का.जन.आ. 7.— राष्ट्रपजत, संजविान के अनुच्छेि 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, और

सेना आयुि कोर (समूि ‘ग’, और समूि ‘घ’ औद्योजगक) भती जनयम 1980 को, ििां तक वे ब्रोज़ियर, साइदकल दफटर, टेंट

मेंडर, जलस्ट्टर ड्राइवर, वीक्षक समूि ‘ग’ और ‘घ’, बॉयलरमैन, िैमरमैन/ब्लैक जस्ट्मथ स्ट्राइकर, वेब मरम्मत करने

वाला/र्ौक्लर, रस्ट्सी कायचकताच, लांड्री ऑपरेटर, रेजस्ट्परेटर ऑपरेटर, वल्केनाइिर, माकचर और र्ेकर/पॉजलसर/क्लीनर के

पिों से संबंजित िैं को उन बातों के जसवाय जिन्िें ऐसे अजिक्रमण से पिले दकया गया िैं या करने का लोप दकया गया िै,

रक्षा मंत्रालय सेना आयुि कोर में समूि ‘ग’ रेड्समैन (अर्द्चकुिल) के पि पर भती की पर्द्जत को जवजनयजमत करने वाले

जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती िै, अथाचत्:-

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ : (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, सेना आयुर्द् कोर, रेड्समैन (अर्द्चकुिल),

समूि ‘ग’ पि भती जनयम, 2025 िै।

ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त िोंगे।

2.

पि-संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर : उि पि की संख्या, उनका वगीकरण और उनका वेतन मैट्ररक्स

में स्ट्तर वे िोंगा, िो इन जनयमों से उपाबर्द् अनुसूर्ी के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्िचष्ट िैं।

3.

भती की पर्द्जत, आयु-सीमा, अिचताएं, आदि : भती की पर्द्जत, आयु-सीमा, अिचताएं और उनसे संबंजित अन्य बातें

वे िोंगी िो उि अनुसूर्ी के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्िचष्ट िैं।

4.

जनरिचता : वि व्यजि -

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत िै, जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा की िै;

(ख) जिसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा

की िै

उि पिों पर जनयुजि का पात्र निीं िोगा :

परन्तु यदि केन्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार

को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के

प्रवतचन से छूट िे सकेगी।

5.

जिजथल करने की िजि - ििां केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीर्ीन िै, विां वि

उसके जलए िो कारण िैं, उन्िें लेखबर्द् करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को दकसी वगच या प्रवगच के व्यजियों की बाबत,

आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

6.

व्यावृजत्त - इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं

डालेगी, जिनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजर्त िाजतयों,

अनुसूजर्त िनिाजतयों अन्य जपछडे वगों, भूतपूवच सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगच के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंि करना अपेजक्षत

िै।

ट्रटप्पण 1 :- आयु-सीमा अविाट्ररत करने के जलए जनणाचयक तारीख भारत में अभ्यर्थचयों से आवेिन प्राप्त करने के जलए

जनयत की गई अंजतम तारीख िोगी न दक वि अंजतम तारीख िो असम, मेघालय, अरुणार्ल प्रिेि, जमिोरम, मजणपुर,

नागालैंड, जत्रपुरा, जसदिम, जिमार्ल प्रिेि के लािोल और स्ट्पीजत जिले तथा र्म्बा-जिले के पांगी उपखंड, अंिमान और

जनकोबार द्वीप, लद्दाख या लक्षद्वीप संघ राज्यक्षेत्र के अभ्यर्थचयो के जलए जवजित की गई िै;

ट्रटप्पण 2 :- अगर रोिगार कायाचलय के द्वारा भती की िाती िै तो इस अवस्ट्था मे आयु सीमा को अविाट्ररत करने की

अंजतम ताट्ररख रोिगार कायाचलय द्वारा नाम िमा करने दक जलए किा िाए वो िोगी।

दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त औद्योजगक प्रजिक्षण संस्ट्थान से दकसी रेड में प्रमाणपत्र या दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्ट्था से दकसी

रेड में जडप्लोमा।

क्या सीिी भती दकए जनिाचट्ररत आयु और िैजक्षक योग्यता प्रोन्नजत वाले मामले में लागू िोंगी ।

दकया िाएगा ।

आमेलन : रक्षा सेवा में वेतन मैट्ररक्स स्ट्तर-1 (रू 18000- रू 56900) में सद्दि पि िारण करने वाले व्यजि या वेतन

मैट्ररक्स स्ट्तर-2 (रू 19000-रू 63200) में पििारण करने वाले व्यजि और स्ट्तंभ (7) के अिीन सीिी भती दकए िाने वाले

व्यजियों के जलए जवजित िैक्षजणक अिचता िारण करते िैं।

एकीकृत मुख्यालय रक्षा मंत्रालय (सेना), नई दिल्ली आर्डचनेंस सेवा के मिाजनिेिक द्वारा नाजमत कनचल या

लेजटटनेंट कनचल के रैंक के अजिकारी

3.

सेना आर्डचनेंस कोर के जसवाय थल सेना या सेवाओं के कनचल या लेजटटनेंट कनचल रैंक का एक अजिकारी

New Delhi, the 9th January, 2025

S.R.O. 7.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Army Ordnance Corps (Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’ Industrial ) Recruitment Rules 1980, in so far

as they relate to the posts of Brazier, Cycle Fitter, Tent Mender, Lister Driver, Viewer Grade ‘C’, Boilerman,

Hammerman/Black Smith Striker, Web Repairer/Chuckler, Rope Worker, Laundry Operator, Respirator Operator,

Vulcaniser, Viewer Grade ‘D’, Marker and Checker, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the Group ‘C’

posts Tradesman (Semi Skilled), in the Army Ordnance Corps, Ministry of Defence, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement.–(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Army Ordnance

Corps, Tradesman (Semi Skilled), Group ‘C’ Posts Recruitment Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. –The number of the said posts, their classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification.– No person,-

(a) who, has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax.– Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

6.

Saving.– Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the ex-

servicemen, and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government

from time to time in this regard.
