जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती हैं, ऄथावत्:-

(2) ये राजृत्र में ईनके प्रकािन कप तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।

ृद-सं्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर.-ईि ृद कप सं्या, ईसका वगीकरण और वेतन मजट्ररक्स में
ईसका स्ट्तर वह होगा जो आन जनयमों से ईृाबधति ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।
3.
भती कप ृधतिजत, अयु-सीमा और ऄन्य ऄहवताएं अदद.-ईि ृद ृर भती कप ृधतिजत, अयु-सीमा, ऄहवताएं और
ईससे संबंजधत ऄन्य बातें वे होंगी जो ईि ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।
4.
जनरहवता.- वह व्यजि -
(क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जजसका ृजत या जजसकप ृत्नी जीजवत हैं, जववाह दकया हज; या जववाह कप संजवदा कप हज
या
(ख) जजसने ऄृने ृजत या ऄृनी ृत्नी के जीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज; या जववाह कप संजवदा
कप हज
ईि ृद ृर जनयुजि का ृात्र नहीं होगा:
ृरन्तु यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह ईस व्यजि और जववाह के ऄन्य ृक्षकार
को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के ऄधीन ऄनुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए ऄन्य अधार हैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को आस जनयम के
प्रवतवन से छूट दे सकेगी।
5.
जिजथल करने कप िजि
.-
जहां केन्रीय सरकार कप यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना अवयक या समीचीन हज, वहां वह
ईसके जलए जो कारण हैं ,ईन्हें लेखबधति करके ,तथा संघ लोक सेवा अयोग से ृरामिव करके आन जनयमों के दकसी ईृबंध को
दकसी वगव या प्रवगव के व्यजियों कप बाबत, अदेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।
6.
व्यावृजत्त.- आन जनयमों कप कोइ बात, ऐसे अरक्षण, अयु-सीमा में छूट और ऄन्य ट्ररयायतों ृर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी,
जजनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा आस संबंध में समय-समय ृर जारी दकए गए अदेिों के ऄनुसार ऄनुसूजचत जाजतयों,
ऄनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, ऄन्य जृछड़े वगों ,भूतृूवव सजनकों और ऄन्य जविेष प्रवगव के व्यजियों के जलए ईृबंध करना
ऄृेजक्षत हज।

112400 रु०) में या समतुल्य में ृद ृर ृांच
वषव जनयजमत सेवा कप हो; और
(ख) जजनके ृास स्ट्तंभ (7) के ऄधीन सीधे
भती दकए गए व्यजियों के जलए जवजहत
ऄहवताए और ऄनुभव हों।
ट्रटप्ृण 1: प्रजतजनयुजि कप ऄवजध, जजसके
ऄंतगवत केंरीय सरकार के ईसी या दकसी ऄन्य
संग न या जवभाग में आस जनयुजि से ीक
ृहले धाट्ररत दकसी ऄन्य काडर बाह्य ृद ृर
प्रजतजनयुजि कप ऄवजध हज साधारणतया 3 वषव
से ऄजधक नहीं होगी।
ट्रटप्ृण 2: प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए
ऄजधकतम अयु सीमा अवेदन प्राप्त करने कप
ऄंजतम तारीख को 56 वषव से ऄजधक नहीं
होगी।
प्रोन्नजत या प्रजतजनयुजि

G.S.R. 172.––In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in
supersession of the Central Bureau of Investigation (Legal Advisers and Prosecutors) Recruitment Rules, 2013 and
2015, in so far as they relate to the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor, except as respects things done or omitted to be
done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment
to the post of Assistant Public Prosecutor, in the Central Bureau of Investigation, namely :-
1.
Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Central Bureau of Investigation
(Assistant Public Prosecutor) Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
Number, classification and level in pay - matrix.-The number of the said post, its classification and level
in the pay - matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to
these rules.
3.
Method of recruitment, age-limit and other qualifications etc.- The method of recruitment to the said
post, age - limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13)
of the said Schedule.
4.
Disqualification.- No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted, a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post :
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the
personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds
for so doing, exempt such person from the operation of this rule.
5.
Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it
may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the Union Public Service
Commission relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6.
Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age - limit and other concessions
required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-
servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with orders issued by the Central
Government from time to time in this regard.

जलए जवचार दकया जा रहा हज, वहां
ईनसे ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के जव् य में भी
जवचार दकया जाएगा, ृरन्तु दक ईनकप
ऄृेजक्षत ऄहवक या ृात्र सेवा, ऐसी ऄहवक
या ृात्र सेवा के अधे से ऄजधक या दो
वषव, आनमें से जो भी कम हो, से कम न
हो, और ईन्होंने ऄृने ईन कजनष्ठ
व्यजियों के साथ, जजन्होंने ऐसी ऄहवक

G.S.R. 173.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in
supersession of the Farakka Barrage Project (Group 'B' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2001, except as respects things done or
omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of
recruitment to the post of Assistant Director (Official Language) [earlier post of Hindi Officer] in the Farakka Barrage
Project , Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Ministry of Jal Shakti, namely:-

1.
Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of
Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Farakka Barrage Project, Assistant Director (Official
Language)(Group-'A' Post) Recruitment Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification and level in pay matrix. - The number of post, its classification and level in the
pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications
and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.
4. Disqualification. – No person, -
(a.) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b.) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said posts:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law
applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any
person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it
may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax
any of the provision of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to
be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Schedules Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-Servicemen and other special
categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
