No. SW3/SCPCR/2021/1938.—In continuation to this office Notification No. SW3/SCPCR/2019/
3508-3515, dated 03.07.2019 and in exercise of the powers conferred under section 17 sub section (2)(b) of the
Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005, the Administrator, Union Territory of Chandigarh is
pleased to appoint the following Non Official Members and Official Member of the Chandigarh Commission
for Protection of Child Rights :—
(1)
Dr. Monica Singh, W/o Dr. Deepinder Singh,
# 206, Sector 11-A, Chandigarh.
(2) Sh. Sanjay Sharma,
H. No. 2189, Sector 37-C, Chandigarh.
(3)
Mrs. Rajinder Kaur,
Deputy Director School Education (1),
Department of Education, U.T., Chandigarh.
Note :
(i)
The period of Dr. Monica Singh and Sh. Sanjay Sharma as Members, Chandigarh Commission
for Protection of Child Rights, Chandigarh shall be for three years from the date of the Notification
or till further order.
(ii)
The Govt. Officer appointed as Ex-officio Members shall continue as Members till they hold
their posts in their respective departments or till further order.
