राष्ट्रपजतसंजविान के अनुच्छेि 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , तथा

सरकारी मेजडकल स्ट्टोर जडपो (समूि 'ग' और समूि 'घ' पि) भती जनयम, 1983 को,ििां तक उनका संबंि फामााजसस्ट्ट-सि-

क्लका के पि से िै उन बातों के जसवाय अजिक्ांत करते हुए जिन्िें ऐसे अजिक्मण से पूवा दकया गया िो या करने का लोप

दकया गया िो, एतद्द्वारा नई दिल्ली, मुंबई, चेन्नई, कोलकाता, िैिराबाि, गुवािाटी और करनाल में जस्ट्थत सरकारी मेजडकल

स्ट्टोर जडपो में फामााजसस्ट्ट-सि-क्लका के पि पर भती की पद्धजत को जवजनयजमत करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते िैं,

अथाात:-

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ :(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम स्ट् वास्ट् ् य एवं पररवार कल् याण मंत्रालय, सरकारी मेजडकल

स्ट्टोर जडपो, फामााजसस्ट्ट-सि-क्लका (समूि 'ग' पि) भती जनयम, 2025 िोगा ।

2. पि की संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक् स में स्ट् तर.- उि पि की संख्या, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर

वे िोंगे िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्िाष्ट िैं।

3. भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अन्य अिाताएं, आदि- उि पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिाताएं और उससे

संबंजित अन्य बातें वे िोंगी िो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्िाष्ट िैं.

4. जनरिाता - वि व्यजि-

(क)

जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत िै, जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा की

िै : या

(ख)

जिसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की

संजविा की िै;

उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र निीं िोगा :

परंतु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि उस व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार को

लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िै, तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतान

से छूट िे सकेगी ।

5. जिजथल करने की िजि.- ििां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन िै, विां वि,

आिेि द्वारा और उसके जलए िो कारण िैं उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके , दकसी वगा या प्रवगा के व्यजियों के संबंि में इन जनयमों के

दकसी उपबंि को जिजथल कर सकेगी।

6. व्यावृजत्त.- इन जनयमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी जिनका

केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों, अनुसूजचत

िनिाजतयों, अन्य जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूवा सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगा के व्यजियों के जलए,उपबंि अपेजक्षत िै

MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE

New Delhi, the 11th August, 2025

G.S.R. 137.––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Government Medical Store Depot (Group ‘C’ and Group 'D' posts) Recruitment Rules, 1983, in so

far as it relates to the post of Pharmacist-cum-Clerk, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of

Pharmacist-cum-Clerk in the Government Medical Store Depot located at New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata,

Hyderabad, Guwahati and Karnal namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. –(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Government Medical Store Depots, Pharmacist-cum-Clerk (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. –The number of the said post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. – No person, –

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post;

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class

or category of persons.

6. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen or other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in

this regard.

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत िोंगे।

2. पि संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर- उि पि की संख्या, उसका वगीकरण और उससे संलग्न वेतन मैररक्स

में स्ट्तर वि िोगा िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध स्ट्तम्भ (2) से स्ट्तम्भ (4) में जवजनर्िाष्ट िोंगे।

3. भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, योग्यताएं आदि- उि पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अितााएं और उससे संबंजित

अन्य बाते वें िोंगीं िो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (5) से स्ट्तम्भ (13) में जवजनर्िाष्ट िैं।

प्रोन्नजत:-

ऐसे वररष्ठ अनुसंिान सिायक (यांजत्रक अजभयांजत्रकी) या फोरमैन (बॉयलर) या फोरमैन (यांजत्रक) जिन्िोंने वेतन मैररक्स (रु. 35,400-

1,12,400/-) के स्ट्तर 6 में िस साल की जनयजमत सेवा के साथ और सक्षम प्राजिकारी द्वारा जनिााररत िो सप्ताि की प्रजिक्षण अवजि को

सफलतापूवाक पूरा दकया िै ।

रटप्पण 1: संबंजित ग्रेड/पि में अजिकाररयों द्वारा जनिााररत अिाक सेवा के पूणा िोने की तारीख को प्रोन्नजत के जलए संयुि पात्रता सूची

तैयार की िाएगी।

रटप्पण 2: इन संिोजित जनयमों की अजिसूचना की तारीख को जनयजमत आिार पर फीडर पिों को िारण करने वाले व्यजियों के जलए

पात्रता सेवा आठ वषा की िोगी।

रटप्पण 3: ििां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंि में, जिन्िोंने अपनी अिाक या पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली िै, प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवचार दकया

िा रिा िै, विां उनके ज्येषठ व्यजियों पर भी जवचार दकया िाएगा परंतु यि तब िब दक उनके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अिाक या पात्रता

सेवा के आिे से अजिक या िो वषा, िो भी कम िो, से कम न िो और उन्िोंने अपने उन कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजित, जिन्िोंने ऐसी

अिाक/पात्रता सेवा पिले िी पूरी कर ली िै, अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी पररवीक्षा अवजि सफलतापूवाक पूरी कर

