In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (l) of Section 3 of

the Prevention of Comrption Act, 1988 (No. 49 of 1988), and in consultation with the High Coun of Chhattisgarh and

in compliance of Memo No. 1649/III-6-412003 Bilaspur dated 2lst February 2018, the State Government, hereby,

appoints the Sessions Judge specified in column No. (2) of the Schedule below as Special Judge for the local area

specified in corresponding entries in column No. (3) thereof for trial of the cases exclusively relating to offences

mentioned in clause (a) and (b) of the said sub-section with effect from 27thJanuary,2018, namely :-
