ृद) भती जनयम, 2018 को, जहां तक आनका संबंध बहुकायय कमयचारी के ृद से हज ईन बातों के जसवाय ऄजधक्ांत करते

हुए, जजन्हें ऐसे ऄजधक्मण से ृूवय दकया गया हज या करने का लोृ दकया गया हज, केन्रीय मनजिदकत्सा संस्ट्थान, कांके, रांची,

स्ट्वास्ट््य और ृररवार कल्याण मंत्रालय में बहुकायय कमयचारी के ृद ृर भती की ृद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए

जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते हैं, ऄथायत्:-

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ:(1) आन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम स्ट्वास्ट््य और ृररवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, केन्रीय

मनजिदकत्सा संस्ट्थान, कांके, रांची, में बहुकायय कमयचारी (समूह ‘ग’ ृद) भती जनयम, 2025 हज।

(2) ये राजृत्र में ईनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

ृद की सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजररक्स में स्ट्तर- ईि ृद की सं्‍या, ईसका वगीकरण और ईससे संलग्न वेतन

मजररक्स में स्ट्तर वह होगा जो आन जनयमों से ईृाबद्ध ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हज ।

3.

भती की ृद्धजत, अयु-सीमा, ऄहयताएं, अदद- ईि ृद ृर भती की ृद्धजत, अयु-सीमा, ऄहयताएं और ईससे

संबंजधत ऄन्य बातें वे होंगी जो ईि ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।

4.

जनरहयता: वह व्यजि-

(क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जजसका ृजत या जजसकी ृत्नी जीजवत हज, जववाह दकया हज या जववाह की संजवदा की हज; या

(ख) जजसने ऄृने ृजत या ऄृनी ृत्नी के जीजवत रहते हुए, दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज या जववाह की संजवदा की हज,

ईि ृद ृर जनयुजि का ृात्र नहीं होगा :

ृरंतु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह, ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के ऄन्य ृक्षकार

को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के ऄधीन ऄनुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए ऄन्य अधार हज, तो वह दकसी व्यजि को आस जनयम के

प्रवतयन से छूट दे सकेगी ।

5.

जिजथल करने की िजि: जहााँ केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना अव‍यक या समीचीन हज, वहााँ वह

ईसके जलए जो कारण हैं ईनको लेखबद्ध करके आन जनयमों के दकसी ईृबंध को दकसी वगय या प्रवगय के व्यजियों की बाबत

अदेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

6.

व्यावृजत्त: आन जनयमों की कोइ बात ऐसे अरक्षणों, अयु-सीमा में छूट और ऄन्य ररयायतों ृर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी

जजनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा आस संबंध में समय-समय ृर जारी दकए गए अदेिों के ऄनुसार ऄनुसूजचत जाजतयों,

ऄनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, ऄन्य जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवय सजनकों और ऄन्य जविेष प्रवगय के व्यजियों के जलए ईृबंध करना

ऄृेजक्षत हज।

G.S.R. 168.––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Central Institute of Psychiatry, Kanke, Ranchi, Multi

Tasking Staff (Group ‘C’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2018, except as respects things done or omitted to be done

before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the

post of Multi Tasking Staff in the Central Institute of Psychiatry, Kanke, Ranchi, Ministry of Health and Family

Welfare namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Central Institute of Psychiatry, Kanke, Ranchi, Multi Tasking Staff (Group ‘C’ Posts) Recruitment

Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of the said post, its classification and

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to

these rules.

3.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4.

Disqualification.– No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the

personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds

for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5.

Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with

respect to any class or category of persons.

6.

Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, ex-

servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central

Government from time to time in this regard.

प्रोन्नजत द्वारा, जजसके न हो सकने ृर प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा ।

प्रोन्नजत:

वेतन मजररक्स के स्ट्तर-4 (25500-81100 रुृये) में ऐसे ज्येष्ठ

सहायक (प्रिासन) जजन्होंने ईस श्रेणी में दस वषय की जनयजमत सेवा

की हो जजन्होंने प्रिासन में दो सप्ताह का प्रजिक्षण सफलताृूवयक ृूरा

दकया हो।

रटप्ृण: जहां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में, जजन्होंने ऄृनी ऄहयक

या ृात्रता सेवा ृूरी कर ली हज, प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवचार दकया जा रहा

हो, वहां ईनके ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में भी जवचार दकया जाएगा,

ृरंतु यह तब जबदक ईसके द्वारा की गइ ऐसी ऄहयक या ृात्रता सेवा,

ऄृेजक्षत ऄहयक या ृात्रता के अधे से ऄजधक से या दो वषय से आनमें से

जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और ईन्होंने ऄृने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों

सजहत जजन्होंने ऐसी ऄहयक या ृात्रता सेवा ृहले ही ृूरी का ली हज,

ऄगली ईच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए ऄृनी ृररवीक्षा की ऄवजध

सफलताृूवयक ृूरी कर ली हो।

प्रजतजनयुजि :

केन्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकारों या संघ राज्य क्षेत्र प्रिासनों के

ऄजधकारी :

(क) (i) जो मूल काडर या जवभाग में जनयजमत अधार ृर सदृि ृद

धरण दकए हुए हो; या

(ii) जजन्होंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मजररक्स के स्ट्तर 5

(29200-92300) या समतुल्य में जनयजमत अधार ृर ईस ृद ृर

जनयुजि के ृिात छ: वषय की सेवा की हो; या

(iii) जजन्होंने मूल काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मजररक्स के स्ट्तर 4

