सा.का.जन. 8.—राष्ट्रपजत, संजविान के अनुच्छेि 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और सरिार

वल्लभभाई पटेल राष्ट्रीय पुजलस अकािमी (मुख्य कवायि अनुिेिक) भती जनयम 2018, को उन बातों के जसवाय अजिक्ांत करते

हुए, जिन्िें ऐसे अजिक्मण से पिले दकया गया िै या करने का लोप दकया गया िै, गृि मंत्रालय के अिीन सरिार वल्लभभाई पटेल

राष्ट्रीय पुजलस अकािमी, िैिराबाि में मुख्य कवायि अनुिेिक के पि पर भती की पद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत

जनयम बनाते िैं, अथाात्:-

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ: (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम गृि मंत्रालय, सरिार वल्लभभाई पटेल राष्ट्रीय पुजलस अकािमी

(मुख्य कवायि अनुिेिक), भती जनयम, 2025 िै।

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त िोंगे ।

2. पि संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर – पि संख्या, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्स में उसका स्ट्तर वि िोगा,

िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्िाष्ट िैं।

3. भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिाताएं आदि – उि पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिाताएं और उससे संबंजित अन्य बातें

वे िोंगी, िो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्िाष्ट िैं।

4. जनरिाता - वि व्यजि -

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत िैं, जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा की िै; या

(ख) जिसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा की िै,

उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र निीं िोगा:

परन्तु यदि केन्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार को

लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतान से छूट

िे सकेगी ।

5. जिजथल करने की िजि - ििां केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन िै, विां वि उसके जलए

िो कारण िैं उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामिा करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को दकसी वगा या प्रवगा

के व्यजियों की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

6. व्यावृजत्त - इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं

डालेगी, जिनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों,

अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन्य जपछड़ा वगों, भूतपूवा सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगा के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंि करना

प्रिासन या स्ट्वािासी जनकायों या कानूनी संगठनों या

पजललक सेक्टर उपक्मों या जवश्वजवद्यालयों या मान्यता

प्राप्त अनुसंिान संस्ट्था के अिीन अजिकारी,-

(क) (i) िो मूल काडर या जवभाग में जनयजमत आिार पर

सद्दि पि िारण दकए हुए िों; या

(ii) जिन्िोंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मैट्ररक्स के

स्ट्तर-9 (53100 -167800 रु. ) या समतुल्य में जनयजमत

आिार पर जनयुजि के पश्चात उस श्रेणी में िो वषा की

जनयजमत सेवा की िो; या

(iii) जिन्िोंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मैट्ररक्स के

स्ट्तर-8 (47600-151100 रु. ) या समतुल्य में जनयजमत

आिार पर जनयुजि के पश्चात उस श्रेणी में चार वषा की

जनयजमत सेवा की िो; या

(iv) जिन्िोंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मैट्ररक्स के

स्ट्तर-7 (44900-142400 रु. ) या समतुल्य में पांच वषा

की जनयजमत सेवा की िो; या

(ख) िो जनम्नजलजखत िैजक्षक अिाताएं और अनुभव रखते

िों, अथाात:-

आवश्यक: (i) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या

संस्ट्थान से स्नातक की जडग्री; और

(ii) दकसी केन्रीय या राज्य या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के पुजलस

प्रजिक्षण केंरों या स्ट्वािासी जनकायों या कानूनी संगठनों

या पजललक सेक्टर उपक्मों या जवश्वजवद्यालयों या

मान्यता प्राप्त अनुसंिान संस्ट्थाओं में प्रजिक्षण िेने वाले

जिल प्रजिक्षक के रूप में तीन वषा का अनुभव।

वांछनीय:

बाह्य प्रजिक्षण दक्याकलापों की योिना बनाने, समन्वय

करने और संचालन करने का एक वषा का अनुभव।

ट्रटप्पण 1. - प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि, जिसके अंतगात

केंरीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठन या जवभाग

में इस जनयुजि से ठीक पिले िाट्ररत दकसी अन्य काडर

बािय पि पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि िै, सािारणतया

तीन वषा से अजिक निीं िोगी।

ट्रटप्पण 2. - प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए अजिकतम

आयु सीमा आवेिन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारीख को

छप्पन वषा से अजिक निीं िोगी।

New Delhi, the 7th February, 2025.

