सं. 10-5/2025-यू.3(ए)—जबदक, राष्ट्रीय आयुिेि संस्थान (सम शिश्वशिद्यालय), जयपुर द्वारा यूजीसी (सम शिश्वशिद्यालय संस् थान)
शिशनयम, 2023 के अनुसार माता मनसा िेिी कॉम्प्लेक्स, पंचकुला, हररयाणा में ऑफ-कैंपस िुरू करने के शलए यूजीसी पोर्टल पर एक ऑनलाइन
आिेिन प्रस्तुत दकया गया था।
2. और जबदक, यूजीसी ने दिनांक 02.01.2025 के अपने पत्र संख्या 38-2/2024 (सीपीपी-आई/डीयू) के माध्यम से सूशचत दकया दक
आिेिन की स्थायी सशमशत के माध्यम से जांच की गई थी। सशमशत ने संस्था की प्रस्तुशत के बाि और प्रस्तुत दकए गए िस्तािेजों के आधार पर कुछ
ितों के साथ राष्ट्रीय आयुिेि संस्थान (सम-शिश्वशिद्यालय), जयपुर को आिय पत्र (एलओआई) जारी करने की शसफाररि की।
3. और आगे जबदक, मंत्रालय ने यूजीसी की सलाह पर माता मनसा िेिी कॉम्प्लेक्स, पंचकूला, हररयाणा में ऑफ-कैंपस िुरू करने से
पहले 3 िर्ट की अिशध के भीतर कुछ ितों को पूरा करने के शलए राष्ट्रीय आयुिेि संस्थान (सम शिश्वशिद्यालय), जयपुर को दिनांक 22.04.2025
को आिय पत्र (एलओआई) जारी दकया।
4. और जबदक, कुलसशचि (कायटिाहक), राष्ट्रीय आयुिेि संस्थान (सम शिश्वशिद्यालय), जयपुर ने दिनांक 07.10.2025 के
पत्र संख्या एफ.1(24)/एनआईए-पीके/आरईजी/एनआईए/2023-3890 के माध्यम से, एलओआई की ितों की पूर्तट के संबंध में अनुपालन ररपोर्ट
प्रस्तुत की। इसे सत्यापन और आगे सलाह के शलए यूजीसी को भेजा गया था। इसके जिाब में, यूजीसी ने दिनांक 21.04.2026 के पत्र के माध्यम
से सूशचत दकया दक अनुपालन ररपोर्ट को स्थायी सशमशत द्वारा स्िीकार कर शलया गया था और मामले में अंशतम अनुमोिन के शलए शसफाररि की
गई थी।
5. अब, इसशलए, यूजीसी अशधशनयम, 1956 की धारा 3 के तहत प्रित्त िशियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, यूजीसी की सलाह
पर, एतद्द्वारा राष्ट्रीय आयुिेि संस्थान (सम-शिश्वशिद्यालय), जयपुर को माता मनसा िेिी कॉम्प्लेक्स, पंचकुला, हररयाणा में एक ऑफ-कैंपस केंद्र
िुरू करने के शलए अनुमोिन प्रिान करता है।
6. राष्ट्रीय आयुिेि संस्थान (सम-शिश्वशिद्यालय), जयपुर द्वारा इस मंत्रालय की पूिट की अशधसूचनाओं में उशल्लशित अन्य सभी ितों के
साथ-साथ समय-समय पर जारी शिश्वशिद्यालय अनुिान आयोग और अन्य सांशिशधक पररर्िों के शनयमों/शिशनयमों का पालन करेगा।

No. 10-5/2025-U.3(A)—Whereas, an online application was submitted by National Institute of Ayurveda (Deemed to
be University), Jaipur, on the UGC Portal for starting an off-campus at Mata Mansa Devi Complex, Panchkula, Haryana as per
the UGC (Institutions deemed to be Universities) Regulations, 2023.
2. And whereas, UGC, vide its letter No. 38-2/2024 (CPP-I/DU) dated 02.01.2025, informed that the application was
examined through its Standing Committee. The Committee, after presentation of the Institution and based on the documents
submitted, recommended for issuance of Letter of Intent (LoI) to National Institute of Ayurveda (Deemed to be University),
Jaipur with certain conditions.
3. And further whereas, the Ministry, on the advice of UGC, issued Letter of Intent (LoI) dated 22.04.2025 to National
Institute of Ayurveda (Deemed to be University), Jaipur for fulfilment of certain conditions within a period of 3 years before
starting an off-campus at Mata Mansa Devi Complex, Panchkula, Haryana.
4. And whereas, Registrar (i/c), National Institute of Ayurveda (Deemed to be University), Jaipur, vide letter
No. F.1(24)/NIA-PK/Reg/NIA/2023-3890 dated 07.10.2025, submitted compliance report in respect of fulfilment of the
conditions of the LoI. The same was forwarded to UGC for verification and further advice. In response, UGC, vide letter dated
21.04.2026, informed that the compliance report was accepted by the Standing Committee and recommended for final approval
in the matter.
5. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, the Ministry of
Education, on the advice of UGC, hereby accords approval to National Institute of Ayurveda (Deemed to be University), Jaipur
to start an off-campus Centre at Mata Mansa Devi Complex, Panchkula, Haryana.
6. All other conditions mentioned in the earlier Notification(s) of this Ministry as well as the Rules / Regulations of
UGC and other Statutory Councils, issued from time to time, shall continue to be adhered by National Institute of Ayurveda
(Deemed to be University), Jaipur.
