है; या

(ख)

तिसने अपने पति या अपनी पत्नी के िीतवि रहिे हुए ककसी व्यति से तववाह ककया है या तववाह की

संतवदा की है;

उि पद पर जनयुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा:

परंिु यकद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िािा है कक ऐसा तववाह उस व्यति और तववाह के अन्य

पिकार को लागू स्वीय तवतध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के तलए अन्य आधार हैं, िो वह ककसी व्यति को

इस तनयम के प्रविवन से छूट दे सकेगी ।

5.

तशतर्ल करने की शति: िहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उन

कारणों को लेखबद्ध करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामशव करके, इन तनयमों के ककसी उपबंध को ककसी वगव

या प्रवगव के व्यजियों की बाबि, आदेश द्वारा, तशतर्ल कर सकेगी ।

6.

व्यावृतत्त: इन तनयमों की कोई बाि आरिण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ररयायिों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी तिनका

केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर िारी ककए गए आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूतचि िातियों,

अनुसूतचि िनिातियों, अन्य तपछडा वगव, भूिपूवव सैतनकों और अन्य तवशेष प्रवगव के व्यजियों के तलए उपबंध करना

अपेतिि है ।
