in the public interest to prohibit refusal to work in the essential services specified in the schedule below;

Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of Section 4 of the Chhattisgarh

Atyavashyak Seva Sandharan Ththa Vichchinnata Nivaran Adhiniyam, I 979 (No. 1 0 of I 979), the State covemment,

hereby, prohibits refusal to work in the essential services specified in the Schedule with effect form 10th February,

2018.