(25500-81100) या समतुल्य में जनयजमत अधार ृर ईस ृद ृर

जनयुजि के ृिात दस वषय की सेवा की हो या

(ख) जजनके ृास जनम्नजलजखत िजक्षक ऄहयताएं और ऄनुभव हो:

(i) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से स्नातक की

जडग्री प्राप्त की हो।

(ii) स्ट्थाृना या कार्ममक या सतकयता या लोक ईृाृन मामलों में एक

वषय का ऄनुभव।

रटप्ृण 1 : ृोषक प्रवगय के ऐसे जवभागीय ऄजधकारी जो प्रोन्नजत की

सीधी ृंजि में हैं, प्रजतजनयुजि ृर जनयुजि के जलए जवचार दकए जाने

के ृात्र नहीं होंगे। आसी प्रकार, प्रजतजनयुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत द्वारा

जनयुजि के जलए जवचार दकए जाने के ृात्र नहीं होंगे।

रटप्ृण 2: प्रजतजनयुजि की ऄवजध, जजसके ऄंतगयत केन्रीय सरकार के

ईसी या दकसी ऄन्य संग न या जवभाग में आस जनयुजि से ीक ृहले

धाररत दकसी ऄन्य काडर बाह्य ृद ृर प्रजतजनयुजि की ऄवजध हज,

साधारणतया तीन वषय से ऄजधक नहीं होगी।

G.S.R. 169.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Head Clerk in the

Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation, Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family

Welfare, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,

Directorate General of Health Services, Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation, Head Clerk (Group ‘B’ Post),

Recruitment Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix.- The number of the said post, its classification and level

in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, other qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said post, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualification. – No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

such person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission,

relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving.– Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be

provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-servicemen and other

special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in

this regard.

कल्याण मंत्रालय, केंरीय सरकार स्ट्वास्ट््य योजना में स्ट्टाफ कार चालक (श्रेणी-1), स्ट्टाफ कार चालक (श्रेणी-2) और स्ट्टाफ

कार चालक (साधारण श्रेणी) के ृदों ृर भती की ृद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते हैं,

ऄथायत:-

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ- (1) आन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम स्ट्वास्ट््य और ृररवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, केन्रीय सरकार

स्ट्वास्ट््य योजना संग न, स्ट्टाफ कार चालक काडर (समूह 'ग' ृद) भती जनयम, 2025 हज।

(2) ये राजृत्र में ईनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

ऄनुप्रयोग - ये जनयम आन जनयमों से ईृाबद्ध ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (1) में जवजनर्ददष्ट ृदों ृर लागू होंगे।

3.

ृदों की सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजररक्स में स्ट्तर - ईि ृदों की सं्‍या, ईनका वगीकरण और वेतन मजररक्स में

ईनका स्ट्तर वह होगा जो ईि ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट दकए गए हैं।

भती की ृद्धजत, अयु-सीमा, ऄहयताएं अदद- ईि ृदों ृर भती की ृद्धजत, अयु-सीमा, ऄहयताएं तथा ईनसे

संबंजधत ऄन्य बातें वे होंगी जो ृूवोि ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।

जनरहयता – वह व् यजि–

(क) जजसने ऐसे व् यजि से जजसका ृजत या जजसकी ृत् नी जीजवत हैं, जववाह दकया हज या जववाह की संजवदा की

हज।

(ख) जजसने ऄृने ृजत या ऄृनी ृत् नी के जीजवत रहते हुए दकसी ऄन्य व् यजि से जववाह दकया हज या जववाह

की संजवदा की हज।

ईक् त ृद ृर जनयुजि का ृात्र नहीं होगा :

ृरंतु यदद केंरीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व् यजि और जववाह के ऄन् य ृक्षकार

को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के ऄधीन ऄनुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए ऄन् य अधार हैं तो वह ऐसे व् यजि को आस जनयम के

प्रवतयन से छूट दे सकेगी।

6.

जिजथल करने की िजि –जहां केंरीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना अव‍ यक या समीचीन हज, वहां वह

ईसके जलए जो कारण हैं, ईन् हें लेखबद्ध करके, आन जनयमों के दकसी ईृबंध को दकसी वगय या प्रवगय के व् यजियों की बाबत,

अदेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

7.-

व् यावृजत –आन जनयमों की कोइ बात, ऐसे अरक्षणों, अयु-सीमा में छूट और ऄन् य ररयायतों ृर प्रभाव नहीं

डालेगी, जजनका केंरीय सरकार द्वारा आस संबंध में समय-समय ृर जारी दकए गए अदेिों के ऄनुसार ऄनुसूजचत जाजतयों,

ऄनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, ऄन्य जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवय सजनकों और ऄन् य जविेष प्रवगय के व् यजियों के जलए ईृबंध करना

G.S.R. 170.–– In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Central Government Health Scheme, Delhi (Group ‘C’) Paramedical and general categories of

posts Recruitment Rules, 1993, in so far as they relate to the posts of Driver Grade-I (Heavy Vehicle) and Driver

Grade-II (Light Vehicle), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President

hereby makes the following rules regulating the methods of recruitment to the post of Staff Car Driver (Grade-I),

Staff Car Driver (Grade-II) and Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) in the Central Government Health Scheme,

Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Health and Family

Welfare, Central Government Health Scheme Organisation, Staff Car Driver Cadre (Group ‘C’ posts) Recruitment

Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

Application.- These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3.

Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. – The number of the said posts, their

classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be specified in columns (2) to (4) of the said

Schedule.

4.

Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc. – The method of recruitment age-limit, qualifications

and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the afore said Schedule.

5.

Disqualification. – No person,-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

such person from the operation of this rule.

6.

Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,

it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

7.-

Savings.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concession

required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Schedules Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-Servicemen and

other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time

in this regard.
