MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS

New Delhi, the 6th May, 2025

G.S.R. 75.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clauses (a) and (b) of sub-

section (2) of section 165 of the Assam Rifles Act 2006 (47 of 2006) and in supersession of the Assam Rifles (Group

‘C’ combatised posts) Recruitment Rules, 2000, in so far as it relates to the post of Naib Subedar (Pharmacist); and

the Assam Rifles (Group ‘B’ combatised posts) Recruitment Rules, 2001, in so far as they related to the post of

Subedar Major (Pharmacist), Subedar (Pharmacist), except as respects to things done or omitted to be done before

such supersession, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to

the posts of Subedar Major (Pharmacist), Subedar (Pharmacist) and Naib Subedar (Pharmacist), in the Assam Rifles

in the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Assam

Rifles,Subedar Major (Pharmacist), Subedar (Pharmacist) and Naib Subedar (Pharmacist), Group ‘B’ Posts,

Recruitment Rules 2025..

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Application. - These rules shall apply to the posts as specified in column (1) of the Scheduled annexed to

these rules.

3.

Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix. – The number of the said posts, their

classification and level in pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the saidSchedule.

4.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

5.

Disqualification. – No person, –

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be

eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

6.

Superannuation.-(1) Every person appointed under these rules shall retire from service on the afternoon of

the last day of the month in which he or she attains the age of sixty years or as prescribed by the Central Government

from time to time:

Provided that a person whose date of birth is on the first day of the month, shall retire from service in the

afternoon of the last day of the preceding month on attaining the age of superannuation.

(2)

No person shall be granted extension in service beyond the prescribed age of retirement on

superannuation as specified in sub-rule (1).

7.

Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service

Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

8.

Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes,Ex-servicemen

and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to

time in this regard.

and in supersession of the Central Bureau of Investigation (Senior Machine Operator/Junior Machine

Operator) Recruitment Rules 1979 in so far as it relates to the post of Junior Machine Operator, except as

respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President, hereby makes the

following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Data Entry Operator Grade ‘D’ in the

Central Bureau of Investigation, Under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions,

Department of Personnel and Training, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement :- (1) These rules may be called the Central Bureau of Investigation,

Data Entry Operator Grade ‘D’, Recruitment Rules, 2025.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of the said post, its

classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the

Schedule annexed to these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications etc.- The method of recruitment, age-

limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of

the said Schedule.

4.

Disqualifications.- No person,-

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible

under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there

are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule,:

so to do, it may, by order and for persons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union

अस्ट्पताल, नई दिल्ली, जिल्पकार अनुिेिक (समूि ‘ग’ पि), भती जनयम, 2025 िै ।

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त िोंगे ।

पि की संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्‍स में स्ट्‍तर – उक्‍त पि की संख्या, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्‍स

में उसका स्ट्‍तर वि िोगा िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ििष्ट िै ।

पक्षकार को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िै, तो वि दकसी व्यजि को

इस जनयम के प्रवतिन से छूट िे सकेगी ।

जिजथल करने की िजि: ििााँ केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन िै, विााँ वि

उसके जलए िो कारण िैं, उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को दकसी वगि या प्रवगि के व्यजियों की

बाबत, आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी ।

6.

व्यावृजत्त: इन जनयमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों,

अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन्‍य जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूवि सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगि के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंि

G.S.R. 77— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Safdarjung Hospital, (Class III posts) Recruitment Rules, 1974, in so far as they relate to the post

of Crafts Instructor in the Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, except as respects things done or omitted to be done

before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the

post of Crafts Instructor in the Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Crafts Instructor (Group ‘C’ post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay-matrix. – The number of the said post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. – No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living;

or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any

person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

such person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to

do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to

any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-Servicemen and

other special categories of person in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.

G.S.R..78.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Junior Perfusionist, Group ‘C’ post, Recruitment Rules, 2006,

except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the

following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Junior Perfusionist in the Safdarjung Hospital,

New Delhi under the Ministry of Health and Family welfare, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, Junior Perfusionist (Group ‘B’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification and level in

the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. -The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. - No person, -

2. who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

3. who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax

any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

7. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-

Servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central

Government from time to time in this regard.

करते हुए, जिन्िें ऐसे अजिक्मण से पूवि दकया गया िै या करने का लोप दकया गया िै, स्ट्वास्ट््य और पट्ररवार कल्याण

मंत्रालय के अिीन केन्रीय ओषजि परीक्षण प्रयोगिाला, मुंबई में कायािलय अिीक्षक के पि पर भती की पद्धजत का

जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते िैं; अथाित -

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम स्ट्वास्ट््य सेवा मिाजनिेिालय, केन्रीय ओषजि मानक

जनयंत्रण संगठन, केन्रीय ओषजि परीक्षण प्रयोगिाला, मुंबई, कायािलय अिीक्षक (समूि ‘ख’ पि) भती जनयम,

2025 िै।

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत िोंगे।

2. पिों की संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर.- उि पि की संख्या, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्स में

उसका स्ट्तर वि िोगा, िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (2) से स्ट्तम्भ (4) में जवजनर्ििष्ट िै।

3. भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अििताएं, आदि.- उि पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अििताएं और उनसे

संबंजित अन्य बातें वे िोंगी, िो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (5) से स्ट्तम्भ (13) में जवजनर्ििष्ट िैं।

4. जनरििता.- वि व्यजि –

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत िै, जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा की

िै; या

(ख) जिसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए, दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की

संजविा की िै;

उि पिों पर जनयुजि का पात्र निीं िोगा;

परंतु यदि केन्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार

को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं, तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस

जनयम के प्रवतिन से छूट िे सकेगी।

5. जिजथल करने की िजि. – ििां केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन िै, विााँ वि

उसके जलए िो कारण िैं उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामिि करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को

दकसी वगि या प्रवगि के व्यजियों की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

6. व्यावृजत्त – इन जनयमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों,

अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन्य जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूवि सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगि के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंि करना

अपेजक्षत िै।
