तोृखाना जनदेिालय (वगग 3 और वगग 4 ृद) भती जनयम, 1973, जहां तक उनका संबंध जलडडग हैंड फायर, फायर इंजन
ड्राईवर, फायरमैन ग्रेड । और फायरमैन ग्रेड ।। के ृदों से है, उन बातों के जसवाय अजधकांत करते हुए जजन्हें ऐसे अजधक्रमण
से ृहले दकया गया है या करने का लोृ दकया गया है रक्षा मंत्रालय, तोृखाना महाजनदेिालय में जलडडग फायरमैन और
फायरमैन के ृदों ृर भती की ृद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते हैं, अथागत :-
1.
संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ:—(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, तोृखाना महाजनदेिालय,
जलडडग फायरमैन और फायरमैन (समूह ‘ग’ ृद) भती जनयम, 2025 है।
(2) ये राजृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

लागू होना : ये जनयम, इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (1) में जवजनर्ददष्ट ृदों को लागू होंगें।

3.
ृद सं्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर: उि ृदों की सं्या, उनका वगीकरण और वेतन
मैट्ररक्स में उनका स्ट्तर वह होगा, जो इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (2) से स्ट्तम्भ (4) में
जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।
4.
भती की ृद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अहगताएं आदद- उि ृदों ृर भती की ृद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अहगताएं और
उनसे संबंजधत अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ 5 से स्ट्तम्भ 13 में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।
5.
जनरहगता – वह व्यजि –
(क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जजसका ृजत या जजसकी ृत्नी जीजवत है, जववाह दकया है या जववाह की
संजवदा की है; या
(ख)
जजसने अृने ृजत या अृनी ृत्नी के जीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया है, या
जववाह की संजवदा की है
उि ृदों ृर जनयुजि का ृात्र नहीं होगा:
ृरन्तु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता है दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजत्त और जववाह के अन्य ृक्षकार
को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय है और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के
प्रवतगन से छूट दे सकेगी।
6.
जिजथल करने की िजि – जहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय है दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है,
वहां वह, उसके जलए जो कारण हैं उन्हें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उृबंध को वगग या प्रवगग के व्यजियों की बाबत
आदेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।
7.
व्यावृजत – इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छुट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों ृर प्रभाव
नहीं डालेगी, जजनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय ृर जारी दकए गए आदेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत
जाजतयों, अनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, अन्य जृछडे वगों, भूतृूवग सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगग के व्यजियों के जलए उृबंध
करना अृेजक्षत है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th April, 2025
S.R.O. 15.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in
supersession the Directorate of Artillery (Class III and Class IV posts) Recruitment Rules, 1973, in so far as they
relate to the posts of Leading Hand Fire, Fire Engine Driver, Fireman Grade I and Fireman Grade II, except as
respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules
regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Leading Fireman and Fireman, in the Directorate General of
Artillery, Ministry of Defence, namely:-
1.
Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence,
Directorate General of Artillery, Leading Fireman and Fireman (Group 'C’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2)
They shall come in to force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
Application.– These rules shall apply to posts as specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to
these rules.
3.
Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of the said posts, their
classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said
Schedule.
4.
Method
of
recruitment,
age-limit,
qualifications,
etc.-
The
method
of
recruitment,
age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the
said Schedule.
5.
Disqualification.- No person,-

(a)
who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b)
who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal
law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt
any person from the operation of this rule.
6.
Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so
to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect
to any class or category of persons.
7.
Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions
required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-
servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government
from time to time in this regard.

का.जन.आ. 16.—केन्रीय सरकार, रक्षा संकमग अजधजनयम, 1903 (1903 का 7) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों
का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत के राजृत्र भाग II, खंड 4, तारीख 23 अप्रैल, 1983 में प्रकाजित भारत सरकार, रक्षा
मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना सं. का.जन.आ.119 तारीख 31 जनवरी, 1983 को उन बातों के जसवाय अजधक्रांत करते हुए जजन्हें
ऐसे अजधक्रमण से ृूवग दकया गया है या करने का लोृ दकया गया है, घोषणा करती है दक इसमें अनुसूची में वर्थणत भूजम, जो
सं्या 1 गोला बाप द उृ जडृो (17 फील्ड गोला बाप द जडृो) बद्दोवाल, जजला लुजधयाना, ृंजाब के सामीप्य में है, के
इस्ट्तेमाल और उृयोग ृर उि अजधजनयम की धारा 7 में ृहले से ही जवजनर्ददष्ट जनबंधनों को अजधरोजृत करना जारी
रखना आवश्यक है तादक उि भूजम को भवनों और अन्य अवरोधों से मुि रखा जा सके।

उृरोि जनबंधन राजृत्र में इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगे।
3.
उि भूजम की स्ट्केच योजना का जनरीक्षण उृायुि, लुजधयाना के कायागलय में दकया जा सकता है|

बाहरी सीमा और आंतट्ररक सीमा के बीच जस्ट्थत क्षेत्र से जमलकर बनी है|

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th May, 2025
S.R.O. 16.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Works of Defence Act, 1903 (7 of 1903),
and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Defence, number S.R.O. 119,
dated the 31st January, 1983, published in the Gazette of India Part II, section 4, dated the 23rd April 1983, except as
respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby declares that it is
necessary to continue to impose restrictions already in place, specified in section 7 of the said Act upon the use and
enjoyment of the land described in the Schedule herein, being land lying in the vicinity of No. 1 Ammunition Sub
Depot (17 Field Ammunition Depot) at Baddowal in the District of Ludhiana, in the State of Punjab, in order that the
said land may be kept free from buildings and other obstructions.
2.
The said restrictions shall come into force with effect from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette.
3.
A sketch plan of the said land may be inspected in the office of the Deputy Commissioner,
Ludhiana.
SCHEDULE
All the land comprised in the area lying between the outer boundary showing OQD (Outside Quantity Distance) and
inner boundary of the No. 1 Ammunition Sub Depot (1 ASD) (17 Field Ammunition Depot), situated at Baddowal in
the district of Ludhiana, State of Punjab, as per map to the scale.