G.S.R. 8.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (Chief Drill Instructor) Recruitment Rules,

2018, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the

following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Chief Drill Instructor in the Sardar Vallabhbhai

Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely: -

Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sardar

Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (Chief Drill Instructor) Recruitment Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of the Scheduled annexed to these rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.-The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

Disqualification. - No person,

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so doing exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving.-Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-serviceman and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.

training in any Central or State or Union territory Police

Training Centres or in autonomous bodies or statutory

organisations or public sector undertakings or Universities

or recognised research institution.

Desirable:

One year experience of planning, coordinating and

conducting outdoor training activities.

Note 1: The period of deputation including the period of

deputation in another ex-cadre post, held immediately preceding

this appointment in the same or some other organisation or

department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not

exceed three years.

Note 2: The maximum age-limit for appointment on deputation

shall not be exceeding fifty-six years as on the closing date of

receipt of applications.

ज्ञापन संख्या I-21023/29/2007-आईपीएस-III, तारीख 30 माचा, 2010, जिसे

G.S.R. 10.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (Additional Superintendent of Police/ Deputy

Commandant) Recruitment Rules, 2022 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the President, hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of

Additional Superintendent of Police / Deputy Commandant under the Ministry of Home Affairs in the Sardar

Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sardar

Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (Additional Superintendent of Police / Deputy Commandant)

Recruitment Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of post, its classification and level in the

pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit and qualifications, etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualification. - No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds

for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, and for the reasons to be recorded in writing and in the consultation with Union Public Service

Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. –Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen, and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government.

the Central Armed Police Force or State or Union territory

Police organisations in the areas of map reading and tactics

Desirable: (i) Degree in Law from a recognised university

(ख) जनम्नजलजखत िैजक्षक अिाताएं और अनुभव रखने

वाले अथाात्:-

(i) (क) नर्सिंग में जवज्ञान स्नातक (ऑनसा) जडग्री प्राप्त

या जनयजमत पाठ्यक्म से नर्सिंग में जवज्ञान स्नातक

जडग्री प्राप्त या दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय

एवं संस्ट्थान से पोस्ट्ट बेजसक नर्सिंग में जवज्ञान स्नातक

जडग्री प्राप्त; या

(ख)दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोडा या पट्ररषि से िनरल

नर्सिंग जमड-वाइफरी में जडप्लोमा;

(ii) भारतीय या राज्य नर्सिंग पट्ररषि से नसा या नसा

एवं जमड वाइफ (रजिस्ट्रीकृत नसा या रजिस्ट्रीकृत

जमडवाइफ) के रूप में रजिस्ट्रीकृत;

(iii) खंड (ख) के उप-खंड (i) की मि (क) में

उजल्लजखत िैजक्षक अिाता प्राप्त करने के बाि न्यूनतम

G.S.R. 11.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Ministry of Water Resources, Farakka Barrage Project (Sister and Nurses) Recruitment Rules,

2013, in so far as it relates to the post of Sister, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post

of Sister in the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation,

Farakka Barrage Project, namely:-

1.Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water

Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Farakka Barrage Project, Sister (Group-B) post

Recruitment Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and Level in the Pay Matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification

and the Level in the Pay Matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4.. Disqualification.– No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.–Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provision of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.–Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-Servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in

this regard.

सफलतापूवाक पूरा कर जलया िै।

ट्रटप्पण 1: ििां ऐसे कजनष्ठ अजिकाट्ररयों के संबंि में,

जिन्िोंने अपनी अिाक या पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली िै,

प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवचार दकया िा रिा िै, विां उनसे

वट्ररष्ठों के संबंि में भी जवचार दकया िाएगा यि तब

िबदक उनके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अिाक या पात्रता

सेवा, अपेजक्षत अिाक या पात्रता सेवा के आिे से

अजिक से या िो वषा से, इनमें से िो भी कम िो, कम

न िो और उन्िोंने अपने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजित,

जिन्िोंने ऐसी अिाक या पात्रता सेवा पिले िी पूरी

कर ली िै, अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए

अपनी पट्ररवीक्षा की अवजि सफलतापूवाक पूरी कर

ली िै।

प्रजतजनयुजि(अल्पकाजलक अनुबंि सजित):

केन्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र

प्रिासन या सावािजनक क्षेत्र के उपक्म या सांजवजिक

जनकायों या स्ट्वायत्त जनकायों या मान्यता प्राप्त

जवश्वजवद्यालयों या अनुसंिान संस्ट्थानों के ऐसे

अजिकारी िो:

(क) (i) मूल संवगा या जवभाग में जनयजमत आिार पर

सािृि पि िारण दकए िों; या

(ii)जिन्िोने स्ट्तर-6 (35400- 112400 रूपए) में या
