भू-उपयोग सवेक्षण में सिायक मृिा रसायनज्ञ के पि पर भती की पद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम

बनाते िैं, अथाित:-

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम कृजि एवं दकसान कल्याण मंत्रालय, कृजि एवं दकसान

कल्याण जवभाग, भारतीय मृिा और भू-उपयोग सवेक्षण, सिायक मृिा रसायनज्ञ, समूि-'क' भती जनयम, 2024 िै।

(2) ये सरकारी रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को लागू िोंगे।

2. पिों की संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर.- उि पिों की संख्या, उनका वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्स

में उनका स्ट्तर वि िोगा िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ििष्ट िैं।

3. भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा तथा अन्य अििताएं, आदि-- भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अििताएं तथा उससे

संबंजित अन्य मामले वे िोंगे िो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ििष्ट िैं।

4. जनरििता - कोई भी व्यजि,-

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका पजत या पत्नी िीजवत िैं, जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा की िै; या

(ख) जिसने अपने पजत या पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै, या जववाि की संजविा की िै;

उि पि पर जनयुजि के जलए पात्र निीं िोंगे:

परन्तु यदि केन्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार

को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के

प्रवतिन से छूट िे सकेगी।

5. जिजथल करने की िजि.- ििां केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आव‍यक या समीचीन िै, विां वि

उसके जलए िो कारण िैं उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामिि करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को

दकसी वगि या प्रवगि के व्यजियों की बाबत आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

6. व्यावृजत्त.- इन जनयमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं

डालेगी, जिनका केंरीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों,

अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन्य जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूवि सैजनकों और अन्य जविेि प्रवगि के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंि करना अपेजक्षत

िै।

तकनीकी अजिकारी, जिन्िोंने वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर-7 (44900-142400 रुपये) में

पांच विि की जनयजमत सेवा की िो तथा सक्षम प्राजिकारी द्वारा जवजित िो से चार सप्ताि

की अवजि का प्रजिक्षण सफलतापूविक पूरा दकया िो।

रटप् पण-1: ििां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व् यजक् तयों के संबंि में, जिन्िोंने अपनी अििक या पात्रता सेवा

पूरी कर ली िै, प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवचार दकया िा रिा िो, विां उनके ियेष् ठ व् यजक् तयों

के संबंि में भी जवचार दकया िाएगा, परन् तु यि तब िबदक उसके द्वारा की गई अििक

या पात्रता सेवा, अपेजक्षत अििक या पात्रता सेवा के आिे से अजिक या िो विि से, इनमें

से िो भी कम िो, कम न िो, और उन्िोंने अपने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व् यजक् तयों सजित, जिन्िोंने

ऐसी अििक या पात्रता सेवा पिले िी पूरी कर ली िै, अगले उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के

जलए अपनी पररवीक्षा की अवजि सफलतापूविक पूरी कर ली िो।

प्रजतजनयुजि (अल्पकाजलक संजविा सजित):

केंरीय सरकार या राज्य सरकारों या संघ राज् य क्षेत्र प्रिासनों या स्ट्वायत्त कानूनी

संगठनों या पजललक सेक्टर के उपक्मों या मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालयों या

मान्यता प्राप्त अनुसंिान संस्ट्थाओं के ऐसे अजिकारी-

(क) (i) जिन्िोंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में जनयजमत आिार पर सिृि पि िारण दकया

हुआ िो; या

(ii) जिन्िोंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर-9 (53100-167800

रुपए) समतुल्य में जनयजमत आिार पर जनयुजि के पश्चात दिए गए ग्रेड में िो विि

की सेवा की िो; या

(iii) जिन्िोंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर-8 (47600-151100

रुपए) या समतुल्य में जनयजमत आिार पर जनयुजि के पश्चात दिए गए ग्रेड में चार

विि की सेवा की िो; और

(ख) जिनके पास स्ट्तंभ (7) में सीिी भती के जलए जवजित िैजक्षक अििता और अनुभव

िो।

रटप् पण-1: पोिक प्रवगि के ऐसे जवभागीय अजिकारी, िो प्रोन्नजत की सीिी पंजि में िैं,

प्रजतजनयुजि पर जनयुजि के जलए जवचार के पात्र निीं िोंगे। इसी प्रकार, प्रजतजनयुजि

अजिकारी प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए जवचार दकए िाने के पात्र निीं िोंगे।

