सा.का.जन. 200.—भारत के राष्ट्रृजत, संजवधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के ृरन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग
करते हुए तथा ृयाावरण, वन और जलवायु ृररवतान मंत्रालय, भारतीय वन सवेक्षण (समूह 'ग' ृद) भती जनयम, 2018
जहां तक वे उृ रेंजर के ृद से संबंजधत हैं, उन बातों के जसवाए अजधक्ांत करते हुए जजन्हें ऐसे अजधक्मण से ृूवा दकया गया
हैं या करने से लोृ की गई हैं, ृयाावरण, वन और जलवायु ृररवतान मंत्रालय, भारतीय वन सवेक्षण में उृ रेंजर के ृद ृर
भती की ृद्धजत को जवजनयजमत करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती हैं, अथाात :-
1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.-
(1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम भारतीय वन सवेक्षण (उृ रेंजर) भती जनयम, 2025 हज।

(2) ये जनयम राजृत्र में अृने प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रवर्ततत होंगे।
2. ृदों की सं्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजररक्स में स्ट्तर.- उि ृद की सं्या, उसका वगीकरण, उससे संबद्ध वेतन मजररक्स
में स्ट्तर, इन जनयमों से उृाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट दकए जाएंगे।
3. भती की ृद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अहाताएं, आदद- भती की ृद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अहाताएं और उससे संबंजधत अन्य बातें वे
होंगी जो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।
4. जनरहाता- कोई भी व्यजि, -
(क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज जजसका ृजत या ृत्नी जीजवत हज; या
(ख) जजसने अृने ृजत या ृत्नी के जीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज, वह उि ृद ृर जनयुजि के जलए
ृात्र नहीं होगा:
ृरंतु यदद केन् र सरकार इस बात से संतु् हो दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे दकसी व्यजि और जववाह के दूसरे ृक्षकार ृर
लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह ऐसे व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतान से
छू दे सकेगी।
5. जिजथल देने की िजि.- जहां केन् र सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन हज, वहां वह आदेि
द्वारा और उसके कारणों को जलजखत में दजा करते हुए, दकसी वगा या प्रवगा के व्यजियों के संबंध में इन जनयमों के दकसी
उृबंध में छू दे सकेगी।
6. व् यावृजत.- इन जनयमों की कोई बात अनुसूजचत जाजतयों, अनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, अन्य जृछड़े वगों, आर्तथक प ृ से
कमजोर वगों, भूतृूवा सजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगा के व्यजियों के जलए इस संबंध में समय-समय ृर केन् र सरकार द्वारा
जारी आदेिों के अनुसार प्रदान दकए जाने वाले आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छू और अन्य ररयायतों ृर प्रभाव नहीं डालेगी।

र प्ृणन 2.- रोजगार कायाालय
के माध्यम से भती के मामले में,
आयु-सीमा अवधाररत करने के
जलए जनणाायक तारीख, वह
अंजतम तारीख होगी, जजस तक
रोजगार कायाालय ने नाम
प्रस्ट्तुत करने के जलए कहा हो।

लोक सेवा आयोग से ृरामिा दकया
जाएगा।

प्रोन्नजत:
(i) वेतन मजररक्स के वेतन स्ट्तर 2 में मजररक
ृास फील्डमजन जजसने उस ग्रेड में न्यूनतम
आ वषा की जनयजमत सेवा की हो; तथा
(ii) वेतन मजररक्स के वेतन स्ट्तर 2 में गजर-
मजररक फील्डमजन, जजन्होंने उस ग्रेड में आ
वषा की जनयजमत सेवा की हो और यह
महाजनदेिक,
भारतीय वन सवेक्षण,
देहरादून द्वारा जनर्ददष्ट जलजखत और रेड
ृरीक्षा में अहाता प्राप्त करने के अधीन हज।
र प्ृण:- जहां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के
संबंध में प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवचार दकया जा
रहा हज, जजन्होंने अृनी अहाक या ृात्रता
समूह 'ग' जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत ृुष्टीकरण
सजमजत (प्रोन्नजत या ृुष्टीकरण ृर जवचार
करने के जलए) जजसमें िाजमल होंगे:-
1. महाजनदेिक, भारतीय वन सवेक्षण,
देहरादून -अध्यक्ष;
2. संयुि जनदेिक, भारतीय वन सवेक्षण,
देहरादून -सदस्ट्य;
3. उृ जनदेिक (कार्तमक एवं प्रिासन),
भारतीय वन सवेक्षण, देहरादून – सदस्ट्य;
4. अवर सजचव, वन स्ट्थाृना, ृयाावरण,
वन और जलवायु ृररवतान मंत्रालय-सदस्ट्य।

सेवा ृूरी कर ली हज, वहां उनके वररष्ठ
व्यजियों के संबंध में भी जवचार दकया
जाएगा, बिते दक उन्होंने अृेजक्षत अहाक
या ृात्रता सेवा या दो वषा की सेवा, इनमें
से जो भी कम हो, ृूरी की हो और उन्होंने
अृने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के साथ,
जजन्होंने ऐसी अहाक या ृात्रता सेवा ृहले
ही ृूरी कर ली हज, अगले उच्चतर ग्रेड में
प्रोन्नजत के जलए अृनी ृररवीक्षा अवजध
सफलताृूवाक ृूरी कर ली हो।

G.S.R. 200.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in
suppression of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate change, Forest Survey of India (Group ‗C‘ Posts)
Recruitment Rules, 2018, in so far as they relate to the post of Deputy Ranger, expect as respects things done or
omitted to be done before such suppression, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of
recruitment to the post of Deputy Ranger in the Forest Survey of India, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate
Change, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. –(1) These rules may be called the Forest Survey of India (Deputy Ranger)
Recruitment rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Number of posts, classification, and level in the pay matrix. - The number of the said post, its classification,
level in pay matrix attached thereto, shall be specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.
3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. - The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification and
other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.
4. Disqualification. - No person, -
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provide that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law
applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any
person from the operation of this rule.
5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it
may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules in respect of any
class or category of persons.
6. Saving. -Nothing in these rules shall affect the reservation, relaxation in age-limit and other concessions required
to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Economically
Weaker Section, the Ex-serviceman and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by
the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

G.S.R. 201.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Textiles Committee Act, 1963 (41 of
1963), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the Textiles Committee Rules,
1965, namely:
1. Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called Textiles Committee (Amendment) Rules, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Textiles Committee Rules, 1965, in Rule 33, in sub-rule (1), in the second proviso, for the words ―twenty
five lakhs of‖, the words ―one crore‖, shall be substituted.
