2. In compliance with order dated 09.12.2024 of the Hon’ble CAT, Ernakulum bench in OA. No. 180/469/2024 and

180/470/2024 filed by Sh. P.K Asif & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Others, the aforementioned officers have been inducted into

IFS of Kerala cadre and they will be entitled to all consequential service and retirement benefits. The period between

superannuation in State Forest Service and his present appointment to IFS shall be deemed to be continued subject to vigilance

clearance by the State Government.

No. 23012/01/2023-IFS-II—Ms. Shally Ranjan, IFS (AGMUT:2001) has changed her name from Shally Ranjan to

Riddhi Jagadh Vasudev. The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has taken the above change into its records.

She will accordingly be recognized as Riddhi Jagadh Vasudev for all official purposes.
