का.जन.आ. 12.—राष्ट्रृजत , संजवधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के उृबंध द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, रक्षा

मंत्रालय, सेना कायाचलय अधीक्षक, सेना इंजीजनयरी सेवा/सेना इंजीजनयरी मिाजवद्यालय/इंजीजनयर केन्रों से जभन्न समूि ‘ख’

ृद भती जनयम – 2013 में संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती िै, अथाचत् :-

(i)

इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, सेना कायाचलय अधीक्षक सेना इंजीजनयरी सेवा/सेना

इंजीजनयरी मिाजवद्यालय/इंजीजनयर केन्रों से जभन्न समूि ‘ख’ ृद भती (संिोधन) जनयम – 2026 िै।

(ii)

ये राजृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को लागू िोंगे।

स्ट्तंभ (4) में, इससे संबंजधत िीर्चक और प्रजवजियों के स्ट्थान ृर, जनम्नजलजखत स्ट्तंभ और प्रजवजियां रखी जाएगी,

अथाचत् : -

उृ-िीर्चक प्रोन्नजत के अधीन

(i) वेतन बैंड 1 में वेतनमान 5200-20200 प ृए + ग्रेड वेतन 2400 प िब्दों, अक्षरों तथा अंकों के स्ट्थान ृर

“वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर – 4 (25500-81000 प ृए)” िब्द, अक्षर, अंक और कोष्ठक रखे जाऐगे ।

(ii) ट्रिप्ृण – 2 : के स्ट्थान ृर जनम्नजलजखत ट्रिप्ृण ,रखा जाएगा अथाचत् : -

2 : प्रोन्नजत के जलए न्यूनतम अिचक सेवा की गणना करने के प्रयोजन के जलए, दकसी अजधकारी द्वारा

01 जनवरी 2016 से या उस तारीख से जजससे ृूवच जनयजमत आधार ृर की गई सेवा, 7वें केन्रीय वेतन आयोग की

जसफाट्ररिों ृर आधाट्ररत ृुनरीजक्षत वेतन संरचना का जवस्ट्तार दकया गया िै, को उि वेतन आयोग की जसफाट्ररिों के

आधार ृर जवस्ट्ताट्ररत तत्सस्ट्थानी वेतन मैट्ररक्स ृर की गई सेवा समझी जाएगी।

(ख)

उृ िीर्चक “प्रजतजनयुजि” के अधीन : -

(i)

खंड (क) के उृखंड (ii) में िब्द, अक्षर और अंक “वेतन बैंड – 1’ के वेतनमान 5200-20200 रुृए +

ग्रेड वेतन 2400 प ” िब्दों, अक्षरों तथा अंकों के स्ट्थान ृर, वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर – 4 (25500 – 81000 प ृए)

िब्द, अक्षर, कोष्ठक तथा अंक रखे जाएंगे,

(ii)

ट्रिप्ृण के स्ट्थान ृर जनम्नजलजखत ट्रिप्ृण रखा जाएगा अथाचत् : -

“ट्रिप्ृण : - प्रजतजनयुजि के आधार ृर, जनयुजि के प्रयोजन के जलए दकसी अजधकारी द्वारा, 01 जनवरी 2016 से ृूवच

या उस तारीख से, जजससे 7वें केन्रीय वेतन आयोग की जसफाट्ररिों ृर आधाट्ररत ृुनरीजक्षत वेतन संरचना का

जवस्ट्तार दकया गया िै, जनयजमत आधार ृर की गई सेवा को “जसवाय उस दिा के जिां एक से अजधक ृूवच ृुनरीजक्षत

वेतनमान का साधारण ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान सजित एक श्रेणी में जवलय िो गया िै और जिां यि लाभ केवल उस

ृद ृर जवस्ट्ताट्ररत िोगा, जजसके जलए ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान जबना दकसी उन्नयन का साधारण प्रजतस्ट्थाृन ग्रेड िै”

उि वेतन आयोग की जसफाट्ररिों ृर आधाट्ररत जवस्ट्ताट्ररत तत्सस्ट्थानी ग्रेड वेतन या वेतनमान ृर की गई सेवा समझी

जाएगी ।

S.R.O. 12.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the provision to the article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules to amend Ministry of Defence, Army Office Superintendent (other than

Military Engineering Service or College of Military Engineering or Engineer Centers) Group ‗B‘ Posts Recruitment

Rules, 2013, namely; -

(1)

These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Army Office Superintendent.

(Other than Military Engineering Service or College of Military Engineering or Engineer Centre‘s) Group ‗B‘ Posts,

Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2025.

(2)

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Ministry of Defence, Army Office Superintendent (other than Military Engineering Service or College

of Military Engineering or Engineer Centre‘s) Group ‗B‘ Posts Recruitment Rules, 2013, in the Schedule: -

(1) in column (4), for the heading and entries relating thereto, the following column and entries shall be substituted,

namely: -

―Level in pay matrix

(4)

Level-6 (Rs. 35400-112400)

in the pay matrix‖;

(2) in column (11), -

(a) under the sub-heading ―promotion‖, -

(i) For the words, letters and figure ―Pay Scale of Rs. 5200-20200 with the grade pay of Rs. 2400 in

PB-1‖, for the words, figures, brackets and letters ―Level-4(Rs. 25500-81100) in the pay matrix‖ shall

be substituted;

(ii)

For the Note 2, the following note shall be substituted, namely: -

―Note 2; For the purpose of computing minimum qualifying service for promotion, the service rendered on a

regular basis by an officer prior to 1^st January, 2016 the date from which the revised pay structure based on

the 7^th Central Pay Commission recommendations has been extended, shall be deemed to be service rendered

in the corresponding level in the pay matrix extended based on the recommendation of the Commission.‖;

(b) under the sub-heading ―Deputation‖, -

(i) in clause (a), in sub-clause(ii) for the words, letters and figure ―Pay Scale of Rs. 5200-20200 with the

grade pay of Rs. 2400 in Pay Band-1‖, the words, figures, brackets and letters ―Level-4 (Rs. 25500-81100) in the pay

matrix ―shall be substituted;

(ii)

for the Note, the following note shall be substituted, namely: -

―Note; For the purpose of appointment on deputation basis the service rendered on a regular basis by an officer

prior to 1^st January, 2016, the date from which the revised pay structure based on the 7^th Central Pay

Commission recommendations has been extended, shall be deemed to be service rendered in the corresponding

pay in the pay matrix extended based on the recommendation of the Commission except where there has been

merger of more than one pre-revised scale of the pay into one grade with a common grade pay or pay scale,

and where this benefit will extend only for the post for which that grade pay or pay scale is the normal

replacement grade without any upgradation.‖
