सेना) एकीकृत मु्यालय, समूह ‘ख’ नक्िानवीस भती जनयम, 2008 को, जहां तक उनका संबंध नक्िानवीस श्रेणी-I
(आयुध) से हज, उन बातों के जसवाय अजधक्रान्त करते हुए जजन्हें ऐसे अजधक्रमण से ृहले दकया गया हज या करने का लोृ
दकया गया हज, रक्षा मंत्रालय, नौसेना मु्यालय में, वररष्ठ नक्िानवीस (आयुध) के ृदों ृर भती की ृद्धजत का जवजनयम
करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाते हैं, अथाात्:—
1 .
संजक्षप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.— (1) इन जनयमों का संजक्षप्त नाम रक्षा मंत्रालय, नौसेना मु्यालय, वररष्ठ
नक्िानवीस (आयुध) समूह ‘ख’ ृद भती जनयम, 2026 हज।

(2) ये राजृत्र में उनके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2 .
ृदों की सं्या, वगीकरण और वेतन मजररक्स में स्ट्तर.— उि ृद की सं्या, उनका वगीकरण और उनका वेतन
मजररक्स में स्ट्तर वह होगा जो इन जनयमों से उृाबध्द अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (2) से स्ट्तंभ (4) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।
3 .
भती की ृद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अहाताएं, आदद.—उि ृदों ृर भती की ृद्धजत, आयु सीमा, अहाताएं और उससे
संबजन्धत अन्य बातें वे होंगी जो उि अनुसूची के स्ट्तंभ (5) से स्ट्तंभ (13) में जवजनर्ददष्ट हैं।
4.
जनरहाता.– वह व्यजि,—
(क) जजसने ऐसे व्यजि से जजसका ृजत या जजसकी ृत्नी जीजवत हज, जववाह दकया हज या जववाह की संजवदा की हज; या
(ख) जजसने अृने ृजत या अृनी ृत्नी के जीजवत रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जववाह दकया हज, या जववाह की संजवदा की हज
उि ृद ृर जनयुजि का ृात्र नहीं होगा :
ृरंतु यदद केंद्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता हज दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के अन्य ृक्षकार
को लागू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय हज और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार हैं तो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के
प्रवतान से छूट दे सकेगी।
5.
जिजथल करने की िजि.— जहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय हज दक ऐसा करना आवयक या समीचीन हज, वहां
वह उसके जलए जो कारण हैं, उन्हें लेखबध्द करके और संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से ृरामिा करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी
उृबंध को दकसी वगा या प्रवगा के व्यजियों की बाबत, आदेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी।
6.
व्यावृजत्त.— इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षणों, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ररयायतों ृर प्रभाव नहीं
डालेगी, जजनका केंद्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय ृर जारी दकए गए आदेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत जाजतयों,
अनुसूजचत जनजाजतयों, अन्य जृछड़े वगों, भूतृूवा सजनकों और अन्य जविेष प्रवगा के व्यजियों के जलए उृबंध करना
अृेजक्षत हज।

समुदायों के अभ्यर्हथयों के ृयााप्त

की
सम्भावना नहीं हज।
यथाजवजहत,
ृररवीक्षा
के
सिलताृूवाक ृूरा
दकए जाने के जलए,
कम से कम दो
सप्ताह का प्रवेि
प्रजिक्षण अजनवाया
होगा ।
छुट्टी

दकन्हीं
अन्य
ृररजस्ट्थजतयों में एक वषा या

बाहर रहने के कारण हुई

(ख)
स्ट्तम्भ (7) के अधीन
सीधी भती के जलए जवजहत
िजक्षजणक अहाता और अनुभव
रखता हो ।
प्रोन्नजत या प्रजतजनयुजि या आमेलन द्वारा भती
की दिा में वे श्रेजणयां जजनसे प्रोन्नजत या
प्रजतजनयुजि या आमेलन दकया जाएगा ।
यदद जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत हज, तो उसकी संरचना।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th July, 2026
S.R.O. 26.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in
supersession of the Navy [Group ‘C’, Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, Non-Industrial Posts, Drawing Office and
National Hydrographic Office (Drawing staff)] Recruitment Rules, 2003, in so far as they relate to the post of
Draughtsman Grade-II (Armament); and the Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence (Navy), Group ‘B’
(Draughtsman) Recruitment Rules, 2008, in so far as they relate to the post of Draughtsman Grade-I (Armament),
except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the
following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Senior Draughtsman (Armament) in the Naval
Headquarters, Ministry of Defence, namely :—
1.
Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Defence, Naval
Headquarters, Senior Draughtsman (Armament), Group ‘B’ Post, Recruitment Rules, 2026.
(2)
They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
Number of post, classification and level in pay matrix.— The number of the said post, its classification
and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these
rules.
3.
Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.— The method of recruitment, age-limit,
qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said
Schedule.
4.
Disqualification.— No person,—
(a)
who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or
(b)
who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal
law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt
any person from the operation of this rule.
5.
Power to relax.— Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do,
it may by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service
Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
6.
Saving.— Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions
required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the Other Backward Classes, the Ex-

servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government
from time to time in this regard.