ली िो।

(ii) जिन्िोंने मूल कैडर या जवभाग में वेतन मैररक्स (53,100-1,67,800 / -) के स्ट्तर -9 या समतुल्य में जनयजमत आिार पर पि पर

जनयुजि के पश्चात िो साल की सेवा की िै; अथवा

(iii) मूल कैडर या जवभाग में समकक्ष या वेतन मैररक्स (47,600-1,51,100/-) के स्ट्तर -8 या समतुल्य में जनयजमत आिार पर पि पर

जनयुजि के बाि प्रिान दकए गए ग्रेड में चार साल की सेवा की िै; और

(ख) जनम्नजलजखत िैजक्षक अिाता और अनुभव रखते िों

अजनवाया:-

(i) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से मैकेजनकल इंिीजनयररंग में स्नातक की जडग्री; और

(ii) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त संगठन अथवा संस्ट्थान में जडग्री स्ट्तर पर तीन वषा का जिक्षण अनुभव अथवा दकसी चीनी कारखाने में पयावेक्षक

की क्षमता में अथवा िोनों के संयोिन में काया करने का तीन वषा का अनुभव।

वांछनीय:-

दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से मैकेजनकल इंिीजनयररंग में मास्ट्टर जडग्री।

रटप्पण 1:- पोषक प्रवगा के जवभागीय अजिकारी िो प्रोन्नजत की श्रेणी में िैं, प्रजतजनयुजि पर जनयुजि के जलए जवचार के जलए पात्र निीं

िोंगे। इसी तरि, प्रजतजनयुजि करने वाले प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए जवचार के जलए पात्र निीं िोंगे।

सेवा के साथ जनिााररत िैजक्षक योग्यता और अनुभव रखने पर प्रजतजनयुजि के आिार पर जनयुजि िेतु जवचार करने के जलए बािरी

लोगों के साथ भी जवचार दकया िाएगा और यदि वि पि पर जनयुजि के जलए चुना िाता िै तो इसे पिोन्नजत द्वारा भरा हुआ माना

िाएगा।

रटप्पण 2: - इन जनयमों की अजिसूचना की तारीख को जनयजमत आिार पर फोरमैन (इलेजक्रकल) के पि िारण करने वाले जवभागीय

उम्मीिवार के जलए पात्रता सेवा आठ वषा की रिेगी।

G.S.R. 138.––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in the

supersession of the National Sugar Institute, Kanpur, Professor (Sugar Engineering), Assistant Professor (Sugar

Engineering), Lecturer (Sugar Engineering), Assistant Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical Engineering) and Senior

Research Assistant (Mechanical Engineering) Recruitment Rules, 2017, in so far they relate to the posts of Assistant

Engineer (Electrical) and Assistant Engineer (Mechanical), except as respects things done or omitted to be done

before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the

posts of Assistant Engineer (Electrical) and Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) in National Sugar Institute, Kanpur

under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distributions, Department of Food and Public Distribution,

namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the National Sugar Institute, Kanpur, Assistant

Engineer (Electrical) and Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) Recruitment Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of said posts, their classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment to the said post, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualification. – No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post.

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing,

exempt such person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. -Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with UPSC relax any of the provisions of these

rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Savings. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other

categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

Note 1: The combined eligibility list for promotion shall be prepared with reference to the date of completion of the

prescribed qualifying service by the officers in the respective grade/post.

Note 2: The eligibility service shall continue to be eight years for persons holding the feeder posts on regular basis as

on the date of notification of these revised rules.

Note 3: Where juniors who have completed their qualifying or eligibility service are being considered for promotion,

their seniors would also be considered provided they are not short of the requisite qualifying or eligibility service by

more than half of such qualifying or eligibility service or two years, whichever is less, and have successfully

completed their probation period for promotion to the next higher grade along with their juniors who have already

completed such qualifying/eligibility service.

Deputation (including short-term contract): -

Officers of the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, autonomous or statutory organisations,

Public Sector Undertakings or Universities, recognised Research Institution: -

(a) (i) Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

(ii) With two years’ service rendered after appointment to the post on a regular basis in level-9 of the pay matrix (rs.

53,100-1,67,800/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or.

(iii) With four years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment to the post on a regular basis in level-8 of the

pay matrix (rs. 47,600-1,51,100/-) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and

(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:

Essential: -

(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised University or Institute; and

(ii) Three years teaching experience at degree level in a recognised Organisation or Institute or three years’ experience

of working in a sugar factory in a supervisor capacity or in a combination of both.

Desirable: -

Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised University or Institute.

Note 1: - The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible

for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for

appointment by promotion.

Note 2: - The period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately

preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall

ordinarily not to exceed three years.

Note 3: - The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing

date of receipt of applications.

