(2) ये राजृत्र में ईनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

ृद की सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्ट्स में स्ट्तर- ईक्ट् त ृद की सं्‍या, ईसका वगीकरण और ईससे संलग्न वेतन

मैररक्ट्स में स्ट्तर वह होगा जो आन जनयमों से ईृाबद्ध ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट है।

भती की ृद्धजत, अयु-सीमा, ऄहाताएं, अदद- ईक्ट् त ृद ृर भती की ृद्धजत, अयु-सीमा, ऄहाताएं और ईससे

संबंजधत ऄन्य बातें वे होंगी जो ईि ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।

जनरहाता: वह व्यजि-

(क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जजसका ृजत या जजसकी ृत्नी जीजवत है, जववाह दकया है या जववाह की संजवदा की

है; या

(ख) जजसने ऄृने ृजत या ऄृनी ृत्नी के जीजवत रहते हुए, दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया है या जववाह की

संजवदा की है;

ईि ृद ृर जनयुजि का ृात्र नहीं होगा:

ृरंतु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है दक ऐसा जववाह, ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के ऄन्य

ृक्षकार को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के ऄधीन ऄनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के जलए ऄन्य अधार हैं, तो वह दकसी व्यजि को

आस जनयम के प्रवतान से छूट दे सकेगी।

जिजथल करने की िजि: जहााँ केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय है दक ऐसा करना अवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहााँ वह

ईसके जलए कारणों को लेखबद्ध करके, आन जनयमों के दकसी ईृबंध को दकसी वगा या प्रवगा के व्यजियों की बाबत

अदेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

व्यावृजत्त: आन जनयमों की कोइ बात ऐसे अरक्षण, अयु-सीमा में छूट और ऄन्य ररयायतों ृर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी

जजनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा आस संबंध में समय-समय ृर जारी दकए गए अदेिों के ऄनुसार ऄनुसूजचत जाजतयों,

ऄनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, ऄन्य जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवा सैजनकों और ऄन्य जविेष प्रवगा के व्यजियों के जलए ईृबंध

G.S.R. 40.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Bombay (Class III posts) Recruitment

Rules 1975, in so far as they relate to the post of Electroplator except as respects things done or omitted to be done

before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the

post of Junior Technician (Electroplating) in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All India Institute of

Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. –(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All

India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, Junior Technician (Electroplating), Group-‗C‘

post, Recruitment Rules, 2025.

2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of the said posts, their classification and

the level in pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, etc. –The method of recruitment, age limit, qualification, and

other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. – No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,

it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with

respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving .-Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, the ex-

Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central

Government from time to time in this regard.

President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All India Institute of

Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, Instructor (Orthotics) (Group ‗C‘ post), Recruitment Rules, 2023,

namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All

India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, Instructor (Orthotics) (Group ‗C‘ post) Amendment,

Recruitment Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All India Institute Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai,

Instructor (Orthotics) (Group ‗C‘ post) Recruitment Rules 2023, in the Schedule, in column (11), for the word

―Prosthetics‖, the word ―Orthotics‖ shall be substituted.

G.S.R. 42.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Instructor (Footwear

Technology) in the All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, Ministry of Health and

Family Welfare, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, All

India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai, Instructor (Footwear Technology)(Group ‗C‘

Post) Recruitment Rules,2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of the said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. – No person, -

a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

such person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing , relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Ex-servicemen and other special categories of

persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते हैं, ऄथाातः-

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ– (1) आन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम ृत्र सूचना कायाालय (क्षेत्रीय और िाखा कायाालय),

जलजृक ग्रेड-II(समूह ‘ग’ ृद) भती जनयम 2025 है।

(2) ये राजृत्र ईनके प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगें।

ृदों की सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्ट्स में स्ट्तर– ईि ृद की सं्‍या, ईसका वगीकरण और ईससे संबद्ध

वेतन मैररक्ट्स में स्ट्तर वह होगा जो आन जनयमें से ईृाबद्ध ऄनुसूची स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट है।

