सा.का.जन. 74 —राष्ट्रपजत, संजविान के अनुच्छेि 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और लेडी
रीडडंग स्ट्वास्ट््य जवद्यालय, दिल्ली, (समूि ‘घ’ पि), भती जनयम, 1962 को, ििां तक उनका संबंि िफ्तरी और चपरासी के
पिों से िै, उन बातों के जसवाय अजिक्ांत करते हुए, जिन्िें ऐसे अजिक्मण से पूवव दकया गया िै या करने का लोप दकया गया
िै, स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, लेडी रीडडंग स्ट्वास्ट््य जवद्यालय, दिल्ली में बहुकायव कमवचारीवृंि के पि पर भती
की पद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती िैं, अथावत्:-
1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ-(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, लेडी रीडडंग
स्ट्वास्ट््य जवद्यालय, दिल्ली, बहु-कायव कमवचारीवृंि (समूि ’ग’ पि) भती जनयम, 2025 िै।
(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त िोंगे ।

2. पि की संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर- उक्त पि की संख्या, उसका वगीकरण और उससे संलग्न
वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर वि िोगा िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ(4) में जवजनर्िवष्ट िै ।
3. भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिवताएं, आदि- भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिवताएं और उससे संबंजित अन्य बातें
वे िोंगी िो उक्त अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ(13) में जवजनर्िवष्ट िैं ।
4. जनरिवता: वि व्यजि-
(क)
जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत िै, जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा की
िै; या
(ख)
जिसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए, दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की
संजविा की िै;
उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र निीं िोगा:
परंतु यदि केन्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य
पक्षकार को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं, तो वि दकसी व्यजि को
इस जनयम के प्रवतवन से छूट िे सकेगी ।
5.
जिजथल करने की िजि: ििां केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन िै, विां वि
उसके जलए िो कारण िैं उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके तथा स्ट्वास्ट््य सेवा मिाजनिेिालय या स्ट्वास्ट््य और पररवार कल्याण
मंत्रालय से परामिव करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को दकसी वगव या प्रवगव के व्यजियों की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा
जिजथल कर सकेगी ।
6.
व्यावृजत्त: इन जनयमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,
जिनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों,
अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन्य जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूवव सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगव के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंि
करना अपेजक्षत िै।

G.S.R. 74.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in
supersession of the Lady Reading Health School, Delhi (Group ‘D’ Posts) Recruitment Rules 1962, in so far as they
relate to the posts of Daftry and Peon except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession,
the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment of the Multi-Tasking Staff in the
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Lady Reading Health School, Delhi namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. -- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family
Welfare, Lady Reading Health School, Delhi, Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) (Group 'C' Post) Recruitment
Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix-- The number of the said post, its classification
and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule
annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification
and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification -- No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, provided that the
Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to
such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any
person from the operation of this rule shall be eligible for appointment to the said post.
5. Power to relax-- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient to do so, it
may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing in consultation with Directorate General of Health
Services or Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to
any class or category of persons.
6. Saving-- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions
required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Class, the Ex-
Servicemen and the other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central
Government from time to time in this regard.
