संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.– (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम कार्मिक, लोक जिकायत और पेंिन मंत्रालय, कार्मिक और

प्रजिक्षण जवभाग, केन्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो, तकनीकी सलािकार इकाई (इंिीजनयरी) उप सलािकार (इंिीजनयरी) भती जनयम,

2025 िै।

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त िोंगे।

पि-संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर.– उि पि की संख्या, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्स में उसका

स्ट्तर वि िोगा, िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ििष्ट िैं।

भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अििताएं आदि.– उि पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अििताएं और उससे संबंजित

अन्य बातें वे िोंगी िो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ििष्ट िैं।

जनरििता.– वि व्यजि -

(क)

जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत िै, जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा की

िै, या

(ख)

जिसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै, या जववाि की

संजविा की िै उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र निीं िोगा:

परन्तु यदि केन्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि उस व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार

को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतिन

से छूट िे सकेगी।

जिजथल करने की िजि.–ििां केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आव‍यक या समीचीन िै, विां वि

उसके जलए िो कारण िैं, उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके, तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामिि करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को

दकसी वगि या प्रवगि के व्यजियों की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

व्यावृजत्त.– इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों, अनुसूजचत

िनिाजतयों, अन्य जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूवि सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगि के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंि करना अपेजक्षत िै।

(iii) जिन्िोंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में में वेतन मैट्ररक्स

में लेवल 8 (47600 - 151100 रू.) या समतुल्य में

जनयजमत आिार पर उस पि पर जनयुजि के पश्चात

उस श्रेणी में चार वषि सेवा की िो; और

(ख) जिनके पास जनम्नजलजखत िैजक्षक अििताएं और

अनुभव िैं:

जसजवल इंिीजनयरी

(i) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से

जसजवल इंिीजनयररंग में बैचलर ऑफ इंिीजनयररंग या

बैचलर ऑफ टेक्नोलॉिी की जडग्री; और

(ii) दकसी सरकारी कायािलय या साविजनक क्षेत्र के

उपक्म या स्ट्वायत्त जनकाय या सांजवजिक जनकाय में

भवनों और अन्य जसजवल संकमों के प्राक्कलन, मूल्यांकन

और तकनीकी परीक्षण में पांच वषि का अनुभव।

जवद्युत इंिीजनयरी

(i) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्था से

लागू निीं िोता।

संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामिि

उपक्म या स्ट्वायत्त जनकाय या सांजवजिक जनकाय में

जवद्युत या इलेक्रोजनक संस्ट्थापन में पांच वषि का

अनुभव।

इलेक्रॉजनक इंिीजनयरी

(i) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से

इलेक्रोजनक इंिीजनयररंग या इलेक्रोजनक और

िूरसंचार इंिीजनयररंग या प्रकाि जवज्ञान और आप्टो

इलेक्रोजनक में बैचलर ऑफ इंिीजनयरी या बैचलर

ऑफ टेक्नोलॉिी; और

(ii) दकसी सरकारी कायािलय या साविजनक क्षेत्र के

उपक्म या स्ट्वायत्त जनकाय या सांजवजिक जनकाय में

जवद्युत या इलेक्रोजनक संस्ट्थापन में पांच वषि का

अनुभव।

ट्रटप्पण 1 :- प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि, जिसके अंतगित

केन्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठन या

जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ठीक पिले िाट्ररत दकसी

अन्य काडर बाह्य पि पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजि िै

सािारणतया तीन वषि से अजिक निीं िोगी।

ट्रटप्पण 2 :- प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा जनयुजि दक जलए

अजिकतम आयु सीमा आवेिन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम

तारीख को 56 वषि से अजिक निीं िोगी।

G.S.R. 162.––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training,

Central Bureau of Investigation, Technical Advisory Unit (Engineering) Group 'A' and Group ‘B’ Posts Recruitment

Rules, 2014 in so far as they relate to the post of Deputy Advisor (Engineering), in so far as they relate to the post of

Deputy Advisor (Engineering), except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the

President, hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Deputy

Advisor(Engineering) in the Technical Advisory Unit (Engineering) of the Central Bureau of Investigation in the

Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, namely:-

Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Personnel, Public

Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, Central Bureau of Investigation, Technical

Advisory Unit (Engineering) Deputy Advisor(Engineering) Recruitment Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.– The number of the said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said Schedule annexed to

these rules.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said

Schedule.

Disqualification.– No person,-

(a)

who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b)

who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

such person from the operation of this rule.

Power to relax.– Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,

it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service

Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

Saving.– Nothing in this rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required

to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in

this regard.

(ख) िो जनम्नजलजखत िैजक्षक अििताएं और अनुभव रखते िों:

आव‍यक:

दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से नर्सिंग में स्नातकोत्तर की

जडग्री;

ii. राज्य नर्सिंग पट्ररषि द्वारा नसि और जमड्वाइफ के रूप में पंिीकृत।

अनुभव: नर्सिंग में स्नातकोत्तर के साथ िस वषि का अनुभव, जिसमें से आठ वषि का जिक्षण

अनुभव तथा न्यूनतम पांच वषि का कॉलेजिएट कायिक्म में अनुभव िोना चाजिए।

वांछनीय: दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से नर्सिंग में एम.दफल या पी. एचडी।

ट्रटप्पण 1: प्रजतजनयुजक् त की अवजि (जिसके अंतगित अल्पकाजलक संजविा भी िै) जिसके

अंतगित केंरीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन् य संगठन या जवभाग में इस जनयुजक् त से ठीक

G.S.R. 163.–In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Associate Professor in

the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, College of Nursing, Lady Hardinge Medical College & Smt. Sucheta

Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.– (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

College of Nursing, Lady Hardinge Medical College & Smt. Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, New Delhi, Associate

Professor, Group ‘A’ post, Recruitment Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.– The number of the said post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and

other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification.– No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any such person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.– Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.– Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-Servicemen and other

special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in

this regard.

जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते िैं, अथाित्:-

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ: (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम उत्तर पूवी क्षेत्र जवकास मंत्रालय, पूवोत्तर पट्ररषि

सजचवालय, जिलांग, सलािकार (पट्ररविन और संचार), समूि “क” पि भती जनयम, 2025 िै।

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त िोंगे।

2. पि-संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तरः उि पि की संख्या, उसका वगीकरण और उसका वेतन मैट्ररक्स में

स्ट्तर वि िोगा, िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (2) से स्ट्तम्भ (4) में जवजनर्ििष्ट िै।

3. भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अििताएं, आदिः उि पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अििताएं और उससे संबंजित

अन्य बातें वे िोंगी िो पूवोि अनुसूची के स्ट्तम्भ (5) से स्ट्तम्भ (13) में जवजनर्ििष्ट िैं।

को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के

प्रवतिन से छूट िे सकेगी।

5. जिजथल करने की िजिः ििां केन्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आव‍यक या समीचीन िै, विां वि उसके

जलए िो कारण िैं, उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामिि करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को दकसी

वगि या प्रवगि के व्यजियों की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

6. व्यावृजत्तः इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों,

अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन्य जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूवि सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगि के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंि करना

िाता िै तो वि प्रोन्नजत द्वारा भरा गया माना िाएगा।

candidate is selected for appointment to

the post, it shall be treated as having filled

by promotion.

Note 2: The period of deputation
