जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते िैं, अथाात:-

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.— (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम गृि मंत्रालय, स्ट्वापक जनयंत्रण ब्यूरो, अपर
मिाजनिेिक (समूि 'क' पि) भती जनयम, 2025 िै।
(2)
ये रािपत्र में इनके प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू िोंगे।

पि-संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर.— यिााँ इसके साथ संलग्न पिों की संख्या, इनका
वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर इन जनयमों के साथ उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (2) से (4) तक में जवजनर्िाष्ट

3.
भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिाताएं, आदि.— उि पिों पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिाताएं और
उि पि से संबंजित अन्य मामले उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (5) से (13) तक में जवजनर्िाष्ट दकए गए अनुसार िोंगें।
4.
जनरिाता.— वि व्यजि,—
(क)
जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत िै, जववाि दकया िै की संजविा की
िै; या
(ख)
जिसने, अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए, दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै या
जववाि की संजविा की िै,
उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र निीं िोगा :
परंतु यदि केन्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य
पक्षकार को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजि
को इस जनयम के प्रवतान से छूट िे सकेगी।
5.
जिजथल करने की िजि.–– ििां केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन
िै, विां वि उसके जलए िो कारण िैं, उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके, तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के परामिा करके इन
जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को दकसी वगा या प्रवगा के व्यजियों की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।
6.
व्यावृजत्त.–– इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं
डालेगी, जिनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत
िाजतयों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन्य जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूवा सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगा के व्यजियों के जलए
उपबंि करना अपेजक्षत िै ।

(ख) (i) जिन्िोंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मैट्ररक्स के लेवल-14
(144200-218200 रुपये) या समतुल्य पर जनयजमत आिार पर पि
पर जनयुजि के पश्चात तीन वषा की सेवा की िो; और
(ii) जवजनयामक कानूनों के प्रवतान या आर्थाक या आपराजिक अपरािों
की िांच या उससे संबंजित आसूचना िानकारी एकत्र करने के संबंि में
सात वषा का अनुभव िोना I
ट्रटप्पणी 1.- प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि, जिसके अंतगात केन्रीय सरकार के
उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठन या जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ठीक पिले
िाट्ररत दकसी अन्य बाह्य संवगा पि पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि भी
सजम्मजलत िै, िो सामान्यतः पांच वषा से अजिक निीं िोगी।
नोट 2.- प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए अजिकतम आयु-सीमा
आवेिन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारीख को 58 वषा से अजिक निीं िोगी।

G.S.R. 86.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the
President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Additional Director
General in the Narcotics Control Bureau, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:-

Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Narcotics
Control Bureau, Additional Director General (Group ‘A’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.—The number of the said post, its
classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule
annexed to these rules.
3.
Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.— The method of recruitment, age- limit,
qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said
Schedule.
4.
Disqualification.— No person,—
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal
law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing,
exempt any person from the operation of this rule.
5.
Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,
it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service
Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6.
Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation in age-limit and other concessions
required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Schedule Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-
servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government.

offences or collection of intelligence relating thereof; or
(b) (i) with three years service rendered after appointment
to the post on a regular basis in level- 14 (Rs. 144200-
218200) of the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent
cadre or department; and
(ii) possessing seven years’ experience in enforcement of
regulatory laws or investigation of economic or criminal
offences or collection of intelligence relating thereof.
Note 1.- The period of deputation including the period of
deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately
preceding this appointment in the same or some other
organisation or Department of the Central Government
shall ordinarily not exceed five years.

(क) (i) जिन्िोंने मूल काडर या जवभाग

G.S.R. 87.––In exercise of the powers conferred by the provision to article 309 of the Constitution of India,
and in supersession of the BCG Vaccine Laboratory, Guindy, Madras (Group ‘C’ posts) Recruitment Rules, 1981 in
so far as they relate to the post of Office Superintendent, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before
such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of
Office Superintendent in the BCG Vaccine Laboratory, Guindy, Chennai in the Ministry of Health and Family
Welfare, namely: -
1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called BCG Vaccine Laboratory, Guindy, Chennai,
Office Superintendent (Group ‘B’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into the force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of Post, Classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of the said post, its classification
and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to
these rules.
3. Method of Recruitment, Age-limit, Qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and
other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification - No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal
law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt
any person from the operation of these rule.
5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it
may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service
Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to
be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the ex-Servicemen and
other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time
in this regard.

अजिक्रान्त करते हुए जिन् िें ऐसे अजिक्रमण से पूवा दकया गया िै या करने से लोप दकया गया िै, ब्रह्मपुत्र बोडा में मुख्य

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.– (1) इन जवजनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम िल िजि मंत्रालय, िल संसािन जवभाग, निी जवकास
और गंगा संरक्षण, ब्रह्मपुत्र बोडा, मुख्य अजभयंता (स्ट्तर-II) समूि 'क' पि, भती जवजनयम, 2025 िै।
(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रवृत् त िोंगे।
2. पि-संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर.– उि पि की संख्या, उनका वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर वि
िोगा िो इन जवजनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से (4) में जवजनर्िाष्ट िै।
3. भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिाताएं, आदि.– उि पि की भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिाताएं और उससे संबंजित
अन्य बातें वि िोगी िो पूवोक् त अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से (13) में जवजनर्िाष्ट िै।
4. जनरिाता.– वि व्यजि-
(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत् नी िीजवत िै, जववाि दकया िै, या जववाि की संजविा की िै; या
(ख) जिसने अपने पजत या पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै, या जववाि की संजविा की िै,
उि पि पर जनयुजि के जलए पात्र निीं िोगा:
परंतु यदि केन्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के अन् य पक्षकार
पर लागू स्ट् वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के
प्रवतान से छूट िे सकेगी।
5. जिजथल करने की िजि.– ििां केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन िै, विां वि
उसके जलए िो कारण िैं, उन् िे लेखबद्ध करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को दकसी वगा या प्रवगा के व् यजियों की बाबत,
आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।
6. व्यावृजत्त.– इन जनयमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,
जिनका केंरीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों, अनुसूजचत
िनिाजतयों, अन्य जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूवा सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगा के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंि करना अपेजक्षत िै।

Engineer (Level-II) and Secretary], Group ‘A’ Posts Recruitment Regulations, 2020, in so far as it relates to the post
of Chief Engineer (Level-II), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Board
with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations regulating the method
of recruitment to the post of Chief Engineer (Level-II) in the Brahmaputra Board, namely :-

post held immediately preceding this appointment in
the same or some other organisation or Department
of the Central Government shall ordinarily not
exceed five years.
Note 3.- The maximum age-limit for appointment by
deputation (including short-term contract) shall be
not exceeding fifty-six years, as on the closing date
of receipt of applications.
