गृि मंत्रालय, सरिार वल्लभभाई पटेल राष्ट्रीय पुजलस अकािमी, साईस भती जनयम, 2019 को, उन बातों के जसवाय

अजिक्ांत करते हुए, जिन्िें ऐसे अजिक्मण से पूवव दकया गया िै, या करने का लोप दकया गया िै, गृि मंत्रालय के अिीन

सरिार वल्लभभाई पटेल राष्ट्रीय पुजलस अकािमी, िैिराबाि में साईस के पि पर भती की पद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के

जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती िैं, अथावत् :-

1.

संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ. ̶ (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम गृि मंत्रालय, सरिार वल्लभभाई पटेल राष्ट्रीय पुजलस

अकािमी साईस (समूि ‘ग’ पि) भती जनयम, 2026 िै।

(2) ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त िोंगे।

पि संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर. ̶ उि पि की संख्या, उसका वगीकरण और वेतन मैट्ररक्स में

उसका स्ट्तर वि िोगा, िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्िवष्ट िैं।

भती की पद्धजत, आयु सीमा, िैजक्षक अिवताएं आदि. ̶ उि पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु सीमा, िैजक्षक अिवताएं

और उससे संबंजित अन्य बातें वे िोंगी, िो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्िवष्ट िैं।

4.

जनरिवता. ̶ वि व्यजि –

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत िैं, जववाि दकया िै, या जववाि की संजविा की िै;

या

(ख) जिसने अपने पजत या पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै या जववाि की संजविा की िै,

उि पिों पर जनयुजि का पात्र निीं िोगा :

परन्तु यदि केंद्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि ऐसे व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार

को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं, तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के

प्रवतवन से छूट िे सकेगी।

जिजथल करने की िजि. ̶ ििां केंद्रीय सरकार की यि राय िो दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन िै, विााँ पर

वि उसके जलए िो कारण िैं उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को दकसी वगव या प्रवगव के व्यजियों की

बाबत, आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।

व्यावृजत्त. ̶ इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं

डालेगी, जिनका केंद्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों,

अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन्य जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूवव सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगव के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंि करना

अपेजक्षत िै।

G.S.R. 128.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Syce Recruitment

Rules, 2019, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby

makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Syce in the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel

National Police Academy, Hyderabad under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.─ (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sardar Vallabhbhai

Patel National Police Academy, Syce (Group ‘C’ Post), Recruitment Rules, 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.─ The number of the said post, its classification and

the level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, educational qualifications, etc.─ The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said

Schedule.

4. Disqualification.─ No person, -

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for doing so, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.─ Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may,

by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class

or category of persons.

6. Saving.─ Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the other backward classes, the ex-Servicemen and other

special categories of person, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this

regard.

G.S.R. 129.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in

supersession of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Head Constable (Riding), Recruitment Rules,

2018, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the

following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Head Constable (Riding) in the Sardar Vallabhbhai

Patel National Police Academy, Hyderabad, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sardar

Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, Head Constable (Riding) Group ‘C’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2026.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Number of the post, classification and level in pay matrix.— The number of said post, its classification and the

level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these

rules.

3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, educational qualifications, etc.— The method of recruitment, age-limit,

qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said

Schedule.

4. Disqualification.— No person,—

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or

(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the above said post:

Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law

applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are grounds for doing so, exempt any

person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it

may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any

class or category of persons.

6. Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to

be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex-servicemen and other

special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in

this regard.

जनयंत्रण केन्द्र में प्रयोगिाला सिायक के पिों पर भती की पद्धजत का जवजनयमन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते िैं,

अथावत्:—

1. संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभ : (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम स्ट्वास्ट््य और पट्ररवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, राष्ट्रीय रोग जनयंत्रण

केन्द्र, प्रयोगिाला सिायक (समूि ‘ग’ पि) भती जनयम, 2026 िै।

2. ये रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत िोंगे।

2. पि-संख्या, वगीकरण और वेतन वेतन मैट्ररक्स में स्ट्तर - उि पिों की संख्या, उनका वगीकरण और उनका वेतन मैट्ररक्स

में स्ट्तर या वेतनमान वे िोंगे िो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्िवष्ट िै।

3. भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिवताएं, आदि.—उि पि पर भती की पद्धजत, आयु-सीमा, अिवताएं, और उससे संबंजित

अन्य बातें वे िोंगी िो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से(13)में जवजनर्िवष्ट िै।

4. जनरिवता - वि व्यजि—

(क) जिसने ऐसे व्यजि से जिसका पजत या जिसकी पत्नी िीजवत िै, जववाि दकया िै; या जववाि की संजविा की िै या

(ख) जिसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजवत रिते हुए, दकसी व्यजि से जववाि दकया िै, या जववाि की संजविा

की िै

उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र निीं िोगा:

परन्तु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यि समािान िो िाता िै दक ऐसा जववाि उस व्यजि और जववाि के अन्य पक्षकार

को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजि के अिीन अनुज्ञेय िै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आिार िैं तो वि दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के

प्रवतवन से छूट िे सकेगी।

5. जिजथल करने की िजि – ििां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यि राय िै दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन िै, विां वि उसके

जलए िो कारण िैं, उन्िें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंि को दकसी वगव या प्रवगव के व्यजियों के बाबत, आिेि

द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी ।

6. व्यावृजत्त— इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाव निीं डालेगी,

जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंि में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों,

अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन्य जपछड़े वगों, भूतपूवव सैजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगव के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंि करना

अपेजक्षत िै।
