1. संजक्षप्त िीर्यक और प्रारंभ –(1) आन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम राष्ट्रीय िकयरा संस्ट्थान, कानृुर ज्येष्ठ तकनीकी सिायक

(चीनी प्रौद्योजगकी), समूि 'ख' ृद भती जनयम, 2026 िज।

(2) ये राजृत्र में ईनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त िोंगे।

2. ृदों की सं्‍या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर - ईक्त ृदों की सं्‍या, ईनका वगीकरण और ईसके साथ वेतन

मजट्ररक्स का स्ट्तर वि िोगा जो आन जनयमों से ईृाबद्ध संलग्न ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट िज।

3. भती की ृद्धजत, अयु सीमा, ऄियताएं अदद- ईक्त ृद ृर भती की ृद्धजत, अयु सीमा, ऄियताएं और ईससे संबंजधत

ऄन्य बातें वे िोंगी जो ईक्त ऄनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट िैं।

4. जनरियता – वि व्यजक्त -

(क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजक्त से, जजसका ृजत या जजसकी ृत्नी जीजवत िज या जववाि की संजवदा की िज, या

(ख) जजसने ऄृने ृजत या ऄृनी ृत्नी के जीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजक्त से जववाि दकया िज या जववाि की संजवदा की िज,

ईक्त ृद ृर जनयुजक्त के ृात्र निीं िोंगे:

ृरन्तु यदद केंद्रीय सरकार का समाधान िो जाता िज दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजक्त और जववाि के ऄन्य ृक्षकार को लागू

स्ट्वीय जवजध (ृसयनल लॉ) के ऄधीन ऄनुज्ञेय िज और ऐसा करने के जलए ऄन्य अधार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजक्त को आस जनयम

के प्रवतयन से छूट दे सकेगी।

5. जिजथल करने की िजक्त- जिां केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय िज दक ऐसा करना अवश्यक या समीचीन िज, विां वि ईसके जलए

जो कारण िैं ईन्िें लेखबद्ध करके, दकसी भी वगय या प्रवगय के व्यजक्तयों की बाबत आन जनयमों के दकसी भी ईृबंध में छूट दे

सकेगी ।

6. व्यावृजत्त (सेववग)- आन जनयमों की कोइ बात, ऐसे अरक्षणों, अयु सीमा में छूट और ऄन्य ट्ररयायतों ृर प्रभाव निीं

डालेगी, जजनका केंद्रीय सरकार द्वारा आस संबंध में समय-समय ृर जारी दकए गए अदेिों के ऄनुसार ऄनुसूजचत जाजतयों,

ऄनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, ऄन्य जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवय सजनकों और ऄन्य जविेर् प्रवगय के व्यजक्तयों के जलए ईृबंध करना

ऄृेजक्षत िज।

(ख) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय/संस्ट्थान से चीनी प्रोद्योजगकी में

स्नातकोत्तर जडप्लोमा।

वांछनीयः

(क) ईत्ृादन रसायनज्ञ (मेन्युफेक्चररग केजमस्ट्ट) के प ृ में चीनी जमल

में दो वर्य कायय करने का ऄनुभव ऄथवा दकसी सरकारी संगठन के

ट्रटप्ृण 2: - प्रजतजनयुजक्त की ऄवजध, जजसके ऄंतगयत केन्द्रीय सरकार के ईसी या दकसी

ऄन्य संगठन या जवभाग में आस जनयुजक्त से ठीक ृिले धाट्ररत दकसी ऄन्य काडर ृद ृर

प्रजतजनयुजक्त की ऄवजध िज साधरणतया 3 वर्य से ऄजधक निीं िोगी ।

ट्रटप्ृण 3: - प्रजतजनयुजक्त द्वारा जनयुजक्त के जलए ऄजधकतम अयु सीमा अवेदन प्राप्त

करने की ऄंजतम तारीख को 56 छप्ृन वर्य से ऄजधक निीं िोगी।

वे ृट्ररजस्ट्थजतयााँ जजनके ऄन्तगयत भती करने में संघ लोक सेवा अयोग से ृरामिय दकया जाएगा।

G.S.R. 107.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in

supersession of the National Sugar Institute, Kanpur, Sugar Technology Division Recruitment Rules, 2008, in so far

as they relate to the post of Senior Technical Assistant (Sugar Technology), except as respects things done or omitted

to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of

recruitment to the post of Senior Technical Assistant (Sugar Technology) in the National Sugar Institute, Kanpur in

the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public

Distribution, namely :-

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These rules may be called the, National Sugar Institute, Senior Technical

Assistant (Sugar Technology), Group ‘B’ Post Recruitment Rules 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and Level in Pay Matrix. – The number of post, its classification and Level in the

Pay Matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications and

other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule.

4. Disqualification. – No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal

law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt

any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax. - Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving. - Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen and other categories of persons in

accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.

(ii) Teaching experience.

Note1: Qualification are relaxable at the discretion of the Staff

Selection Commission/Competent Authority, for reasons to be

recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified.

Note2: The qualification(s) regarding experience is/are relaxable at

the discretion of the Staff Selection Commission/Competent

Authority, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in case of candidates

belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, if at any stage of

selection, Staff Selection Commission/Competent Authority is of the

opinion that sufficient number of candidates, possessing the requisite

experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies

reserved for them.

Technology) in Level-5 Rs. 29200-92300/- with six years of

regular service in the grade and having successfully completed

mandatory training of 2 to 4 weeks in Quality Assurance and

Quality Control from the Advanced Training Institute or some

other recognised organisation or institute, will also be

considered along with outsiders and in case he/she is selected

for appointment to the post, the same shall be deemed to have

been filled by promotion.

Note 2: - The Period of Deputation (including short term

contract) including period of deputation (including short term

contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding

this

appointment

ordinarily not exceed three years.

Note 3: - The maximum age-limit for appointment by

deputation (including short term contract) shall be not
