In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of

the Constitution of India, the Govemor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the

Chhattisgarh Law and Legislative Affairs Department Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1983,

namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

After sub-rule (4) of rule 14, the following shall be added, namely :-

"(5) Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, in respect of promotion to the Post of

Assistant Grade-II to Assistant Grade-I and Assistant Grade-I to Section Ofticer, the minimum experience period as

mentioned in Column (4) of serial number I and 5 of Schedule-IV, shall be relaxable upto maximum one year for

calendar year 2018 only."
