में यथाजवजनर्ििष्ट अंतर-सेना संगठनों का गठन करती िै और उि अनुसूची के अनुवती कॉलम (3) में जवजनर्ििष्ट, उि अंतर-
सेना संगठनों का कमांडर-इन-चीफ या ऑदफसर-इन-कमांड, िैसा भी मामला िो, जनयुि करती िै िो उि अजिजनयम की

का.जन.आ. 73.—राष्ट्रपजत, संजविान के अनुच्छेि 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एकीकृत
मुख्यालय, रक्षा मंत्रालय (नौसेना), इंिन चालक और ग्रीज़र समूि ‘ग’ अनौद्योजगक (नौका कमी िल) पि भती जनयम,
2022 का संिोिन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते िैं, अथाित्:-
1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ .-(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम नौसेना मुख्यालय, रक्षा मंत्रालय, इंिन चालक और ग्रीज़र
समूि ‘ग’ अनौद्योजगक (नौका कमी िल) पि भती (संसोिन) जनयम, 2024 िै।
(2) ये रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त िोंगे ।
2. एकीकृत मुख्यालय, रक्षा मंत्रालय (नौसेना), इंिन चालक और ग्रीज़र समूि ‘ग’ अनौद्योजगक (नौका कमी िल) पि भती
जनयम, 2022 की अनुसूची में, इंिन चालक के पि से संबंजित क्रम संख्याक 1 के सामने, -
(क)
स्ट्तंभ (8) में,- प्रजवजष्ट के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्न प्रजवष्ट रखी िाएगी; अथाित्:-
“लागू निीं िोता।“;
(ख)
स्ट्तंभ (11) में,- प्रजवजष्टयों के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत प्रजवष्ट रखी िाएंगी; अथाित्:-
“प्रोन्नजत:
“वेतन मैररक्स के स्ट्तर -2 (19900 – 63200 रु) में ऐसे ग्रीज़र जिन्िोंने उस श्रेणी में आठ वषि जनयजमत सेवा की िै, जिसके
न िो सकने पर ऐसे ग्रीज़र और फायरमैन की श्रेणी में कुल 11 वषि की संयुि सेवा की िो तथा िोनों के न िो सकने पर
वेतन मैररक्स के स्ट्तर -1 (18000 – 56900 रु) में ऐसे फायरमैन जिन्िोंने उस श्रेणी में कुल 11 वषि की सेवा की िो ।
रटप्पण : ििां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंि में, जिन्िोंने अपनी अििक या पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली िै, प्रोन्नजत के जलए
जवचार दकया िा रिा िो, विां उनके ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंि में भी जवचार दकया िाएगा परंतु यि तब िब दक उसके द्वारा
की गई ऐसी अििक या पात्रता सेवा, अपेजक्षत अििक या पात्रता सेवा के आिे से अजिक से या िो वषि से, इनमें से िो भी कम
िो, कम न िो और उन्िोंने अपने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजित जिन्िोंने ऐसी अििक या पात्रता सेवा पिले िी पूरी कर ली
िै, अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी पररवीक्षा की अवजि सफलतापूविक पूरी कर ली िो”।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th December, 2024
S.R.O. 73.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy) Engine
Driver and Greaser Group ‘C’, Non-Industrial (Boat Crew Staff) posts Recruitment Rules, 2022, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Naval Headquarters, Ministry of Defence,
Engine Driver and Greaser Group ‘C’, Non-Industrial (Boat Crew) posts Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2024.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Integrated Headquarters, Ministry of Defence (Navy) Engine Driver and Greaser Group ‘C’, Non-Industrial
(Boat Crew) posts Recruitment Rules, 2022, in the Schedule, against serial number 1, relating to the post of Engine

Driver, -
(a) in column (8), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: -
“Not Applicable.”;
(b) in column (11), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“Promotion:
“Greaser in Level-2 in the pay matrix (Rs. 19900-63200) with eight years regular service in the grade, failing which
eleven years combined service in the grade of Greaser and Fireman, failing both by Fireman in Level-1 in the pay
matrix (Rs. 18000-56900) with eleven years regular service in the grade.
Note 1:- Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service are being considered for promotion,
their seniors shall also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying or eligibility service by
more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service or two years, whichever is less, and have successfully
completed probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already
completed such qualifying or eligibility service.”.