अथाात्ः-

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ- (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम- राष्ट्रीय िकारा संस्ट्थान, कानपुर, उच्च श्रेणी जलजपक और अवर

श्रेणी जलजपक (समूि ‘ग’ पि) भती जनयम 2025 िै।

(2) ये रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त िोंगे।

2. पिों की संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मेररक्स में स्ट्तरः उि पि की संख्या, उनका वगीकरण और वेतन मेररक्स में उनका

स्ट्तर वे िोंगे, िो इन जनयमों के उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्िाष्ट िै।

3. भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिातायें, आदिः उि पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अिाताएं और उनसे संबंजित अन्य

4. जनरिाताः वि व्यजि-

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू

स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िै तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतान से

छूट िे सकेगी।

5. जिजथल करने की िजिः ििााँ केन्द्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन िै, विााँ उसके जलए

िो कारण िै उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को दकसी वगा या प्रवगा के व्यजियों की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा

जिजथल कर सकेगी।

6. व्यावृजत्तः इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निी डालेगी,

रटप्पण : ििााँ ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंि में, जिन्िोने अपनी अिाक या पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली िै, प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवचार दकया िा

रिा िो , विााँ उनके ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंि में भी जवचार दकया िाएगा परंतु यि तब िब दक उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अिाक या

पात्रता सेवा, अपेजक्षत अिाक या पात्रता सेवा के आिे से अजिक से या िो वषा से, इनमें िो भी कम िो, कम न िो और उन्िोंने अपने ऐसे

Rules, 2016, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the president hereby

makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Upper Division Clerk and Lower

Division Clerk in the National Sugar Institute, Kanpur under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public

Distributions, Department of Food and Public Distribution, namely :-

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the National Sugar Institute, Kanpur, Upper

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of said post, their classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment to the said post, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualification. – No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

such person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.-Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class

or category of persons.

6. Savings. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and other

categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

to the next higher grade, alongwith their juniors, who have

already completed such qualifying or eligibility service.

Deputation (including short-term contract):

Officers of the Central Government, State Government,

Autonomous Bodies or Statutory Organisations, Union

Territories or Public Sector Undertakings or recognised

University or Recognised Research Institutions: -

(a) (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent

cadre or department; or

(ii) With eight years’ service rendered after appointment to

उपभोिा मामले, खाद्य एवं सावािजनक जवतरण मंत्रालय, खाि् य और सावािजनक जवतरण जवभाग, राष्ट्रीय िकारा संस्ट्थान,

मल्टी टासस्ट्कंग स्ट्टाफ, समूि 'ग' पि, भती जनयम, 2016 का उन बातों के जसवाय अजिक्ांत करते हुए जिन्िें ऐसे अजिक्मण

से पिले दकया गया िै या करने का लोप दकया गया िै, उपभोिा मामले, खाद्य एवं सावािजनक जवतरण मंत्रालय खाद्य एवं

सावािजनक जवतरण जवभाग के अिीन राष्ट्रीय िकारा संस्ट्थान में बहु-काया कमाचारीवृंि के पि पर भती की प द्धजत का

जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती िैं, अथाात्:-

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ --(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम उपभोिा मामले, खाद्य एवं सावािजनक जवतरण मंत्रालय,

खाि य और सावािजनक जवतरण जवभाग, राष्ट्रीय िकारा संस्ट्थान, बहु-काया कमाचारीवृंि, (समूि 'ग' पि) भती जनयम, 2025

िै।

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत िोंगे।

. पि की संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैररक्स में स्ट्तर

उि पि की संख्या, उसका वगीकरण और उससे संलग्न वेतन

मैररक्स में स्ट्तर यि िोगा, िो उि उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (2) से स्ट्तम्भ (4) तक में जवजनर्िाष्ट िैं।

3. भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिाताएं आदि- उि पि पर भती की प द्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिाताएं तथा उससे संबंजित

अन्य बातें वे िोंगी िो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (5) से स्ट्तम्भ (13) में जवजनर्िाष्ट िैं।

4. जनरिाता - वि व्यजि –

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत िै, जववाि दकया िै, या जववाि की संजविा की िै;

अथवा

(ख) जिसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै, या जववाि की संजविा

की िै,

उि पि के जलए जनयुजि का पात्र निीं िोगा :

परंतु यदि केंद्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो आता िै दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू

स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसे करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजि की इस जनयम के प्रवतान से छूट

िे सकेगी।

6. व्यावृजत- इन जनयमों की कोई बात ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी, जिनका

केंद्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों,

अन्य जपछड़ा वगों, भूतपूवा सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगा के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंि कराना अपेजक्षत िै।

G.S.R. 140.––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public

Distribution, National Sugar Institute, Multi-Tasking Staff, Group ‘C’ Posts, Recruitment Rules, 2016, except as

respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules

to regulate the method of recruitment to the post of Multi-Tasking Staff, in the National Sugar Institute under

the Department of Food and Public Distribution, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution,

namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. ─ (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and

Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, National Sugar Institute, Multi-Tasking Staff,

(Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix. ─The number of the said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.─The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. ─ No person, ─

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. ─Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

6. Saving. ─ Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other backward classes, ex-servicemen, and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.