रटप् पण-2: प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि, (अल्पकाजलक संजविा सजित) जिसके अंतगित केन्रीय

सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठन या जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ठीक पिले िाररत

दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पि पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि िै, (अल्पकाजलक संजविा

सजित), सािारणतया तीन विि से अजिक निीं िोगी।

रटप् पण- 3: प्रजतजनयुजि (अल्पकाजलक संजविा सजित) द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए अजिकतम

आयु-सीमा आवेिन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारीख को 56 विि से अजिक निीं िोगी।

G.S.R. 152.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture and Co-operation), Soil and Land Use Survey

of India, Assistant Soil Chemist, Group ‘A’ Post Recruitment Rules, 2013, except as respects things done or omitted to

be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment

to the post of Assistant Soil Chemist in the Soil and Land Use Survey of India under the Ministry of Agriculture and

Farmers Welfare, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, namely:--

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers

Welfare, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Soil and Land Use Survey of India, Assistant Soil Chemist,

Group –‘A’, Recruitment Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. – The number of the said posts, its

classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule

annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. – No person, --

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to

do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service

Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Other Backward Class, Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen or

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.

sector undertaking or University or Recognised Research Institution.

Note 1:Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public

Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of

candidates otherwise well qualified.

Note 2: The qualification regarding experience is relaxable at the

discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be

recorded in writing in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled

Castes or Scheduled Tribes if at any stage of selection the Union Public

Service Commission, is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates

from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely

to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.

completed probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their

juniors who have already completed such qualifying or eligibility service.

Deputation (including short-term contract):

Officers of the Central Government or State Governments or Union territory

Administrations or Autonomous or Statutory Organisations or Public Sector

Undertakings or Recognised Universities or Recognised Research Institutions-

(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

(ii) with two years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a

regular basis in level - 9 (Rs. 53100-167800) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the

parent cadre or department; or

(iii) with four years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a

regular basis in level - 8 (Rs. 47600-151100) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the

parent cadre or department; and

(b) possessing the educational qualification and experience prescribed for direct

recruitment in column (7).

Note 1: The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of

promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation.

Similarly, the deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by

promotion.

Note 2: The period of deputation (including short-term contract) including the period of

deputation (including short-term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately

preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the

Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.

Note 3:The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation (including short-term

contract) shall not exceed fifty six years as on the last date of receipt of applications.

सा.का.जन. 153.—राष्ट्रपजत, संजविान के अनुच्छेि 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और

सरकारी जचदकत्सा भण्डार जडपो (समूि ‘ग’ और समूि ‘घ’ पि) भती जनयम, 1983 को, उन बातों के जसवाए अजिक्ांत करते

हुए जिन्िें ऐसे अजिक्मण से पिले दकया गया िै या करने का लोप दकया गया िै, नई दिल्ली, मुम बई, चेन् नई, कोलकाता,

िैिराबाि, गुवािाटी और करनाल में जस्ट्थत सरकारी जचदकत् सा भण् डार जडपो में बुककंग एवं जक्लयररंग पयिवेक्षक, पि पर

भती की पद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते िैं, अथाित:-

1.

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ-(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, सरकारी जचदकत्सा

भण्डार जडपो, बुककंग एवं जक्लयररंग पयिवेक्षक (समूि 'ग' पि) भती जनयम, 2024 िै।

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त िोंगे ।

2. पि की संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक् स में स्ट्तर- उक् त पि की संख्या, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक् स में स्ट्तर

वि िोगा िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट् तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ििष्ट िै

3. भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अििताएं, आदि- उक् त पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अििताएं और उससे संबंजित

अन्य बातें वे िोंगी िो उक् त अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट् तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ििष्ट िैं ।

4. जनरििता: वि व्यजि-

जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत िै, जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा की िै; या

जिसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा की िै;

उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र निीं िोगा:

परंतु यदि केन्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि उस व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार को

लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं, तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के

प्रवतिन से छूट िे सकेगी ।

5. जिजथल करने की िजि: ििां केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आव‍यक या समीचीन िै, विां वि उन

कारणों को लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को दकसी वगि या प्रवगि के व्यजियों की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा

जिजथल कर सकेगी ।

6. व्यावृजत्त: इन जनयमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय–समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों,

अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन् य जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूवि सैजनकों और अन्य जविेि प्रवगि के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंि करना

New Delhi, the 6th September, 2024

G.S.R. 153.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Government Medical Store Depots (Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 1983, in so

far as they relate to the post of Booking and Clearing Supervisor, except as respects things done or omitted to be done

before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the

post of Booking and Clearing Supervisor, in the Government Medical Store Depots located at New Delhi, Mumbai,

Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Guwahati and Karnal, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Government Medical Store Depots, Booking and Clearing Supervisor (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules,

2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and qualifications, etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualificationsand other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said

Schedule.

4. Disqualification. - No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

such person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to

any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories

of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

जिसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की

संजविा की िै;

उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र निीं िोगा:

परंतु यदि केन्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि उस व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार को

लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं, तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतिन

से छूट िे सकेगी ।

5.

जिजथल करने की िजि: ििां केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आव‍यक या समीचीन िै,

विां वि उन कारणों को लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को दकसी वगि या प्रवगि के व्यजियों की बाबत, आिेि

G.S.R. 154.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Government Medical Store Depots (Group ‘C’ and Group 'D' posts) Recruitment Rules, 1983, in so

far as they relate to the post of Senior Laboratory Assistant, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before

such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of

Senior Laboratory Assistant in the Government Medical Store Depots located at New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai,

Kolkata, Hyderabad, Guwahati and Karnal, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Government Medical Store Depots, Senior Laboratory Assistant (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix -The number of the said post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. -The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. -No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living;

or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post;

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

such person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. -Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the ex-Servicemen and other special categories of

persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

जस्ट्थत स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण मंत्रालय के अिीन सरकारी जचदकत् सा भण् डार जडपो में अवर श्रेणी जलजपक पि पर भती

की पद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते िैं, अथाित:-

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त िोंगे ।

पि की संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक् स में स्ट्तर- उक् त पि की संख्या, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक् स में

स्ट्तर वि िोगा िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट् तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ििष्ट िै।

भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अििताएं, आदि- उक् त पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अििताएं और उससे संबंजित

अन्य बातें वे िोंगी िो उक् त अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट् तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ििष्ट िैं ।

4.

जनरििता: वि व्यजि-

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत िै, जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा की िै;

या

(ख) जिसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा

की िै;

उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र निीं िोगा:

परंतु यदि केन्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि उस व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार

को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं, तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के

प्रवतिन से छूट िे सकेगी ।

5.

जिजथल करने की िजि: ििां केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आव‍यक या समीचीन िै, विां वि उन

कारणों को लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को दकसी वगि या प्रवगि के व्यजियों की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा

जिजथल कर सकेगी ।

6.

व्यावृजत्त: इन जनयमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय–समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों,

अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन् य जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूवि सैजनकों और अन्य जविेि प्रवगि के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंि करना

उसके जलए िो कारण िैं उन् िें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को दकसी वगि या प्रवगि के व्यजियों की

बाबत, आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी ।

6.

व्यावृजत्त: इन जनयमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों,

अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन् य जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूवि सैजनकों और अन्य जविेि प्रवगि के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंि करना

G.S.R. 156.—In exercise of the power conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the “Government Medical Store Depots (Group ‘C’ and ‘D’ Posts) Recruitment Rules 1983, in so far

as they relate to the posts of Assembler-cum-Checker, Checker, Packer, Daftry, Record Keeper, Record Supplier,

Chowkidar, Markman, Mazdoor, Peon, Safaiwala, Factory Hand, Hamallage Coolie, Hamallage Mukadam, Gestener

Operator, Laboratory Attendant, Laboratory Hand, Cleaner and Lorryman , except as respects things done or omitted

to be done before the supersession, the President hereby, makes the following rules regulating the method of

Recruitment to the post of Multi-Tasking Staff in the Government Medical Store Depots under Medical Stores

Organisation, Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Government Medical Store Depots, Multi-Tasking Staff (Group ‘C’) Recruitment Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification. - No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and relax any of the provisions of these rules with

respect to any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-servicemen, the Other Backward Classes

and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from

time to time in this regard.
