An Act to further amend the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and
Operation) Act, 2005 (No. 13 of 2005).
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-ninth Year of the Republic of
India, as follows :-
(1)
This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment
and Operation) (Amendment) Act, 20 I 8.
(2)
It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh.
(3)
It shali come into force from the date of its publication in the Offrcial Gazette.
In the Schedule made under sub-section (l) of Section 9 of the Chhattisgarh Private
Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005 (No. 13 of 2005), after serial
number 8 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be added, namely :-