भती की ृद्धजत, अयू-सीमा तथा ऄहाताएं अदद– ईि ृदों ृर भती की ृद्धजत, अयू-सीमा, ऄहाताएं तथा ईनसे

जनरहाता – कोइ भी व्यजि, -

(क) जजसने दकसी ऐसे व्यजि से जववाह दकया है, जजसका ृजत या ृत्नी जीजवत है; ऄथवा

(ख) जजसने ऄृने ृजत ऄथवा ृत्नी के जीजवत रहते हुए दकसी ऄन्य व्यजि से जववाह कर जलया है, ईि ृदों ृर

जनयुजि के जलए ृात्र होंगेः

ृरंतु यदद केन्रीय सरकार आस बात ृर समाधान हो जाने ृर दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के दूसरे

ृक्षकार ृर लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के ऄधीन ऄनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के जलए ऄन्य अधार हैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को आस

जनयम के प्रवतान से छूट दे सकेगी।

जिजथल करने की िजि– जहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय है दक ऐसा करना अवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह,

स्ट्तर 1(प . 18000-56900) में समूह ‘ग’ के कमाचाररयों में से,

जजनके ृास दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोडा या जवश्वजवद्यालय से 12वी

कक्षा ृास या समकक्ष ऄहाता है और ईस ग्रेड में तीन वषा की

जनयजमत सेवा है।

रटप्ृण 1:ृररक्षा के जलए ृात्रता हेतु ऄजधकतम अयु सीमा

ृैंतालीस वषा है। (ऄनुसूजचत जाजत या ऄनुसूजचत जनजाजत के

जलए ृचास वषा)

रटप्ृण 2: यदद खंड के ऄंतगात ईृलब्ध ररजियों की सं्‍या से

ऄजधक कमाचारी ृरीक्षा में ईत्तीणा होते हैं, तो ऐसे ऄजतररि

कमाचाररयों ृर अगामी वषों में होने वाली ररजियों को भरने के

जलए जवचार दकया जाएगा, जजससे ृहले की ृरीक्षा में ईतीणा

होने वाले कमाचाररयों ृर बाद की ृरीक्षा में ईतीणा होने वाले

कमाचाररयों से ृहले जवचार दकया जाए।

(ii) वररष्ठता-सह-ईृयुिता के अधार ृर, वेतन मैररक्ट्स में स्ट्तर 1 में

समूह ‘ग’ के ईन कमाचाररयों से, जजन्होंने ईस ग्रेड में तीन वषा की

जनयजमत सेवा की हो और जो दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोडा या

जवश्वजवद्यालय से 12वी कक्षा ईतीणा या समकक्ष हों।

रटप्ृणः जहां ऐसे कजनष्ठ कार्थमकों के संबंध में, जजन्होंने ऄृनी ऄहाक

या ृात्रता सेवा ृूरी कर ली है, प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवचार दकया जा

रहा है, वहां ईनसे वररष्ठ कार्थमकों ृर भी जवचार दकया जाएगा बिते

दक ईनकी ऄृेजक्षत ऄहाक या ृात्रता सेवा अधे से ऄजधक या दो वषा

से कम न हो आनमें से जो भी कम हो, कम न दकया हो और ईन्होंने

3. Methods of recruitment, age-limit and qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.-No person, -

(a) who, has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reason to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provision of these rules with respect to any class or

category of persons.

6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affects reservations, relaxation of age-limit, and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, Schedule Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other special

category of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

subsequent years so that the employees qualifying at an

employees in level 1 in the pay matrix with three years‘

regular service in the grade and are 12^th Class pass or

equivalent from a recognised Board or University.

Note:Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or

eligibility service are being considered for promotion, their

senior would also be considered provided they are not short

of the requisite qualifying or eligibility service by more than

half of such qualifying or eligibility service or two years,

whichever is less and have successfully completed their

probation period for promotion to the next higher grade

along with their juniors who have already completed such

qualifying or eligibility service.
